How do I assemble the tower fan base?

The base comes in two halves. Fit the front half around the oscillation base, aligning screw holes. Thread the power cord through the centre hole, then attach the back half and secure with the four screws provided. Ensure the power cord exits through the cut-out in the back half.

How do I use the timer function?

Press the Timer button repeatedly to set the desired time in 0.5-hour increments, up to 12 hours. The display will show the set time. The fan will automatically turn off after the set duration.

What are the different fan modes?

There are three modes: Normal (constant speed), Natural (cycles through low, medium, high every 5 seconds), and Sleep (adjusts speed over time: from high to medium to low at set intervals). Press the Mode button to cycle through them.

How do I clean the fan?

Turn off and unplug the fan. Use a soft brush to remove dust from the grille, then wipe with a soft damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use mild detergent. Do not use abrasive sponges or allow water to contact the control panel.

How do I replace the remote control battery?

The remote uses a button cell battery (e.g., CR2032). Open the battery compartment, replace the battery with correct polarity, and close securely. Keep batteries away from children; if swallowed, seek medical help immediately.

Can I use the fan outdoors or in a bathroom?

No, this fan is for indoor residential use only. Do not use in bathrooms, near water, or outdoors. It must not be used in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower, or swimming pool.

How do I adjust the tilt angle?

Gently pull the top of the fan backward to tilt it up to 7 degrees. To return to upright, push the fan forward. This allows you to direct airflow slightly upward.

Why is my fan making noise?

The fan has a noise level of 55 dB(A). If you hear abnormal noise, check for loose parts or obstructions. Ensure the fan is on a flat, stable surface. If noise persists, unplug and contact customer service.

How do I enable oscillation?

Press the Oscillation button on the control panel or remote control. The fan will start oscillating left and right. Press again to stop oscillation.

What should I do if the fan stops working?

First, check that it is plugged in and the socket is live. Ensure the timer is not set to turn off. If it still does not work, unplug the fan and contact the customer care centre at 1300 556 816 (AU) or 0800 666 2824 (NZ). Do not attempt to repair yourself.

Parts

Assembly

The base of the tower fan comes in two parts, which fit around the oscillation base. Both parts fit easily together. The back half has cut-outs for the power supply cord.

1. Attach the front half of the base, aligning the holes in the base with the screw holes in the fan base. Thread the power cord through the centre hole.
2. Connect the back half to the front half of the base and secure the fan body to the base with the four screws supplied.
3. Thread the power cord through the cut-outs in the back half of the base and plug into an appropriate power supply

Operation

This tower fan can be operated by the control panel or remote control. Please refer to the below diagrams for descriptions.

Operation

1. Place the fan on a flat stable surface. Plug into an electrical outlet and press the "Power On/Off" button to turn the unit "On". The current room temperature will show on the LED display.
2. Adjust the fan speed by pressing the "Speed" button. There are three speeds - Low, Medium & High and each press will cycle through the speed settings. The speed setting will show on the LED display.
3. Press the "Mode" button to cycle through, Normal (NM), Natural (NT) & Sleep (SL) modes. The indicator light of the chosen mode will illuminate on the LED display.
4. This unit has a 12 hour timer that can be set in 0.5 hour increments. Press the "Timer" button until the desired time is shown on the LED display.
5. Press the "Oscillation" button to enable oscillation. Press again to disable.
6. This fan has an adjustable tilt feature of up to 7^ . Gently pull the top of the fan backward to tilt (ref. below diagram). Push the fan forward to remove the tilt angle.

MODES

Normal: When this mode is selected, the fan will operate as normal, in the settings selected.

Natural: This mode cycles through Low, Medium, High for 5 seconds each.

Sleep: Low Speed - the fan will work at this speed without change until it is turned off (either manually or by the timer). Medium speed- the fan will work at medium speed for 30 minutes, then switch to low speed until it is turned off. High Speed- the fan will work at high speed for 30 minutes, then switch to medium speed for 30 minutes, and finally work in low speed be-fore it is turned off.

Cleaning

Over time, dust can accumulate on the fan grille, which can affect the fans performance. It is recommended to clean the fan at least once a month.

1. Turn the unit OFF and disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
2. Remove any dust build up with a soft brush.
3. Wipe the surface of the unit with a soft damp cloth. Mild detergent can be used for any stubborn marks.

Storage

If not using the unit for an extended period of time. After cleaning please:

• Turn the unit off, unplug and take care of the mains lead & plug.
• Cover the unit and store it upright in a location where it will not receive direct sunlight. NB- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight will discolour the enclosure.

Maintenance

If the unit fails to operate efficiently, is broken or other problems arise, unplug and do not operate. Ask for advice by calling your local after sales service agent or the Customer Care Centre on 1300 556 816 (AU) / 0800 666 2824 (NZ).
