Why is there no sound or very low volume?
First, turn up the volume using the remote controls on the headphone cable. Also check that the computer's volume is not muted or too low. Ensure the headphones are properly connected to a working USB port.

Make sure the mic switch on the remote is turned on (the LED indicator should be lit). Also verify that the microphone is correctly attached to the headset. Check computer audio settings to ensure the headset is selected as the input device.
How do I adjust the RGB backlight?
Press the backlight control button on the headphone remote to cycle through different lighting modes. The backlight can also be turned off completely.
Can I use the GH800 with a gaming console like PlayStation or Xbox?
