The TRB 5W A1 has an internal memory that automatically retains your favorite stations even after being turned off. This memory is non-volatile, meaning it does not erase data when you turn off the device. You can store up to 40 DAB+ stations and 40 FM stations.

Upon first use, the radio automatically performs a full scan that detects and saves all available stations in your area. This list of stations is permanently retained. Subsequently, every time you turn on the radio, it automatically retrieves this same list of stations.

You can also manually add your favorite stations by saving specific stations. To do this: find the desired station by browsing the list, then hold down the PRESET button for about 2 seconds. Select the desired memory position (1 to 40) and confirm. The station is then saved at that position and will remain available after the radio is turned off.

When you turn off and then turn on your TRB 5W A1, it will automatically resume the last used source (DAB+, FM, Bluetooth, or AUX). All your saved stations will remain accessible without any additional action. Note that if you perform a new full scan for stations, it may overwrite your previous list: unless you wish to update the available stations, it is better to simply recall your favorite stations using the PRESET button rather than starting a full scan again.
