How do I install the washing machine?

Remove all packaging and transport bolts. Place the machine on a level, hard surface. Connect the inlet hose to a water tap with a 3/4 inch thread. Insert the drain hose into a standpipe or sink. Plug into a grounded outlet.

What should I do if the machine does not start?

Check that the door is securely closed. Ensure the water supply is turned on. Verify the power cord is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Press the Start/Pause button.

How do I clean the filter?

The filter is located at the bottom front. Open the access cover, unscrew the filter, remove lint and debris. Clean under running water and reinstall. Do this monthly.

Why is the machine leaking water?

Check hose connections for tightness. Inspect the drain hose for kinks or damage. Ensure the door seal is clean and not damaged. Overloading can also cause leaks.

What does the 'Child Lock' feature do?

It prevents accidental button presses during operation. To activate, press and hold the Child Lock button for 3 seconds. Repeat to deactivate.

How do I select a wash program?

Turn the program dial to the desired cycle (e.g., Cotton, Delicate). The indicator will light up. Adjust any options like water temperature or spin speed if needed. Press Start.

Can I wash a duvet or large blanket?

Yes, but ensure the item fits loosely in the drum. Use the Blanket or Heavy program. Do not overload; max capacity is 7 kg.

How do I clean the detergent drawer?

Remove the drawer by pressing the release clip. Wash it with warm water and a soft brush. Clean the recess cavity with a damp cloth. Reinstall fully.

What should I do if the spin cycle is noisy?

Check if the load is unbalanced. Redistribute clothes evenly. Ensure the machine is level; adjust the feet if needed. Also, remove any foreign objects from the drum.

Safety Precautions

1. Observe the following items in order to prevent injury to yourself or to others and damage to property. Please make sure that the power supply is 220-240V\~50/60Hz.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

1. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

2. Always use the Spin cap for the spinning operation.

3. Do not wash laundries with volatile materials (such as thinner, petrol etc.)

6.Do not wash water-proof laundries like the raincoat, bike covers etc. to avoid abnormal vibrations in spinning.

1. Always take out all coins, buttons, sand, hairpins or other foreign materials from the pocket before washing.

2. Ensure the quantities of the laundries do not exceed the maximum washing & spinning capacity of the appliance as specified.

Please do not dismantle the unit. Maintenance can only be done by a qualified technician.

Placement

The unit must be placed on a flat & solid surface. The placement of the unit must be more than 5 cm away from surrounding walls for proper ventilation to avoid noise during spin function.

Lint Filter

The Unit

1. Please make sure that, all the water is drained from Wash Tub and Spin Tub after being used.
2. Switch off the power at the wall socket and remove the plug.
3. Wipe off any moisture or liquid on the unit with a dry or wet cloth.
4. Do not spray water directly on to the unit.
5. Do not use any flammable liquid cleaner to clean the unit, as this will spoil the appearance.
6. Allow the wash cover & spin cover to be opened to keep the internal area dry after cleaning.

Troubleshooting

Before calling for a technician or sending the unit for repair, please check from the troubleshooting table below.

IMPORTANT : IF BELOW PROBLEMS CANNOT BE SOLVED, PLEASE CALL KHIND CUSTOMER SERVICES, ITS SERVICE AGENT OR SIMILARLY QUALIFIED PERSON. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE UNIT BY YOURSELF.

Washing

1. Put the clothes and correct amount of detergent into the tub. Excessive detergent will make it difficult to get rid of the soap suds and may require additional rinsing.
2. Turn on the tap valve and water will flow through the inlet. Adjust the water level according to the size of the load.
3. Set the Wash Selector to depending on the material and weight of the clothes (Normal, Strong).
4. Set the Wash Timer Knob to the proper position and start to wash.
5. After washing, set the wash / drain switch to the drain position to drain off water.

Spin Drying

1. After draining water, put the clothes into the Spin Tub (right-hand side) and hold down the clothes.
2. It is not recommended to put delicate clothes into the Spin Tub to Spin Dry.
3. The spin capacity is less than the wash capacity so you may need to split the drying into 2 or 3 lots.
4. Put down the spin cap, close the Spin Tub Safety Lid and then the Spin Tub Lid.
5. Set the Spin Timer to commence Spin Dry.

Rinsing

1. After spinning has finished, change inlet water to the Spin Dry Tub for 20-30 seconds.
2. Set the Spin Timer to commence Spin Dry again.

Final Rinsing

1. After spinning has finished and the spin tub stops, open the Spin Tub Lid and Spin Tub Safety Lid. Take out the clothes and put them in the washing tub and prepare to rinse.
2. Apart from putting detergent, the rinsing process is the same as the washing process.
