Read this manual thoroughly before first use, even if you are familiar with this type of product. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly adhered to. Keep the manual in a safe place for future reference, along with the completed warranty card, purchase receipt and carton. If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of the appliance. Always follow basic safety precautions and accident prevention measures when using an electrical appliance, including the following:
Electrical safety and cord handling
- ALWAYS unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.
• DO NOT reach for an appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug it immediately. - An appliance should NEVER be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before putting on or taking off parts or attachments.
- Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by, on or near children or disabled persons.
• DO NOT use outdoors. For indoor use only. - Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual.
• DO NOT carry this appliance by the power cord or use the cord as a handle. - NEVER operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return it to after sales support for examination and repair.
- Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
- NEVER use while sleeping or fall asleep while using the massager.
- DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- DO NOT operate under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and cause fire, electrocution or injury to persons.
- NEVER operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
- NEVER operate on a soft surface such as a couch or bed where the air openings may be blocked.
- Use heated surfaces carefully. It may cause serious burns. DO NOT use over sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.

- This product is not intended for medical use. It is intended only to provide a luxurious massage.
- If you have any concerns regarding your health consult your doctor before using this product.
- In case of pregnancy, diabetes, pacemaker use, illness or any medical condition, consult your doctor before using massager.
• Not recommended for use by diabetics. - NEVER leave the appliance unattended, especially if children are present.
- NEVER cover the appliance when it is in operation.
• DO NOT use this product for more than 15 minutes at a time. - Extensive use could lead to the product's excessive heating and shorter life. Should this occur, discontinue use and allow the unit to cool before operating.
- NEVER use this product directly on swollen or inflamed areas or skin eruptions.
• DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention. - DO NOT use this product before bed. The massager has a stimulating effect and can delay sleep.
• NEVER use this product while in bed. - This product should NEVER be used by any individual suffering from any physical ailment that would limit the user's capacity to operate the controls.
- This unit should not be used by children or without adult supervision.
- NEVER use this product while driving an automobile.
• DO NOT use this product on any wooden surface as it may cause damage.
Usage conditions and restrictions
- Attachments: Do not use attachments that are not recommended by the product manufacturer or distributor.
- Adjustments: Only use and adjust controls and perform procedures as specified in this manual. Any other adjustments or procedures may expose you to danger and void your warranty.
- Installation and use: Improper use or installation may result in the risk of fire, electric shock and/or injury. We assume no liability for any eventual damages caused by improper use or incorrect handling.
- Usage restriction: This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the product by a person responsible for their safety.
• Children: Supervise young children to ensure they do not play with the product.
Safe usage
- Keep away from heat: Do not place the product near heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves or other appliances that produce heat.
- Prevent damage: Do not place the product near other items that may damage it, such as naked flame sources (lit candles) or objects containing water (a vase or fish bowl).
- Keep openings clear: Take care that no objects fall and no liquids are spilled into any openings.
Care and cleaning
Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge. NEVER allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
• DO NOT immerse in any liquid to clean.
- Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, or strong chemicals that might or might not be flammable and/or damaging to the product to clean.
- DO NOT attempt to repair the massager. There are no user serviceable parts. For service, call the Consumer Relations telephone number listed in the Warranty Section.

Getting Started
Before first use
- Unpack the appliance but keep all packaging materials until you have made sure your new massager is undamaged and in good working order. Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach.
- Make sure all parts listed on the opposite page are inside the box. If anything is missing, contact the after sales support line.
- Unwind the cord to its full length and inspect it for damage. Do not use the appliance if the appliance or its cord have been damaged or are not working properly. In case of damage, contact our after sales support line for advice on examination, repair or return of the damaged product.
- Read this manual to familiarize yourself with all the parts and operating principles of the Massager. Pay particular attention to the safety instructions on the previous pages.
Instructions
For use in Home or Office
- Plug adapter into a 120 volt AC outlet and plug the receptacle end into the input jack, located in the bottom of the integrated control on the cushion.
- Attach the massage cushion to any chair using the integrated strapping system to secure the cushion.
- Press the massage button on the control panel once for low intensity massage (Fig. 1). Press it again for high intensity massage.
- To activate heat function, press the heat button once (Fig. 1). Press the heat button again to deactivate the heat function.
NOTE: When selecting the heat feature, there will be a slight decrease in the strength of the massage output. This adjustment is perfectly normal and should not be interpreted as a defect.

- To turn the unit off, simply press the massage button a third time.
For Use in Your Car
- Simply plug the 12 volt auto adapter into a 12V DC outlet and plug the receptacle end into the input jack, located along the side of the cushion.
- Slip the massage cushion straps over your seat.
- Follow steps 3-5 above for operation.
Storing the Massager
Place massager in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects. To avoid breakage, DO NOT wrap the power cord around the unit. DO NOT hang the unit by the power cord.
