How do I pair the earbuds with my phone?

Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select TWS BRO evo 2 from the list. If prompted, confirm pairing.

How do I reset the earbuds?

Place the earbuds in the case and close the lid. Wait 10 seconds, then open the lid and press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 5 seconds until the LED flashes quickly. The earbuds will reset.

Why is only one earbud working?

Ensure both earbuds are charged. Place them back in the case, close the lid, wait 10 seconds, then take them out again. If the issue persists, perform a reset. Also check that both earbuds are paired together.

How do I control volume and skip tracks?

Use the touch controls: single tap to play/pause or answer/end call, double tap right earbud to increase volume or skip forward, double tap left earbud to decrease volume or skip backward. Refer to the manual for exact gestures.

How do I charge the earbuds and the case?

Place the earbuds in the charging case. The case itself charges via the included USB-C cable. Connect to a USB power adapter (5V/1A). The LED on the case indicates charging status.

How long does the battery last?

The earbuds provide up to 4 hours of playback per charge. The charging case holds an additional 12 hours, giving a total of about 16 hours of use.

Are the earbuds waterproof?

The earbuds have an IPX4 rating, meaning they are splash-proof. They can withstand sweat and light rain but should not be submerged in water.

Can I use only one earbud at a time?

Yes, you can use either the left or right earbud independently for mono sound and calls. Take out only one earbud from the case and it will pair automatically.

How do I change the ear tips?

Gently pull off the old ear tip from the earbud nozzle. Align the new ear tip (sizes S, M, L included) and push it firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is secure.

What should I do if the earbuds won't turn on?

First, check if the earbuds have charge by placing them in the case and seeing if the case LEDs light up. If the case is also empty, charge the case for at least 30 minutes. If still not turning on, perform a reset.

WARNING

• You should adjust the volume carefully when using the headset to prevent hearing damage.
• Please stop using the headset in potentially hazardous situations to ensure your safety.
• Please avoid using the headset to listen to music, make or receive calls which may cause a distraction while driving.
• Put this product and its accessories somewhere out of the reach of children, to avoid a fatal danger caused by inappropriate use.
• You should keep water from entering the headset, which may cause damage to the sound quality or the headset.
• You should avoid turning the volume so high that you can't hear anything around you. If you feel a tinnitus or the volume is too high, please reduce the volume.
• Stop using the headset if you feel obvious discomfort, irritation or have other adverse reactions.
• The headset should not be stored or used at temperatures below -10^ or above 40^ which may shorten headset or battery life.

POWER ON & PAIRING

When turning on the handset for the first time, take it out and put it back in the charging case to activate it. The headphones automatically turn on and pair with each other when removed from the charging case. When turned on, the right earphone flashes blue.

The left earphone lights up blue permanently.

BLUETOOTH CONNECTION STEPS

1. Please keep your headset and mobile phone as close as you can, within 1 meter.
2. Turn on "Bluetooth" in setting on your phone or other devices, and then find and select GOGTWSBROB02.
3. Click on GOGTWSBROB02 and Bluetooth Headset gets connected with your phone or devices automatically. (Some may require pass code which is "0000" (4 zeros)).
4. After successfully pairing the headphones, both headphones will light up blue for 3 seconds and then turn off.

RESET

In case of failure pairing or unnormal working, you need to RESET the headphones as following:

Place the earphones in the charging case and press the touch surface on both earphones in the charging case for 10 seconds. After a successful restart, the white diode will flash 5 times on both headphones.

CHARGING

CHARGING OF HEADSET

Place the headphones in the charging case and close the lid. The headset indicator light turns white when charging and turns off automatically when fully charged.

CHARGING OF CHARGING BASE

Connect the USB cable to the charging case. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a computer or charger. The LED indicator on the case flash blue during charging. It lights blue when fully charged.

WARNING:

• You must select a qualified charger from a regular manufacturer (charging Voltage: 5V Charging Current: 400mA for charging case)
• A fully charged headset will lose its power automatically if left unused. It is recommended to charge the headset each three months.
• Do not leave the headset in a too hot or too cold condition (best between -10^ and +40^ ) which may affect the headset's operations although it is fully.
• Please wear this Headset properly for best tone quality. Do not disassemble hardware. Please use soft and dry cottons for cleaning.
• Make sure the headset is fully charged before first use.
• This Headset is not waterproof. Do not use it while swimming or diving.
• If do not use this Headset for long time, please charge once a week to extend battery life.
• Keep your Headset and device as close as you can to avoid interference of signal path.

WARRANTY

Our product is warranted for 2 full year from the date of purchase. The warranty is provided on all material defects and workmanship. Guarantee of 24 months does not apply to decrease in the accumulator's effective capacity caused by its use or age. Effective capacity gradually decreases depending on the method of use of the accumulator.
