Why is there no display on my external monitor?
Try lowering your computer's display resolution. Also ensure the VGA cable is securely connected and the monitor is powered on. If flickering occurs, reduce the resolution in display settings.

Can I connect multiple external monitors using this adapter?
Yes, you can use multiple IB-AC507 adapters (each connected to a separate USB port) to extend your desktop to several monitors. Windows supports up to 6 displays.
Does the adapter transmit audio?
No, VGA is a video-only interface. Audio must be handled separately via your computer's audio output or HDMI.
How do I change the screen orientation?
Right-click on the desktop, select Screen resolution, choose the external display, and under Orientation select Landscape, Portrait, Landscape (Flipped), or Portrait (Flipped).
What should I do if the screen flickers?
Flickering can be resolved by lowering the display resolution. Go to display settings and select a lower resolution. If the issue persists, check your USB connection.
Does the IB-AC507 support hot-plugging?
Yes, the adapter supports hot-plugging. However, for best results, it is recommended to connect the adapter before installing the driver, or reboot after initial driver installation.
