How often should I clean or replace the HEPA filter?
The HEPA filter should be cleaned every 3 months by tapping it gently or rinsing under cold water (let it dry completely before reinserting). Replace it every 6-12 months or when damaged.
Why is the vacuum losing suction?
Check if the dust bag is full, the filters are clogged, or the hose is blocked. Also ensure the nozzle is not obstructed. Clean or replace as needed.
Can I wash the pre-motor filter?
Yes, the pre-motor filter is washable. Remove it and rinse under lukewarm water. Let it air dry completely for 24 hours before placing it back.
How do I rewind the power cord automatically?
Press the cord rewind button located on the top of the vacuum. Hold the plug to avoid whipping, and let the cord retract smoothly.
What attachments are included?
The vacuum comes with a crevice tool for tight spaces, a dusting brush for delicate surfaces, an upholstery tool for furniture, and a combination floor nozzle for carpets and hard floors.

What should I do if the vacuum overheats?
The vacuum has a thermal cut-off. If it overheats, turn it off and unplug it. Remove the bag and filters, check for blockages, and let it cool for at least 30 minutes before restarting.
How do I store the vacuum?
Use the parking clip on the back of the vacuum to attach the floor nozzle for upright storage. The attachments can be stored in the onboard accessory holder.
