What do the different heat settings mean?
The heater has two heat settings: Low (approx. 1000W) and High (1500W). Use Low for gentle warmth or High for faster heating. There is also a fan-only mode for cool air circulation.

While the heater has overheat protection and a tip-over switch, it is recommended to not leave it unattended for long periods. Always place it on a stable, flat surface away from flammable materials.
Why does the heater turn off by itself?
This could be due to the thermostat reaching the set temperature (normal cycling) or safety features activating (overheat or tip-over). If it frequently shuts off, check for obstructions or contact support.
