1. INTRODUCTION
Please read the instructions carefully and keep the manual for future information.
This manual is designed to give all necessary instructions concerning installation, use and maintenance of the unit. In order to operate the unit correctly and safely, please read this instruction manual carefully before installation and use.

3. SAFTEY MEASURES
GENERAL
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed including the following:
- Read all instructions.
- Before use, check that the voltage of your wall outlet corresponds to the one on the rating plate which is on the bottom of the appliance.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or after malfunction or has been damaged in any manner.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or hot surface.
- Do not immerse cord or the body of mixer into water as this would give rise to electric shock.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
- Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children or infirm persons.
- Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or on a heated oven.
- Never eject beaters or dough hooks when the appliance is in operation.
- Do not leave the mixer unattended while it is operating.
- Unplug from outlet while not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury
- Remove beaters from mixer before washing.
- Always check that the control is OFF before plugging the cord into wall outlet. To disconnect, turn the control to OFF, then remove plug from wall outlet.

Avoid contact with moving parts.

Keep hands, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damage to the mixer.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household only.
4. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

5. USING THE APPLIANCE
Before first use, carefully unpack the appliance and its accessories and remove any package material or label or stickers, then check the appliance and its accessories and ensure they are complete and good in condition.
Clean the appliance and its accessories following the instructions in "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE". After cleaning, assemble the desired accessory according to your requirement. Before assembling, make sure that the appliance is unplugged and the speed knob is turned to the "0" position.
The appliance is equipped with three output ports for being attached with different accessories.
- Lower output port: It is used for being attached with the mixing accessories such as beater, dough hook or whisk. Beater is used for making heavy mixtures, dough hook is used for kneading dough and whisk is used for whipping cream or whisking egg white.
(1) Turn the "Head release switch" clockwise for 90^ to make the head stay at the release status, then lift the head upwards until it is locked well in position.
(2) To install the accessory onto the lower output port, firstly make the groove of the accessory align with the fixing pin of the lower output port shaft and then insert the accessory into the lower output port, then push the accessory upwards and rotate it clockwise to fix the accessory onto the fixing pin of lower output port shaft (see Fig.1).
To detach the accessory, firstly push the accessory upwards and then rotate it anticlockwise, then remove it out of the lower output port.
NOTE: The accessory must be completely locked onto the lower output port, otherwise, it may fall off during operation to cause risk.

Place the bowl on the base and rotate it clockwise to fix it well in position (see

(5) Place the bowl lid onto the steel bowl.
- Follow the above operation to install the desired accessory onto the lower output port.
Before assembling, make sure that the appliance is unplugged, and the speed knob is turned to the "0" position.
- Add the ingredients required into the steel bowl, refer to the section of "RECIPES" for the detail of ingredients.
- Connect the appliance with power source.
- Select the desired speed by the speed knob. There are ten speeds for selection. After selecting the desired speed, the appliance starts to run at the selected speed.
WARNING: Do not insert the knife, metal spoon or fork into bowl during working.
NOTE: The maximum working time per time shall not exceed 10 minutes and minimum 30-minute rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles. When kneading dough, suggest selecting the speed 1 for kneading for 30 seconds to 1 minute firstly, and then select the speed 2 for kneading for 4-5 minutes to obtain a better kneading result.
NOTE: During kneading, some flour may be adhered on the inside of the bowl, you shall firstly turn the speed knob to "0" position and then unplug the appliance, then remove the bowl cover, scrape the flour on the inside wall of bowl by a spatula, finally, operate the appliance again.
NOTE: Ingredients can be added through the opening of the steel bowl lid during working.
- After finish working, turn the speed knob to "0" position and then unplug the appliance.
- Remove the bowl lid, turn the "Head release switch" clockwise for 90° to make the head stay at the release status and then lift the head upwards until it is locked well in position.

Scrape the food adhered on the accessory by a spatula.

Push the accessory upwards and rotate it anticlockwise at the same time to remove the accessory out of the lower output port.
WARNING: Make sure that the speed knob is turned to "0" position and the appliance is unplugged before detaching or contact the accessory.
NOTES:
(1) The appliance can not be operated for more than 1 minute continuously or the amount of food to be processed each time shall not exceed 0.5kg.
(2) Do not remove the vegetable cutter from the front output port during operation.
6. After finish working, turn the speed knob to "0" position and then unplug the appliance.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the appliance and wait it completely cool down before cleaning.
Caution: the mixer cannot be immersed in water or other liquid. - Wipe over the outside surface of the head and base with a dampened cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
- Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
- Immerse the bowl, beater, spatula, dough hook and whisk in warm soapy water for complete cleaning.
Then rinse under running water and wipe dry. They also can be placed in the dishwasher.
COOKERY TIPS
- Refrigerated ingredients, such as butter and eggs, then should be at room temperature before mixing begins. Set these ingredients out ahead of time.
- To eliminate the possibility of shells or deteriorated-off eggs in your recipe, break eggs into separate containers first, then adding to the mixture.
- Do not overbeat. Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures until recommended in your recipe. Fold into dry ingredients only until just combined. Always use the low speed.
- Climatic conditions. Seasonal temperature changes, temperature of ingredients and their texture variation from area to area all play a part in the required mixing time and the results achieved.
- Always start mixing at lowest speed. Gradually increase to the recommended speed as stated in the recipe.
RECIEPE
1. Dough
Ingredients:
High-gluten flour: 800g
Water: 456g
Operation:
Select the dough hook. Firstly, run the appliance under the speed setting 1 for 1 minute, and then turn the speed knob to speed setting 2 and for 4 minutes. The maximum working time is 9 minutes. (Note: The flour to mix is max 2150g per time.)
2. Cake
Ingredients:
Self-raising flour : 300g
Whole milk: 45g
Butter: 30g
Egg: 6pcs
Icing sugar: 240g
Salt: 4g
Vanilla extract: 5g
Operation:
Select the beater. Firstly, cut the butter into small pieces and heat it to make it be softened.
Put all the ingredients into the clean bowl, then turn the speed knob to the low-speed setting and make the appliance run under the low-speed setting for 1 minute, and the make the appliance stop working and scrape the unprocessed food with a scraper. And make the appliance run under the medium speed setting for 4 minutes, then mix the food together and put the mixture into a cake box.
3. Whisk egg white
Ingredients:
Egg white: 120g
Operation:
Select the whisk. Put the fresh egg white into the bowl and make the appliance run under the maximum speed setting for 2-3 minutes.
