SAFETY CONDITIONS AND HAZARDS

1. Please read this manual carefully and follow it strictly.
2. Always adjust the chair so that it fits your needs and meets ergonomic requirements.
3. The chair should be used only for its intended purpose and with due care.
4. An armchair is a piece of furniture designed for sitting. One chair is designed to seat one person only.
5. Improper use, e.g.: standing on the seat is dangerous and may result in an accident.
6. The chair must be assembled according to the instructions below.
7. When assembling the chair, it is recommended to use the help of another person.
8. The recommended user height is 160-180 cm.
9. The maximum load should not exceed 150 kg.
10. It is forbidden to use the chair arm in potentially dangerous places. Be careful when using the yaw function to avoid injury. The maximum load is given for the output load bearing capacity of the mechanism in which the seat rests parallel to the ground.
11. This product may only be operated by children 8 or more years old, mentally and/or physically deficient persons and persons without knowledge of or experience in operation of this appliance type if supervised or instructed in safe operation, with clear understanding of all related risks. Children should not play with the device. Unsupervised children should not carry out maintenance and cleaning of the device.
12. Do not expose the product to harmful weather conditions.
13. The product should be used only at home, at room temperature.
14. Do not allow children to play with plastic bags from the packaging. Risk of suffocation!
15. Please note that the actuator of the gaming chair is a wear and tear consumable.

16. To prevent the chair from tipping over, the center of gravity should be placed on the seat with the back resting on the lumbar support.

17. Do not sit on the front edge of the seat nor attempt to rest your entire body weight on the backrest.

18. To prevent damage to the upholstery, keep the chair away from animals and sharp objects.
19. To prevent the upholstery from drying out, colour fading and cracking of plastic components, do not expose the product to high temperatures and do not expose the product to direct sunlight.
20. Do not use the product when the bolts are not tight enough. This may result in damage to the product or an accident.
21. To extend the service life of the product and improve the comfort of its use, re-tighten all the bolts in the chair every 2-3 months.
22. When unpacking parts of the seat from film protector, avoid using sharp tools so as not to damage the product.
23. Do not use the rocking mechanism when the backrest is tilted 130^ or more.

CAUTION!

1. The chair must not be used by more than one person at a time.
2. Do not sit on the edge of the seat.
3. Do not stand on the seat.
4. Do not exceed the weight limits and maximum tilt angle.
5. The process of reclining the backrest should be carried out gradually. This should not be done dynamically, as it may result in personal injury or damage to the product.
6. Avoid transferring all body weight to the armrests when sitting down, getting up and sitting. Their function is solely to support the forearm.
7. Do not use the chair to transport heavy objects.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION

1. Follow the instructions and perform the steps below in order. You will find all the necessary items you will need for assembly, including they key, in the box. In the MAD DOG gaming chairs, we use special rubberized wheels that do not scratch the floor surface. Long hours spent in front of the computer do not have to end with the renovation of the floor. Our armchairs offer comprehensive comfort of use. Despite this, it is recommended to use special mats to protect the floor from excessive abrasion by the seat wheels.
2. In the attached manual you will find the list of all the elements required to assemble the armchair. Order all elements and see if the whole is in accordance with the following breakdown of the parts included in the kit.

CHAIR ASSEMBLY

1. We start the assembly of the gaming chair from the mobile base. Push the wheels A into the holes in the five-arm base B. Insert the actuator C in the middle of the base, and then cover it with the aesthetic plastic cover D.

1. Then proceed to the assembly of the backrest elements. First, using the straps, attach the headrest I to the top of the backrest G. In the next step, attach the lumbar support J to the backrest G with straps.

1. In the next step, proceed to the assembly of the elements of the seat F and armrests H. Start with screwing the black element – the Tilt E mechanism controller. Use four L M8X25 bolts, which must be screwed with the attached key O to assembly the mechanism. Use the same key to screw in the armrests H, using four further L M8X25 bolts, two pieces on each side of the armrest assembly.

1. Put the seat F on actuator C by inserting the actuator into the hole in the seat. Push them firmly until you feel the resistance of the actuator.

PLEASE NOTE! ASK ANOTHER PERSON FOR HELP PUTTING THE SEAT ON THE ACTUATOR. THIS WILL MAKE INSTALLATION MUCH EASIER.

Using the key O and four L M8X25 screws (two on each side), install the backrest reclining mechanisms P.

PLEASE NOTE! THE RECLINING MECHANISM OF THE CHAIR WITH ADJUSTABLE HANDLE MUST BE LOCATED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE SEAT WHEN STANDING AT THE BACK OF THE SEAT.

1. The previously prepared backrest of the gaming chair is installed on top of the reclining mechanisms of the chair P. Using four L bolts - M8X25 (two on each side), and the key O screw in all the bolts from both sides.

1. To secure the components of the backrest reclining mechanism of the gaming chair, use the four covers K included in the set. Place the covers on the backrest folding mechanism, and then tighten the 6 M - M5X8 bolts (three on each side) using the key O. After tightening all six M bolts thoroughly, use N caps to mask the visible bolts.

PLEASE NOTE! ALL BOLTS SHOULD BE PERIODICALLY INSPECTED AND RE-TIGHTENED IF LOOSE. THE GAMING CHAIR CONTAINS MOVING ELEMENTS THAT ARE SUBJECT TO SHOCKS AND MOVEMENT. THIS MAY LEAD TO LOOSENING OF THE THREADED CONNECTIONS.

ADJUSTMENT

1. Seat height adjustment:

Lowering the seat:

a. Sit in the chair with your back touching the backrest.
b. Raise lever 1 and press lightly with your thighs on the seat (the seat will slowly lower).
c. Release lever 1 at the selected height to lock the seat.

Raising the seat:

a. Sit in the chair.
b. Raise lever 1 and lift slightly over the seat (the seat will start to rise slowly).
c. Release lever 1 at the selected height to lock the seat.

2. Adjusting the seat rocking

a. Sit in the chair.
b. Unlock the rocking mechanism of the seat by moving the seat height adjustment lever 2 to the right.

Use the knob 3 to adjust the backrest resistance force to your weight.

a. While sitting in the seat, turn the knob 3 counterclockwise to increase the rocking resistance of the seat.
b. While sitting in the seat, turn the knob 3 clockwise to reduce the rocking resistance of the seat.

3. Adjusting the backrest angle

The gaming chair has a backrest reclining up to 160°.

a. Sit comfortably in your chair.
b. Pull up the lever located on the right side of the backrest 2 (at the point of connecting the backrest and the seat).
c. Press gently on the backrest using your back until you reach a convenient reclining position and release the lever.
d. The backrest will lock and remain in the selected position.

CAUTION!

IN ORDER TO FOLD THE BACKREST, SIT ON THE SEAT IN THE CHAIR SO THAT YOU COME INTO CONTACT WITH THE BACKREST. THANKS TO THIS, AFTER PULLING THE LEVER 2, THE BACKREST WILL NOT FOLD ABRUPTLY, HITTING THE USER IN THE BACK, WHICH MAY LEAD TO DAMAGE TO THE MECHANISM AND POSE A DANGER TO THE USER.

4. Adjusting the armrests

On the side outer vertical part of the metal bracket there is a button 4 for adjusting the height of the armrests. The lateral adjustment of the armrests adapts automatically to the movement of the forearm.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

GENERAL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION.

Clean the gaming chair with a dry cloth. In case of heavier soiling, wipe with a damp cloth, then wipe dry.

Upholstered parts should be vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner set to gentle suction using a soft brush.

The paint coating is not resistant to strong detergents (including agents containing abrasives and solvents and chemicals), their use may damage it.

The paint coating is not resistant to sharp cleaners, abrasives, sharp objects. Upholstered parts are made

of foams coated with upholstery fabric, carbon fibre, suede. Attempts to clean dirt may result in loss of the original appearance of the upholstery. Only use products intended for this purpose for cleaning.

CAUTION!

BEFORE USING A CLEANING AGENT, PERFORM A TEST IN A LOW-VISIBILITY PLACE OF THE UPHOLSTERY TO CHECK HOW THE MATERIAL BEHAVES DURING CLEANING.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF PLASTIC COMPONENTS.

For cleaning plastic components, use a clean cloth soaked in water with the addition of a chemically inert soap. Do not clean with chemicals! Always perform cleaning test on invisible, hidden locations.

CAUTION!

IN UPHOLSTERED CHAIRS, GRADUAL STRETCHING AND FOLDING OF UPHOLSTERY MATERIALS MAY OCCUR.

SURFACE UNEVENNESS, SCARS, ABRASIONS AND SMALL SHADE DIFFERENCES ARE TYPICAL FEATURES OF MATERIALS, INCLUDING SYNTHETIC LEATHER.

ZIPPERS USED IN UPHOLSTERY FOR TECHNOLOGICAL PURPOSES ARE NOT INTENDED TO REMOVE COVERS.

TRACES OF USE, SUCH AS: DENTS OF THE FOAM ON THE SEAT, ABRASION OF THE MATERIAL, COLOUR WASHOUT ARE THE FEATURES OF NATURAL WEAR OF THE FURNITURE.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM POSSIBLE	CAUSE SOLUTION
Traces of packaging materials on the seat fabric.	Remnants of transport. Wipe with a damp cloth.
It is not possible to tighten the structural elements of the seat.	There are no components from the assembly kit in the blister pack included with the product.	Contact your authorized service centre.
After some time of use, the chair began to creak.	The mounting bolts have become loose during use.	Re-tighten all the chair bolts.
The actuator does not lower the seat.	There is too little pressure on the actuator.	Sit on the seat so as to lean against the backrest and thus move the center of gravity over the actuator.
The chair rocks by itself. Rocking	mechanism unlocked. Lock the cradle mechanism by following step 2 in the SEAT ADJUSTMENT section.
	The mounting bolts are not tight enough.	Re-tighten all the bolts in the chair.

By removing waste from the product in a compliant manner, you will help to avoid possible negative impacts on the environment and human health that could occur in the result of improper handling of this waste. For further information regarding the recycling of waste from this product, please contact the municipal authorities in your area, the appropriate waste disposal service or the supplier of the product.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR GAMING CHAIR

1. ART-DOM Sp. z o.o. with its registered o ice in Łódz (92-402) at ul. Zakładowa 90/92 National Court Register Number 0000354059 (Guarantor) guarantees that the purchased device is free from physical defects. The warranty covers only defects resulting from the causes inherent in the item sold (manufacturing defects).
2. A disclosed defect will be removed at the Guarantor's expense within 14 days from the date of reporting the damage to the authorized service or point of sale.
3. In exceptional cases, e.g. the need to import spare parts from their manufacturer, the repair period may be extended up to 30 days.
4. The warranty period for the user is 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods.
5. The goods are intended for use only in the conditions of an individual household.
6. The present warranty does not cover:

a. damage caused by using the device in a manner inconsistent with the user manual,
b. mechanical, chemical or thermal damage,
c. repairs and modifications made by companies or persons that were not authorized to do so by the manufacturer,
d. parts that are easy to use or consumables such as: batteries, bulbs, fuses, filters, knobs, shelves, accessories,
e. installation, maintenance, inspection, cleaning, unlocking, removal of contaminants and instruction.

1. The Guarantor will select the mode of defect removal at its own discretion. Removal of a confirmed defect of the device will take place through warranty repair or replacement of the device. The Guarantor may perform repairs when the buyer requests replacement or the Guarantor may perform replacements when the buyer requests repair, if bringing the goods (device) into conformity in accordance with the granted warranty in the manner selected by the buyer is impossible or would require excessive costs at the part of Guarantor. In particularly justified cases, if both repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs for the Guarantor, the Guarantor may refuse to bring the goods into compliance with the granted warranty and propose another way to settle the warranty claim.

2. The exchange of goods is made at the point of sale at which the goods were purchased (replacement or refund) or an authorized service point, if it o ers such service (replacement). The returned device must be complete, without mechanical damage. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in failure to accept the warranty claim.

3. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the sales contract, the buyer is entitled by law to legal protection measures on the part and at the expense of the seller, and the warranty does not act these legal protection measures.

4. The warranty is valid in Poland.
5. The condition for the warranty repair or replacement of the device is the presentation of proof of purchase and the use of the goods in accordance with the information contained in the user manual.

Damage or removal of the rating plate from the device may result in warranty being deemed void.
