Can I rotate images on the photo frame?
Yes, press the ROTATE button on the remote to rotate the image 90° clockwise. Alternatively, use the DOWN button for clockwise rotation (when viewing full screen).

How do I set the date and time on the calendar?
From the main menu, select Calendar using ◀▶ keys and press ENTER. Use navigation keys to adjust year, month, and day. The time can be set in the Setup menu under Time.
My remote control is not working. What should I do?
First, check the battery polarity and replace with a new CR2025 battery if needed. Ensure nothing is blocking the remote sensor on the frame and that you are within range. If still not working, replace the battery.
How can I copy pictures from a memory card to internal memory?
When viewing a picture in full screen, press SETUP, select Save Picture, and confirm. This copies the current image from the card to the built-in flash memory.
