To ensure best use of your appliance, carefully read the operating instructions which contain a description of the appliance and advice on storing and preserving food. Keep this handbook for future reference,

1. After unpacking the appliance, make sure it is not damaged and that the door closes properly. Any damage must be reported to the dealer within 24 hours of delivery of the appliance.
2. Wait at least two hours before switching the appliance on, in order to ensure that the refrigerant circuit is fully efficient.
3. Make sure installation and the electrical connection are carried out by a qualified technician according to the manufacturer's instructions and in compliance with the local safety regulations.
4. Clean the inside of the appliance before using it.

Important Safety Instructions

* Read all instructions before using the appliance.
* Child entrapment and suffocation are not problems of the past. Junked or abandoned appliances are still dangerous... even if they will "just sit in the garage a few days."
• Before you throw away your old wine cooler: Take off the door, leave the shelves in place, so that children may not easily climb inside.
- Never allow children to operate, play with, or crawl inside the appliance.
• Never clean appliance parts with flammable fluids. The fumes can create a fire hazard or explosion.
* Do not store or use gasoline or any other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance. The fumes can create a fire or explosion.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before Using Your Wine Cellar

• Remove the exterior and interior packing, including protective foam on door panels.
  • Check to be sure the following parts are included:

- 5 slide out shelves

• 1 wine rack

• 1 Instruction manual

• Before connecting the appliance to the power source, let it stand upright for approximately 2 hours. This will reduce the possibility of a malfunction in the cooling system from handling during transportation.
  • Clean the interior surface with lukewarm water using a soft cloth.

Installation of Your Wine Cellar

• Place your appliance on a floor that is strong enough to support the appliance when it is fully loaded. To level your appliance, adjust the legs at the front of the appliance.
• Allow 5 inches of space between the back and sides of the appliance, which allows the proper air circulation to cool the compressor.

• Locate the appliance away from direct sunlight and sources of heat (stove, heater, radiator, etc.). Direct sunlight may affect the acrylic coating and heat sources may increase electrical consumption. Extreme cold ambient temperatures may also cause the appliance not to perform properly.

• Avoid locating the appliance in moist areas. Too much moisture in the air will cause frost to form quickly on the evaporator.

• Plug the appliance into an exclusive properly installed-grounded wall outlet. Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third (ground) prong from the power cord. Any questions concerning power and or grounding should be directed toward a certified electrician or an authorized Products service center.
• You must attach the door handle to the left hand side of the frame before you start to use the wine cellar.

Improper use of the grounded plug can result in the risk of electrical shock. If the power cord is damaged, have it replaced by an authorized Products service center.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Do not store food in wine cellar, as interior temperature may not get cool enough to prevent spoilage. As a natural result of condensation, in summer months or area of high humidity, the glass door may built up moisture on the outside. Just wipe it away.

OPERATING YOUR WINE CELLAR

Before starting the wine cellar, ensure the cabinet is level. This will eliminate any vibrations. This wine cooler is designed for climatic class N and to use at temperature from 16 to 32 degree Celsius.

It is recommended you install the wine cellar in a place where the ambient temperature is between 22-25 degree Celsius. If the ambient temperature in above or below the recommended temperature, conditions may cause the interior temperature to fluctuate. Recommended temperature ranges for chilling wine

Red wines:	15-18°C
Dry/White Wines	10-15°C
Rose Wines	9-10°C
Sparkling Wines	6-9°C
Beverage	3-6°C

SETTING THE TEMPERATURE CONTROLS

Each cooling compartment of the wine cooler (upper & lower) are independently controlled. To set the temperature:

1. Connect the power cord to a properly grounded outlet. The temperature preset at factory of each compartment are:

12°C (54°F)-Upper Compartment

6°C (43°F)-Middle Compartment

1. Set the desired cooling temperature by pressing the button ☑ or ☑ which are under the Upper Compartment/Middle Compartment program. When you push the two buttons for the first time, the LCD readout will show the original temperature set at previous time. The temperature that you desire to set will increase 1°F or 1°C if you push the ☑ once, on the contra the temperature will decrease 1°F or 1°C if you push the ☑ once.

Upper Compartment: The temperature setting can be adjusted from 10^ C - 18^ C ( 50^ F - 64^ F);

Middle Compartment: The temperature setting can be adjusted from 5°C - 10°C (41°F - 50°F).

Bottom Compartment: Display the temperature from 5°C - 8°C (41°F - 46°F)

The setting temperatures may fluctuate depending on whether the bottles are located on the upper/middle or lower section. The Bottom compartment only displays the temperature. It fluctuates basing on the setting temperature of the middle compartment.

1. To view the setting temperature, (anytime) press the corresponding ⚠ or ⏱ button, the setting temperature will temporarily flash in the LCD display for 5 seconds.

Flashing LCD = Setting Temperature Steady LCD = Cabinet Temperature

1. This unit has the option to display temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. To change the setting, press the button marks C/F

2. You can turn the interior lights on or off by pressing the button marked symbol. The interior lights are LED lights and low energy bulbs (only 0.25W for each one) and low heat. However they should not be left on for long periods of time, only whilst you are looking inside of the wine cellar.

3. Your wine cooler is designed with an Auto-Cycle defrost system. During the Off-Cycle the refrigerated surface of the wine cooler (interior rear wall) defrost automatically. The defrost water is channelled into a condensate drain pan which is located at the back of the wine cellar on the top of the compressor from where it evaporates.

Shelves

Shelving is chrome. To accommodate different size bottles, they can be moved up or drown by sliding them out of the tracks. The shelves are designed to accommodate the maximum amount of bottles.

Wine Rack

There is an additional wine rack at bottom section of the unit where you can store up to 6 wine bottles. This rack is removable for cleaning purpose.

NOTE:

When you use the wine cellar for the first time or restart the wine cellar after it has been turned off for long time, there could be a few degrees variance between the temperature you select and the one indicated on the LCD readout. This is normal and it is due to the length of the activation time. Once the wine cellar is running for a few hours everything will be back to normal.

Also, there is a 2 to 3°C variance between the top and bottom shelves of each compartment. Therefore, if you have set the wine cellar for red wine only and the temperature reads 16°C and you want to place a mix of white and red wines, you should place the wine bottles on the bottom shelves and the red wines on the top shelves.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION: Anytime you could not unscrew the screws of the middle clapboards with display screen on it to repair the appliance. There are electric components inside it. It must be repaired by the professional servicing personnel.

CHANGING THE LED LIGHT

Note: All parts removed must be saved to do the replacement of the LED light. Before removing the LED light, either unplug the refrigerator or disconnect the electricity leading into the refrigerator at the main power supply. Failure to do so could result in electrical shock or personal injury. You should use the LED light which is of the same type as the originally supplied with the appliance.

Cleaning Your Wine Cellar

• Unplug the wine cellar, and remove the bottles.
- Wash the inside with a warm water and baking soda solution. The solution should be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water.
- Wooden shelves does not require cleaning.
- The outside of the wine cellar should be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water.
- It may also be necessary to periodically wipe the bottom part of the storage area, as the wine cooler is designed to retain humidity, and condensation may collect there.

Maintenance of Your Wine Cellar

• Power Failure

Most power failures are corrected within a few hours and should not affect the temperature of your wine cooler if you minimize the number of times the door is opened. If the power is going to be off for a longer period of time, you need to take the proper steps to protect your contents.

Moving Your Wine Cellar

• Remove all the bottles.
• Securely tape down all loose items inside your wine cellar.
  • Turn the levelling screws up to the base to avoid damage.
• Tape the doors shut.
• Be sure the wine cellar stays in the upright position during transportation.

You can solve many common wine cellar problems easily, saving you the cost of a possible service call. Try the suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the servicer.

The ratling noise may come from the flow of the refrigerant,which is normal.As each cycle ends, you may hear gurgling sounds caused by the flow of refrigerant in your wine cellar.Contraction and expansion of the inside walls may cause popping and crackling noises.The wine cellar is not level.
The door will not close properly.	The wine cellar is not level.The gasket is dirty.The shelves are out of position.
