SAFETY AND HAZARD CONDITIONS

Before using the appliance please read the entire user manual carefully.

1. The range of operation of wireless Bluetooth technology is about 10m, however, it may vary depending on the environment (walls, metal objects, devices).
2. This product emits radio waves, when used in wireless mode.
3. Use the device according to its intended purpose described in the operating manual. Do not interfere and do not change the design of the device, as this is dangerous.
4. This product may only be operated by children 8 or more years old, mentally and/or physically deficient persons and persons without knowledge of or experience in operation of this appliance type if supervised or instructed in safe operation, with clear understanding of all related risks. Children should not play with the device. Children without supervision should not carry out the cleaning and maintenance of the device.
5. This device emits electromagnetic energy. Avoid contact with other electronic devices, as this may affect their correct operation.
6. Do not use the device near people with a pacemaker or other electronic implants.
7. Do not use the device in hospitals as it may interfere with the operation of medical devices.
8. Do not immerse the device in water and other liquids. Do not expose the device to moisture.
9. Do not expose the device to excessively high or low temperatures: below 0° C or above 40° C.
10. Do not use the device in dusty rooms and do not store it near or on hot surfaces.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION

1. Starting the device.

To start the device, move the switch to the right. The device will signal operation by switching on the RGB backlight.

2. Bluetooth mode:

- Bluetooth mode starts automatically if there is no device connected to the AUX socket. You will hear the message „Bluetooth mode” and the blue LED will flash quickly on the panel.

- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and search for nearby devices. Pair the device with the phone. You will hear „Bluetooth connected“. The blue LED on the panel will start flashing slowly. When restarted, the soundbar will connect to the last paired device automatically.

CAUTION! THE SOUNDBAR CAN ONLY CONNECT TO ONE DEVICE VIA BLUETOOTH. IF THERE IS ANOTHER BLUETOOTH DEVICE NEAR THE DEVICE, THERE MAY BE INTERFERENCE IN THE RECEPTION.

3. AUX Mode

Use a 3.5mm AUX Jack cable to connect to the desired music source (PC, MP3/MP4 player, phone). The soundbar automatically switches to AUX mode, communicates the connection of devices via a wire with the message „AUX in mode". The soundbar will play sound from the connected device.

To avoid the risk of hearing damage, limit the high volume level operating time

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

To clean the device, use a damp cloth to wipe the outer casing of the soundbar. Do not tamper with the device housing to clean the product and do not use strong cleaning agents.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Unable to connect to the soundbar.	Phone Bluetooth is Off. Phone does not support A2DP Transmission.	Turn on Bluetooth in your phone.Make sure your device supports A2DP transmissions.
	There are too many Bluetooth-enabled devices nearby, causing interference and preventing connection.	Turn off other Bluetooth devices.
The device is not charging.	Wrong power cable, an incorrectly inserted cable or using the wrong port.	If you want to charge the soundbar, use the power cable from the soundbar set by connecting it with a type-C connector to the type-C port of the soundbar, and insert the other type-A connector into the USB A port of the power supply. Always make sure that the ends of the cable are correctly and completely inserted.
	Wrong charger. To charge the soundbar,	use a chargerwith the correct parameters, i.e. 5V 1A.
The device won't turn on. Discharged battery.		Charge the battery using the cable included in the kit.
No messages are heard. The soundbar is muted.		The message volume depends on the preset volume of the device. Turn up the volume using the knob on the front of the soundbar.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR THE GAMING SOUNDBAR

1. ART-DOM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (92-402) at ul. Zakładowa 90/92 National Court Register Number 0000354059 (Guarantor) guarantees that the purchased device is free from physical defects. The warranty covers only defects resulting from the causes inherent in the item sold (manufacturing defects).
2. A disclosed defect will be removed at the Guarantor's expense within 14 days from the date of reporting the damage to the authorized service or point of sale.
3. In exceptional cases, e.g. the need to import spare parts from their manufacturer, the repair period may be extended up to 30 days.
4. The warranty period for the user is 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.
5. The goods are intended for use only in the conditions of an individual household.
6. The present warranty does not cover:

a. damage caused by using the device in a manner inconsistent with the user manual,
b. mechanical, chemical or thermal damage,
c. repairs and modifications made by companies or persons that were not authorized to do so by the manufacturer,

d. parts that are easily worn or consumables such as: batteries, bulbs, fuses, filters, knobs, shelves, accessories, e. installation, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, unlocking, removal of contaminants and instruction.

1. The Guarantor will select the mode of defect removal at its own discretion. Removal of a confirmed defect of the device will take place through warranty repair or replacement of the device. The Guarantor may perform repairs when the buyer requests replacement or the Guarantor may perform replacements when the buyer requests repair, if bringing the goods (device) into conformity in accordance with the granted warranty in the manner selected by the buyer is impossible or would require excessive costs at the part of Guarantor. In particularly justified cases, if both repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs for the Guarantor, the Guarantor may refuse to bring the goods into compliance with the granted warranty and propose another way to settle the warranty claim.
2. The exchange of goods is made at the point of sale at which the goods were purchased (replacement or refund) or an authorized service point, if it offers such service (replacement). The returned device must be complete, without mechanical damage. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in failure to accept the warranty claim.
3. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract, the buyer is entitled by law to legal protection measures on the part and at the expense of the seller, and the warranty does not affect these legal protection measures.
4. The warranty is valid in Poland.
5. The condition for the warranty repair or replacement of the device is the presentation of proof of purchase and the use of the goods in accordance with the information contained in the user manual.

Damage or removal of the rating plate from the device may result in warranty being deemed void.
