1.1. Power Supply

Make sure the main voltage is compatible with the appliance's. If this is not the case please consult the Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables

Do not tangle the cord or pull it to disconnect the appliance. Also, keep the cord away from warm surfaces.

Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket.

Take it to the Technical Support Service for replacement.

1.3. Humidity and Water

Do not use your appliance in humid places. Do not allow the appliance to become wet under any circumstances as this may be dangerous. To avoid fire hazard or electric shock do not expose your appliance to humidity or water. Furthermore, do not place your appliance under water (e.g. for cleaning).

1. The machine has a safety protection device. The electrical machine does not work is not properly locked into position or if the blade holder is not screwed in tightly.

Operation time

The machine has a O position, a I position, a II position and a P button switch (O is to stop, I is weak, II is strong and P for pulse function). Select the pulse function and strong function for meat blending, mincing, and grinding. Process for 10 seconds and then stop for 5 seconds, turn on the machine after 1 minute rest when processing for one minute. Select the pulse or strong functions for blending vegetables, fruits and soybean milk. Select weak function for mixing eggs. Select strong function for preparing juices. Let the machine rest for 15 minutes when the above mentioned jobs are done three times consecutively. Turn on the machine again after the electrical machinery cools down. This way, we can prolong the appliance's useful life.

Blending

1. Firstly, check if the pulse switch is off (if the switch is restored to the origin position)
2. Place the sealing ring into the mixing blade, and then screw the mixing cup tightly into the mixing blade holder. (Lock tightly

clockwise and loose anti clockwise) Cover the mixing cup and the mixing cup cover.

1. Hold the blade holder and screw it clockwise into the main machine. Don't hold the mixing cup to dismantle it, otherwise it will disconnect from the mixing blade and the food inside the mixing cup will burst.

Stirring eggs

Put the eggs into the mixing cup and an appropriate amount of hot water. Add some flour. Cover the mixing cup lid tightly. Press the weak position switch for about one minute.

Stirring vegetables and fruits

Peel fruit and vegetables, remove the pits/seeds and dice them. Add 250 g - 350 g of it and an appropriate amount of hot water. Assemble according to assembling and use instruction, then turn on the machine.

2.3. Maintenance

1. We recommend you use the appliance often in order to keep the electric machinery dry.
2. Store the appliance in a dry place to avoid electric components getting wet and mouldy.
3. Don't flush the main machine with water. Wipe it clean with a wet cloth. Other parts, like the fruit pusher, the top cover, the middle holder, the mixing cup, etc, can be washed with water.
4. It is recommended to dismantle the blade from the mixing cup. Place some food oil onto the blade shaft and bearings for lubrication.
5. When cleaning the mixing cup, add warm water and detergent to the mixing cup, lock it into position on the rotor, cover the cup lid and switch it on. Leave it on for 30 seconds then rinse it with running water.
