Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean the appliance after use.
- The Frying Basket and inside of the appliance consist of non-stick coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean it, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
- Disconnect from mains and allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning. You can cool down the appliance faster by removing the Frying Basket.
- Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Use mild detergent if necessary.
- Clean the Frying Basket with hot water, mild detergent and a non-abrasive sponge. You can use degreasing liquid to remove any remaining dirt.
- Tip: If dirt gets stuck to the Frying Basket, fill with hot water and mild detergent. Let the Frying Basket soak for approximately 10 minutes.
- Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.

How to Use
- Prepare the desired food & remove the Frying Basket and ensure Tray inside the Frying Basket.

- Insert ingredients into the Frying Basket.
a. Warning: Do not fill oil into the Frying Basket. If decided to use oil, kindly toss the ingredient with oil in separate bowl then transfer back it into Frying Basket.
b. You may refer below table chart for cooking tips on recommended amount of ingredients, cooking time and temperature.

Slide the Frying Basket into the Air Fryer. Please close it securely.

Plug in the Air Fryer to Main AC.

Turn to the desired Temperature. Adjust the temperature selection from 80°C to 200°C.

Turn to the desired Time. Adjust the timer from 0 to 60 minutes.

After setting temperature & timer, the Healing Indicator Light will illuminate, and Air Fryer will begin cooking.
B. Shake or flip the food.
a. During air frying operation, take the Frying Basket out to shake or flip the ingredients. (E.G. French Fries.)
b. To shake the ingredients by using "Tongs" if necessary. (Tongs is not provided).
c. Slide the Frying Basket back into Air Fryer to continue the operation.

Timer bell will make a sound after air frying.

Frying Tips
- Smaller amount of ingredients usually require only a slightly shorter preparation time than larger amount of ingredients.
- Shaking smaller ingredient halfway through the frying process optimizes the end result and can help prevent uneven fries.
- Add some oil to the fresh potatoes for a crispy result.
- Do not recommend air fried extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the Air Fryer.
- Snacks that can be prepared in an oven can also be prepared in the Air Fryer.
- You can also use the Air Fryer to reheat ingredient, e.g. pizza.
