My vacuum cleaner has lost suction, what should I do?
Check for blockages in the hose, wand, or floor head. Also ensure the dust container is not full and the filters are clean. Wash the foam filter every 3 months.
How often should I clean the filters?
The foam filter should be washed every 3 months. The HEPA filter should be replaced every 12 months or when dirty.
Can I use the vacuum on hard floors?
Yes, the vacuum comes with a combination floor head suitable for both hard floors and carpets. You can also use the dusting brush for delicate surfaces.

Ensure the cord is fully pulled out before retracting. If it still doesn't retract, check for kinks or damage. Do not force it; contact Bush customer service.
