Err Overload
C	An error has accorded during measurement. Step off the scale and step onto them again to repeat the measuring process.

How to install the Fitdays app

1. Search 'Fitdays' in the Apple Store or Google Play or scan the QR Code below:

2. Download and install the app on your device.

3. The app icon will appear on your phone or tablet after installation is completed.

How to use the Fitdays app

1. Place 2x AAA batteries in the battery holder on the back of the scale. Place the scale on a hard, flat ground.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Register your own ID by email or using a social media account.
4. Add personal data and confirm by pressing OK.

Note: Entering the wrong gender, age, height, or body level may result in measurement being inaccurate.

1. Pair the scale via Bluetooth. Click 'Me--->My device ---> Find Kubo Scale KBSS7512'. Now your phone is paired with the scale.

1. Tap your foot on the scales to activate the display. Wait until the display shows "0.0"kg.
2. Step on the scale with BARE feet to turn the scale on.

Note: If you step on the scale with socks, only your weight and BMI will be measured and displayed on the main page. For complete data, please step on the scale barefoot.

1. The number on the display is flashing when the scale is weighing and analysing. When the LCD shows your left weight & right weight, you will have about 5-10 s to adjust your stance. Try getting an equal left & right weight.

Continue to stand on the scale until the circle is stable and shows 'Test Done'. Then, your phone has received all the data from the scale.

1. You can find a report on body weight, BMI, BMR, muscle, bone mass, etc. When you click 'Record', you can see your long-term detailed chart.

1. Add or switch users by click the icon. Alternatively, click 'Me--> Manage users' and add your personal data. The Smart Scale can recognise which user stepped on it and remind the user to switch to the correct user profile.

1. Weighing a baby: Click `+ --> Baby Mode'. Step on the scale by you own. The scale will record your weight, and then step onto the scale holding the baby. The scale will weigh the baby.

2.2. Maintenance

Battery Advice

* If the scale is not to be used for long periods, it's recommended to remove the battery to avoid damage to the scale due to possible battery leakage.
* Keep the battery our of each of children.
* Do not mix old and new batteries, with different compositions or of different brands, so as not to prevent possible leakage, explosion.
* Do not heat or deform the batteries or explore to fire.

2.3. Troubleshooting

1. Bluetooth not connected

• The scale and smartphone must both be Bluetooth enabled.
• Check the OS version of your smartphone; it must be iOS 8.0 or higher/Android 6.0 or higher.
• Click 'Me--->My device ---> find scale ID'.

2. No body fat data measured when weighing

• The user must be barefoot.
• Make sure your feet and the scale are both dry.
• The scale has not yet finishing weighing the user while

the number display is flashing (remain on the scale for approximately 10 second until the number on the display stops flashing).

• The Bluetooth is not enabled.
• The Bluetooth is paired with a different scale.

3. The scale is showing inconsistent weight.

• Check whether the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
• Check each foot sensor on the back to make sure nothing is stuck to the bottom of it.
• Remove the batteries to restart the scale.

4. The app is displaying the incorrect fat-muscle ratio

- The body parameter setting is incorrect. Check to make sure you have entered the correct gender, height and age.

5. How do I re-calibrate the scale after moving it or changing the batteries?

- Step on the scale to turn it on. Let it automatically drop to 0.0 kg to calibrate.

6. The scale does not turn on

- Remove the batteries and put them back in. Make sure to place the batteries in the correct orientation.

7. How to exchange the scale's unit

- Locate the unit button on the back of the scale and press it to change between kg/lb/st.
