How do I pair my phone with the speaker?

Turn on the speaker, activate Bluetooth on your phone, select 'PGS400' from the list of available devices. If prompted, enter '0000' as the PIN.

How long does the battery take to charge?

The battery takes approximately 2-3 hours to fully charge using the included USB-C cable and a 5V/1A adapter.

Can I use the speaker while charging?

Yes, you can use the speaker while it is charging. However, this may extend the charging time.

How do I reset the speaker to factory settings?

Press and hold the power button and the Volume+ button simultaneously for 5 seconds until you hear a beep. The speaker will reboot and clear all paired devices.

What is the waterproof rating?

The speaker has an IPX5 rating, meaning it is splash-resistant and can withstand light rain or water splashes, but should not be submerged.

How do I use the FM radio function?

Press the Mode button until 'FM' is displayed. Then press and hold the Play/Pause button to auto-scan and save available stations. Use the Volume+/- buttons to tune manually.

The speaker is not turning on, what should I do?

SAFETY AND HAZARD CONDITIONS

Before using the appliance please read the entire user manual carefully.

1. The range of operation of wireless Bluetooth technology is about 10m, however, it may vary depending on the environment (walls, metal objects, devices).
2. This product emits radio waves, when used in wireless mode.
3. Use the device according to its intended purpose described in the operating manual. Do not interfere and do not change the design of the device, as this is dangerous.
4. This product may only be operated by children 8 or more years old, mentally and/or physically deficient persons and persons without knowledge of or experience in operation of this appliance type if supervised or instructed in safe operation, with clear understanding of all related risks. Children should not play with the device. Children without supervision should not carry out the cleaning and maintenance of the device.
5. This device emits electromagnetic energy. Avoid contact with other electronic devices, as this may affect their correct operation.
6. Do not use the device near people with a pacemaker or other electronic implants.
7. Do not use the device in hospitals as it may interfere with the operation of medical devices.
8. Do not immerse the device in water and other liquids. Do not expose the device to moisture.
9. Do not expose the device to excessively high or low temperatures: below 0^ C or above 40^ C.
10. Do not use the device in dusty rooms and do not store it near or on hot surfaces.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION

1. Connect the speaker to the computer using a USB cable.
2. Connect the 3.5mm mini jack cable to the audio port of your computer.
3. The speakers will turn on automatically once you connect the USB cable to your computer. To turn the speakers on or off, hold down the button.
4. At the touch of the 📋 button you can switch between wired (AUX) and wireless (Bluetooth) modes. You will be notified of the currently selected mode by an audible message.
5. By pressing this button, you can switch the backlight of the speakers.
6. The knob on the side is used to adjust the volume. The message volume depends on the set volume of the device.

Bluetooth Connection

For wireless connection to your speakers:

1. Enable Bluetooth mode on speakers by pressing button. The LED on the remote will start flashing.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth module on another device.
3. Select PGS400 from the list of available devices and pair the device.
4. After connecting, the led on the remote control will start to glow constantly again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning. Use a damp (and not wet) soft cloth to clean the device.

When the device is not in use, store it in its original packaging, in a dry place, not exposed to sunlight and high temperatures

CAUTION! DO NOT IMMERSE THE DEVICE IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID!

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Speakers do not turn on. The	speakers are not connected to the power supply.	Make sure the USB cable is connected.
The speakers are on, but they don't play sound.	Wrong connection mode selected. If you're playing music wirelessly, make sure BLUETOOTH mode is on. If you are playing music wired, make sure that AUX mode is on.
	The computer in wired mode does not play audio at the audio output.	Select the correct output device in the sound settings of the computer.
Wireless mode is on, but the device cannot be paired with speakers.	Another device is already paired with speakers.	Terminate pairing your speakers with another device and try again.
No messages are heard. The	speakers are muted.	The message volume depends on the set volume of the device. Increase the volume by using the knob on the side of the remote control.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR COMPUTER SPEAKERS

1. ART-DOM Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź (92-402) at ul. Zakładowa 90/92 National Court Register Number 0000354059 (Guarantor) guarantees that the purchased device is free from physical defects. The warranty covers only defects resulting from the causes inherent in the item sold (manufacturing defects).
2. A disclosed defect will be removed at the Guarantor's expense within 14 days from the date of reporting the damage to the authorized service or point of sale.
3. In exceptional cases, e.g. the need to import spare parts from their manufacturer, the repair period may be extended up to 30 days.
4. The warranty period for the user is 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.
5. The goods are intended for use only in the conditions of an individual household.
6. The present warranty does not cover:

a. damage caused by using the device in a manner inconsistent with the user manual,
b. mechanical, chemical or thermal damage,
c. repairs and modifications made by companies or persons that were not authorized to do so by the manufacturer,
d. parts that are easily worn or consumables such as: batteries, bulbs, fuses, filters, knobs, shelves, accessories,
e. installation, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, unlocking, removal of contaminants and instruction.

1. The Guarantor will select the mode of defect removal at its own discretion. Removal of a confirmed defect of the device will take place through warranty repair or replacement of the device. The Guarantor may perform repairs when the buyer requests replacement or the Guarantor may perform replacements when the buyer requests repair, if bringing the goods (device) into conformity in accordance with the granted warranty in the manner selected by the buyer is impossible or would require excessive costs at the part of Guarantor. In particularly justified cases, if both repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs for the Guarantor, the Guarantor may refuse to bring the goods into compliance with the granted warranty and propose another way to settle the warranty claim.

2. The exchange of goods is made at the point of sale at which the goods were purchased (replacement or refund) or an authorized service point, if it offers such service (replacement). The returned device must be complete, without mechanical damage. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in failure to accept the warranty claim.

3. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract, the buyer is entitled by law to legal protection measures on the part and at the expense of the seller, and the warranty does not affect these legal protection measures.

4. The warranty is valid in Poland.

5. The condition for the warranty repair or replacement of the device is the presentation of proof of purchase and the use of the goods in accordance with the information contained in the user manual.

Damage or removal of the rating plate from the device may result in warranty being deemed void.
