Health & Safety precautions:
- Before operating the equipment please read the Health & Safety precautions, manufacturer recommendations and the operation manual.
- The operation manual should be easily available at any time for the operator.
- The equipment should be installed on sturdy and level surface near a 220-240 V, 50 Hz socket.

The power supply cable should be protected against damage and must not be used to pull the equipment or to remove the plug from the socket.
- The equipment must be kept away and out of from reach of children.
Danger! The equipment contains rotary elements. Ensure long hair, loose jewellery, ties and other loose pieces of clothing are keep away they can be get entangled in the rolls.
- The equipment must not be used for any other purposes than those indicated in the instruction manual.
- It is necessary to check and supervise if the equipment is operated correctly.
- In case of any malfunctions, you must contact the dealer or service team.
- The equipment must not be located outside and should be operated in a room temperature higher than +8 °C.
- Before removing any covers from the equipment, remove the power plug from a mains socket.
- Using inappropriate lubricants causes a fire hazard.
- Any repairs must be carry out only by authorised staff.
- The equipment must be operated according to general Health & Safety rules.
- Do not leave the equipment in operation without an operator.
- After work it is necessary to turn the equipment off by the switch on unit after the cooling down procedure, next remove the plug from a socket
Manufacturer's recommendations:
- Use only recommended supplies and accessories.
- Do not put into the laminator documents thicker than 1 mm. The laminated material should always have similar properties.
- Remove the mains plug from the socket before moving the equipment or during longer none operation.
- If the equipment is switched on and is not operated for more than one hour, it can be overheated. To avoid bad quality lamination put 2 or 3 sheet of A4 paper through in order to cool the rollers down,
- Always insert the laminating pouch with the close end into the laminator first. Putting the open end first can cause bubbling and the film being stuck on the rollers inside the laminator.
- In case of a document being stuck inside the laminator, use reverse function REV switch.
- Laminating with the one layer laminating foil requires using the carrier. ASK YOUR DEALER.
- Tailor cut pouch can make the rollers sticky and dirty and wind round them use a carrier.
- Remove all metal elements (staples & paper clips, etc.) before laminating the document.
NOTE! The equipment contains heater elements, be aware high temperatures!
NOTE! Not compliance with the rules and recommendations above can void the warranty.
Operation:
1. Starting the equipment
- Plug the equipment into the power socket and turn on by pressing the ① button
- Press the[POUCHES] button on the touch panel to setup the thickness of pouch required from the range of foil thicknesses from 75 to 250 microns. The process of heating will start automatically.
- The heating time for the laminator rollers is 4-5 minutes, during this time on LCD display the flashing sign [ READY].
- When laminator is ready the [READY] sign stop flashing. The equipment is now ready to use
2. Preparing the document
- Choose correct thickness and type of pouch. Put the document into the pouch.
NOTE! It is recommended to leave approx. 3mm margins all around the document from the edge.
3. Hot lamination
- Press the [POUCHES] button on the touch panel to setup the thickness of pouch required from the range of foil thicknesses from 75 to 250 microns. The process of heating will start automatically.
- You can regulate temperature by using the “+” or “-” buttons on touch panel.
- It is recommended to make some tests before laminating important documents
- Open the flap at the back of equipment, insert the laminating pouch with the document inside it into the rollers, and remember to put the sealed end first.
- If the lamination is not good you can increase or decrease temperature using „+” or „-” buttons on touch panel
- If you do not use the laminator continually, USE the "STANDBY" button on touch panel. This function keeps temperature of heating elements at 80 °C
4. Cold lamination
- Plug the equipment into the power socket and turn on by pressing the ① button
- To set up for cold laminating press the button [POUCHES] on touch panel and set for cold lamination then on the display you will see this sign * a snow flake.
- After hot lamination wait 40-60min to cool down the equipment before you start to cold laminate.
Maintenance and service
- Before clearing the equipment, remove the power plug from the socket.
- If the pouch was entangled into the rollers or the laminator does not operate correctly contact the dealer or service team.
