How do I charge the device?

Connect the small plug of the charging adapter to the charging socket on the device, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The charging indicator flashes blue during charging and becomes solid blue when fully charged. Charging takes approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes.

How do I attach a massage head?

Simply press the desired massage head onto the massage gun handset until it clicks into place. To remove, pull it off. The device comes with 5 heads: ball, surface, cone, fork, and thumb.

How do I turn the device on and off?

Press and hold the ON/OFF button (marked with ⏻) for about 2 seconds to turn on or off. The power and operation indicators will light up blue when on.

How do I adjust the intensity?

After turning on, press the intensity level key (either the button on the device or the one on the handle) briefly to cycle through 3 levels: light (•), medium (•••), and strong (•••). The display shows the selected level.

Can I use the massage gun on my neck?

No, do NOT use the device on the neck area. Massage on the neck can lead to serious unwanted effects, especially if there is a risk of stroke or blood vessel restrictions. Avoid the head, eyes, ears, sexual organs, and bones as well.

Is the device waterproof?

No, the device is not waterproof. It must not be immersed in water or exposed to dripping or splashing water. Do not use it in the shower or bath. Clean only with a slightly damp cloth.

How do I clean the device?

Unplug the device first. Wipe the surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a small amount of dish soap if needed. Then wipe dry. Do not use alcohol, petrol, or abrasive cleaners.

What should I do if the device stops working?

First, check if the battery is charged. If it still doesn't work, contact customer support via the helpline provided in the manual. Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself; only authorized professionals should do so.

How long does the battery last?

The battery life depends on the intensity level used. A full charge provides up to several hours of use. The device has a 1500 mAh Li-Ion battery. Charging takes about 3 hours 45 minutes.

Is the battery replaceable?

No, the battery is permanently built into the device and cannot be replaced by the user. If defective, contact customer service. Do not attempt to remove it, as it poses an explosion risk.

Intended use

- This product can be used for massaging legs, arms and buttocks. It is designed for private use. It is not suitable for commercial use, e.g. in massage practices or in the medical field.

WARNING!

The device may only be used with the supplied charging adapter power cable.

• The appliance may only be used with the supplied and designated accessories.
• Any other use is regarded as inappropriate and may lead to material damage or even to personal injury. The appliance is not a toy.

- The manufacturer or retailer shall not assume any liability for losses caused by inappropriate or improper use.

Hazard from electricity

The device must not be exposed to dripping or splashing water. Never immerse device in

water or other liquids. If fluid has penetrated the device, there is a danger of electric shock.

• Do not operate the device outdoors and do not expose it to weather influences, such as rain, snow or frost.
• Never immerse the appliance or the power cable into water or other fluids.
• Do not use when bathing or showering.
• When using an adapter plug or extension cord, these must comply with the valid safety regulations. The specified maximum voltage must not be exceeded.
• Ensure that the socket is well-accessible, so that you can remove the power plug quickly, if necessary.

- Do not use the device:

• if the appliance is damaged,
• if the charging power cable or the power plug is damaged,
• the device has fallen.

- Remove the power plug from the socket:

• once the charging process has ended,
• if you are not using the appliance,
• before cleaning or putting the appliance away,
• of a malfunction obviously occurs during the charging process (strong heating, smoke, deformations),

• in a thunderstorm.

• Do not make any modifications to the device or the power supply.

• Only allow repairs to be carried out by a professional workshop. Also pay attention to the guarantee conditions (see guarantee card).
• The charging connection cable of the charging adapter cannot be replaced. If the cable is damaged, the entire power supply unit must be replaced with a new one.
• The power plug must not be connected to a time switch or other separate remove activation system, such as a dimmer switch or a remote-control socket.

Danger for children and other persons

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruciton concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children must not play with the device. Do not leave children or persons requiring assistance to use electrical appliances unsupervised.
• Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.

• Keep children away from packaging materials. Risk of suffocation if swallowed. Ensure that the packaging bag is not pulled over the head.

• Do not allow the charging power cable to come into contact with hot surfaces, e.g. a radiator and ensure that the power cable is not trapped or squeezed.

• Lay the power cable so that it does not become a trip hazard during charging.
• Only connect the charging adapter power plug to a properly installed socket, with voltage corresponding to the technical data.
• Do not place any items on the device, such as magazines, towels, blankets or similar.
• Do not expose the device to any open flames.
• Do not step on or stand on the device.
• Never attempt to open the device or penetrate it with metal objects.

Do NOT USE the appliance in the neck area. In the case of risk of a stroke or other restrictions

to the blood vessels in the neck area, a massage can lead to serious unwanted effects.

Do not use on sexual organs, eyes, ears, head, neck, kidneys or chest tissue, or directly on bones.

Massage treatment can also NOT take place on sensitive parts of the body, such as crooks of arms, hollows of knees, armpits and groin area with the device.

Only use the device on dry and clean skin. Do not use the device on garments.

CAUTION!

In the following cases, you should refrain from using the appliance or consult with your

doctor:

• if you have medical implants,
• if you have open or unhealed wounds,
• if osteoporosis has been diagnosed,
• if you are susceptible to thromboses,
• if you suffer from high blood pressure,
• if you are pregnant,
• if you suffer from acute complaints, such as skin disorders, circulatory problems, internal or external injuries, slipped disc complaints or nerve irritation.
• if you have a sunburn,
• if you feel pain or discomfort during the massage.
• if people with circulation problems are exposed to vibrations too often, it can cause damage to blood vessels or the nervous system. The following symptoms can occur due to vibrations on fingers, hands or wrists: Parts of the body falling asleep, tickling, pain, pricking, change to skin colour or skin.
  Consult a physician, if these symptoms occur.

Battery instructions

CAUTION!

Incorrect handling of the device can result in injuries.

• Batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. Every consumer is legally obligated to dispose of batteries properly at the designated collection centres.
• The device contains a lithium-polymer rechargeable battery. This must not be dismantled, thrown into fire or short-circuited. Explosion hazard!
• Protect the installed rechargeable battery from intense heat. The rechargeable battery permanently installed in the device and cannot and must not be self-replaced or removed. Risk of explosion if the rechargeable battery is removed improperly. If the rechargeable battery is defective, please contact our service department or a professional workshop.
• Avoid battery acid coming into contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. When coming into contact, immediately rinse the affected areas with plenty of clear water and immediately contact a physician.

NOTE!

Risk of damage!

If you open the packaging without due care and attention using a sharp knife or other pointed objects, the appliance may become damaged.

1. Remove the appliance and accessories from the packaging.
2. Carefully remove all packaging material and completely unroll the charging power cable.
3. Before using the appliance for the first time, check whether the voltage specification on the rating plate corresponds to that of your household.
4. Clean the appliance with a slightly dampened cloth prior to initial use, in order to remove possible packaging and production residues.

Prior to initial use, the rechargeable battery must be charged. During the course of further use, the charging takes place accordingly.

Use

Charge battery

1. Connect the small charging plug of the charging adapter to the charging socket 9, see Fig. A.

2. Connect the charging adapter power plug to a socket.

The power display / charging display 10 is flashing blue. The charging process takes approx. 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Once the battery is fully charged, the power display / charging display 10 continuously lights up blue.

1. Remove the charging adapter power plug out of the socket and remove the small charging plug of the charging adapter from the charging socket ⑨.

Attach/replace massage head

Attaching the massage head (2 to 6) takes place by attaching the handset 1, see Fig. B.

ON/OFF

To switch on, press and hold the ON/OFF button ⏻ 12 for approx. 2 seconds.

The power indicator 10, the intensity levels button 7 and the operation indicator 8 light up blue.

If no further operation occurs after the program selection, the device will switch off after 15 seconds.

To switch off, press and hold the ON/OFF button ⏻ 12 for approx. 2 seconds.

The power indicator and the charging and operation indicator go out.

Intensity levels

1. Switch the device on.

The change (increase) of the intensity level can take place in two ways.

1. Press the intensity levels key 12 or the intensity levels key 7 briefly, to switch to the next higher level. The intensity levels display ••• 11 shows the selected level (light, medium and strong).

The change occurs in the order:

Massage intensity level light • 00 ->

Massage intensity level medium ○○○ ->

Massage intensity level strong °°->

ON (without massage function)

Application areas

Basics

You can find the recommendation for the application area of the massage heads, see Fig. C.

The selection of the massage head can also take place, as needed.

The massage head ball 2 is also suitable for all areas shown.

The intensity of the massage takes place with the selection of the intensity level and the contact pressure with the massage head.

The duration of the massage should only take a few minutes. Take a relaxation phase afterwards.

The device switches itself off after 15 minutes. It needs to be switched back on for continued operation.

- For cleaning the surfaces, only use a dampened soft cloth with a small amount of washing-up liquid. Then, wipe the surfaces dry and allow them to dry completely. Never use scouring agents or scratching brushes and sponges.

Disposal of packaging
