BACCARAT® IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE FIRST USE & RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

Safety is at the forefront of design and manufacturing throughout the process of all Baccarat® products. It is essential that the product user exercise care when using a Baccarat® electrical appliance. Please adhere to the following precautions which are essential for the safe use of an electrical appliance:

Safety precautions for the Baccarat® Healthy Fry Multi.

- Operate with care when using the appliance on surfaces that may be damaged by heat as the surface under the appliance may become hot during use. Sit appliance upright on a firm, stable, level, dry, heat resistant surface. The use of a heat resistant pad is recommended, be aware that not all bench tops are considered as heat resistant surfaces.

  • Do not place or store anything on top of the appliance.
    • Always ensure the appliance is properly assembled before use.
  • Do not cover the air inlet or the air exhaust vents while the appliance is operating.
  • Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave a minimum of 20cm free space at the back, sides and above the appliance.
  • Do not let any water or other liquid enter the appliance, to prevent electric shock.

  • Always put the ingredients to be fried on the tray, to prevent contact with the heating elements.

  • Do not fill the frying drawers with oil as this may cause a fire hazard.
  • Never touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating. The drawers and tray become extremely hot during the cooking process. Avoid physical contact while removing the drawers or tray from the appliance. Always place the drawers or tray on a heat-resistant surface after removing. Do not touch the accessories during or immediately after cooking.
  • Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with wet hands.
  • Keep hands and face at a safe distance as hot steam is released through the air exhaust openings during use.
  • Be careful of hot steam and hot air when you remove the frying drawers from the appliance
  • If dark smoke is omitted from the appliance, immediately unplug it from the power outlet. Wait for smoke emission to stop, then remove the frying drawers from the appliance.

Baccarat®

  • Let the appliance cool down for at least 30 minutes before you handle or clean it.
  • Remove any burnt remnants after each use
  • Ensure the removable drawers are clean and dry before placing them into the appliance.
  • Do not move the appliance when in use.
  • Do not use the appliance without the removable drawers installed.
  • Do not use this appliance for deep-frying.
  • Avoid physical contact while removing the drawer or tray from the appliance.

Safety Precautions for all Baccarat® Electrical Appliances

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
    • Children should always be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance
  • To eliminate a choking hazard for young children, remove and safely discard the protective cover fitted to the power plug of this appliance.
  • Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are aged from 8 years and above or supervised.
  • Keep the appliance and cable out of reach of children under 8 years.
  • Always turn the power off at the power outlet before you insert or remove a plug. Remove by grasping the plug - do not pull on the cord.
  • Turn the power off and remove the plug when the appliance is not in use and before cleaning.

Operating Instructions Before First Use

  • Remove all the packaging and safely discard.
  • Wash all components, see 'Care guide' for cleaning.

Cooking Use

  1. Place the appliance on a stable, dry and heat-resistant levelled surface. a. Do not put anything on top of the appliance. This disrupts the airflow and affects the air frying result.
  2. Place the frying trays into the non-stick frying drawers. a. Do not fill the non-stick drawers with oil or any other liquid
  3. Put the ingredients into the non-stick frying drawer(s) on top of the frying tray(s) and insert the drawer(s) into the appliance.
  4. Plug the appliance into a power outlet. The appliance will beep, and display panel will light up for 1 second and then will enter standby mode. The power ⏻ (ON/OFF) button will be illuminated on the display panel.
  5. To turn on, press the ⏻ (ON/OFF) button on the display panel
  6. The (LEFT), (TWIN COOK) and (RIGHT) buttons will illuminate on the display panel.

Baccarat®

  1. Select the cooking drawer that will be used by pressing the (LEFT) button (if cooking in the left drawer) or pressing the (RIGHT) button (if cooking in the right drawer). If choosing the same menu function for both drawers, press the (TWIN COOK) function

  2. Press the (MENU) button repeatedly until the desired menu function icon illuminates as a flashing light on the display panel. Menu selection options are: Fries, Chicken, Meat, Fish, Cake, Hard Vegetables, Soft Vegetables and Defrost.

a. The display panel will alternate between displaying the default temperature and default cooking time for the selected menu setting for the selected cooking drawer(s).

  1. Every function has a default time and temperature. Refer to 'Menu Table'. Freely adjust the default time and temperature by pressing the (LEFT) or (RIGHT) button to select the cooking drawer you are adjusting or press the (TWIN COOK) to program the exact same menu function, temperature, and time for both drawers. Use the (TEMPERATURE) -/+ buttons and the (TIME) -/+ buttons until the desired temperature and time is shown on the display panel for the drawer(s), if required.

a. Temperature control range is 40° C- 200° C. The ⚡ (TEMPERATURE) -/+ buttons will increase or reduce by 5° C increments. b. Time control range is 1 minute to 1 hour. The ⚡ (TIME) -/+ buttons will increase or reduce by 1 minute increments.

  1. Once desired settings are selected, press the ▶(START/STOP) button to start the function. a. Note: If the appliance is not interacted with for an approx. period of 5 minutes, it will enter standby mode and the ⏻(ON/OFF) button will illuminate on the display panel. To exit standby mode, press the (ON/OFF) button. Above steps 5-10 will need to be repeated.

  2. The display panel will commence a countdown to track the remaining cooking time on the drawer(s). The display will interchange between the set temperature and the time countdown of the drawer(s). The selected menu icon(s) will illuminate a solid light on the display.

a. To pause the function, press

▶II (START/STOP) button. At this point, if required, the cooking time and temperature can be re-adjusted following step 9. Press the ▶II (START/STOP) button to resume the function.

b. Some ingredients require shaking halfway through the cooking cycle. To shake the ingredients, pull the respective non-stick drawer(s) out of the appliance and shake it, then insert the drawer(s) back into the appliance. The appliance will automatically pause and resume the function of that drawer.

  1. Additionally, if dual zone cooking, follow steps 7-11 to set the cooking menu for the other cooking drawer or to select the same cooking function, time, and temperature, for both drawers, press the (TWIN COOK) button. a. Note: Refer to 'Sync Finish' and 'Twin Cook' for use of the added features of the dual cooking zones.

  2. To cancel or end cooking before the countdown has completed, press, and hold the ▶II (START/STOP) button until the display turns off.

  3. When the cooking cycle is finished the appliance will beep and 'End' will display on the display screen of the respective zone(s). Pull out the related non-stick drawer(s) and place it on a stable, dry, and heat-resistant surface. a. Please note: If the two zones are required to be finished at the same time; refer to 'Sync Finish' to use the feature.

  1. Check if ingredients have reached desired cooking results.

a. If ingredients have not reached desired cooking results, simply insert the drawer(s) back into the appliance and cook for extra time.
b. Do not turn the drawer upside down to remove ingredients, as any excess oil that has collected at the bottom will spill out and leak over the ingredients.

Caution: After airfrying, the drawer and the ingredients will be hot. Depending on the type of ingredients in the airfryer, steam may escape from the appliance, keep face and hands a safe distance away from the appliance.

  1. Remove items from the non-stick frying drawer into a bowl or onto a plate.

Tip: To remove large or fragile ingredients, use a pair of tongs to lift the ingredients out of the drawer.

Sync Finish Function

The smart 'Sync Finish' function allows for two different cooking zones to finish at the same time for convenience. To use the 'Sync Finish' feature for the two drawer zones:

  1. Follow Steps 1-6 in 'Cooking Use'.
  2. Press the 📂 (TWIN COOK) button. This will illuminate a flashing light on 📂 (TWIN COOK).
  3. Press the ☐ (MENU) button repeatedly until the desired menu function icon for the left drawer illuminates a flashing light on the display panel.

a. If required, adjust the default time and temperature by using the ⏻ (TEMPERATURE) -/+ buttons and the ⏻ (TIME) -/+ buttons until the desired temperature and time is reached on the display panel for the left zone/left drawer.

  1. Select the ⏚ (RIGHT) button (for the right drawer/zone). This will illuminate a flashing light on ⏚ (RIGHT) zone/drawer.

  2. Press the Ⓞ (MENU) button repeatedly until the desired menu function icon for the right drawer illuminates a flashing light on the display panel.
    a. If required, adjust the default time and temperature by using the ⚠ (TEMPERATURE) -/+ buttons and the Ⓛ (TIME) -/+ buttons until the desired temperature and time is reached on the display panel for the right zone/drawer.

  3. Press the 🎨 (SYNC FINISH) button which will illuminate a flashing light on the 🎨 (SYNC ICON) icon.

  4. Press ▶II (START/STOP) button to start cooking in the drawer with the longest time; the countdown timer and temperature will display on the display screen. The other display zone will display "Hold" on their display screen.

a. The other drawer will beep and activate once both drawers have the same time remaining, to ensure both drawers finish at the same time.

  1. The two drawers will finish airflying at the same time and the appliance will beep and "End" will display on the display screens of the two drawers. Pull out the non-stick drawers and place them on a heat-resistant surface.

a. Note: If you open a drawer, the other drawer will automatically pause so the cooking will still finish at the same time. Reinsert the drawer to continue cooking in both zones for same-time completion.

  1. Check if ingredients have reached desired cooking results.

a. If ingredients have not reached desired cooking results, simply insert the drawer(s) back into the appliance and cook for extra time.
b. Do not turn the drawer upside down to remove ingredients, as any excess oil that has collected at the bottom will spill out and leak over the ingredients.

Twin Cook Function

The 'Twin Cook' function utilises the two 4.5L cooking drawers to cook a larger amount of the same food (9L total) or cook different dishes in the two separate cooking drawers on the same function, temperature, and time. To use the 'Twin Cook' function for the two drawer zones: 1. Follow Steps 1-6 in 'Cooking Use'.

  1. Press the (TWIN COOK) button. This will illuminate a flashing light on (TWIN COOK).
  2. Press the (MENU) button repeatedly until the desired menu function icon for both drawers illuminate a flashing light on the display panel. a. If required, adjust the default time and temperature by using the (TEMPERATURE) -/+ buttons and the (TIME) -/+ buttons until the desired temperature and time is reached on the display panel for both zones/drawers,

  3. Press ▶II (START/STOP) button to start cooking in both drawers/zones.

Care Guide

  • Always switch off, unplug at the power outlet and dismantle before cleaning.
  • Never put the power unit in the water or let the cord or plug get wet.
  • Do not wash parts in the dishwasher.
  • Do not clean with scouring powders, steel wool pads or other abrasive materials.
  • Wipe exterior with a clean damp cloth and allow to dry.
  • Wash the cooking draw and the frying tray with warm soapy water and rinse well. Once dry, re-insert in the appliance.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken marylands
  • 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp ground fennel
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Combine all the spices for the BBQ rub in a small bowl.
  2. Use your fingers to separate the chicken skin from the leg meat.

  1. Stuff ½ tbsp of the rub beneath the skin, all over the outside of the chicken
  2. For best results, leave the chicken to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, pat the chicken dry with paper towel and place into the air fryer drawer on the frying tray.
  4. Select the ⬆ (CHICKEN) function and adjust the time to 30 minutes. Press ▶II (START/STOP) to start the function.

Honey Glazed Spicy Soy Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken wings, jointed
  • 85g (1/4 cup) sweet chilli sauce
  • 40g (2 tbsp) honey
  • 5g (1tsp) dark soy
  • 20g (1 tbsp) light soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 5g ginger, minced
  • 15g (1 tbsp) canola oil
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
  • Spring onion greens, thinly sliced to garnish
  • Red chilli, thinly sliced to garnish
  • Lime cheeks, to garnish

Method

  1. Combine the sweet chilli, honey, soy, garlic, ginger, and oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the chicken wings and stir to coat thoroughly. For best results, leave to marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  3. Place the wings into one air fryer drawer, on top of the frying tray.
  4. Select the Q (CHICKEN) function and press ▶I (START/STOP) to start the function
    5 Every 5 minutes, pull out the drawer and baste the chicken with the remaining marinade. The appliance will pause when the drawer is pulled out and will resume the function when the drawer is inserted back into the appliance.
  5. To serve, top with sesame seeds, spring onion and red chilli. Serve with lime on the side. Pair with the 'Sweet Potato Fries' recipe cooking in the other drawer for a complete meal. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 large gold sweet potato (approx. 600g)
  • Cooking spray
  • Fine salt

Method

  1. Peel and cut the sweet potato into approximately 8mm x 8mm wide chip cuts
    2 Coat with spray oil and a pinch of fine salt, then place in a single layer into the air fryer drawer on top of the frying tray.
    3 Select the (FRIES) function and press ▶I (START/STOP) to start the function.

  2. Cook the fries, shaking every four minutes until the cycle is complete.

  3. Serve with another sprinkle of salt and mayonnaise on the side. This recipe makes a great side when served with the "Honey Glazed Spicy Soy Chicken Wings" recipe cooking in the next drawer for a complete meal. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 large Desiree potatoes
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ tsp fine salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Method

  1. Cut potatoes in half lengthways. Halve each half, then halve each quarter, resulting in eight wedges per potato.
  2. Place wedges skin side down on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for five minutes.
  3. Pat the potatoes dry with paper towel, then spray all sides with cooking spray.

  4. Combine the salt and spices, then sprinkle evenly all over the potatoes.

  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer drawer on top of the frying tray.
  6. Select the 🎨 (FRIES) function, then reduce the default cooking time to 15 minutes. Press ▶ (START/STOP) to start the function.
  7. Shake the air fryer drawer every three minutes throughout cooking.

Crispy Miso Maple Brussels Sprouts

Soft Vegetables Function

Ingredients

  • 400g Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup white miso paste
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • ½ tbsp light soy sauce
  • ½ lime
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped roasted peanuts, to garnish (optional)
  • 1 tbsp thinly sliced mint leaves, to garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil and salt, then place into the air fryer drawer on top of the frying tray.
  2. Select the (SOFT VEGETABLES) function and adjust the time to 20 minutes. Press ▶II (START/STOP) to start the function.

  3. Pull out and shake the drawer every five minutes. The appliance will pause when the drawer is pulled out and will resume the function once the drawer is inserted back into the appliance.

  4. To make the dressing, combine the white miso paste, maple syrup, rice wine vinegar and light soy sauce in small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
  5. Continue simmering until the sauce is reduced by half. Remove from heat, then add the lime juice.
  6. Once cycle is complete, Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a bowl and toss with the miso maple dressing. If using, toss in the toasted peanuts and serve topped with sliced mint.

Mexican Corn Cobs (Elotes)

Soft Vegetables Function

Servings: 4

Prep: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 corn cobs
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled, plus extra to serve
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 heaped tbsp finely chopped coriander, plus extra to serve
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle hot sauce, to taste, plus extra to serve
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Method

  1. Remove the husks from the corn and, if necessary, cut the corn so that it is no longer than 14cm in length.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the feta, mayonnaise, sour cream, coriander and hot sauce. Mix well to combine. Alternatively, blend in a small food processor to achieve a smoother result.

  3. Spray the cobs with cooking spray, then place horizontally in the air fryer drawer on top of the frying tray.

  4. Select the 🎨 (SOFT VEGETABLES) function (200 °C), adjust the time to 15 minutes. Press ▶ (START/STOP) to start the function.
  5. Every 5 minutes, pull out the drawer and rotate the cobs. The appliance will pause when the drawer is pulled out and will resume the menu function once the drawer is inserted back into the appliance.
  6. Once cooked, remove the cobs from the air fryer and brush half of the cheese mixture. Place on a serving plate with lime wedges and top with the remaining cheese mixture.

Ingredients

  • 2 x four-point lamb racks, approx 300g each, frenched
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Cooking spray

Herb and Parmesan Crust

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp roughly chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Method

  1. Remove the lamb from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to allow for even cooking.

  2. Combine all the ingredients for the herb and parmesan crust in a bowl.

  3. Sprinkle the salt all over the surface of the lamb cutlets.
  4. Brush the fatty surface and sides of each lamb rack with the Dijon mustard.
  5. Press the crumb firmly into the mustard, then place into the air fryer drawer on top of the frying tray, crumb side up
  6. Spray the surface of the lamb with cooking oil
  7. Select the ⚙ (MEAT) function, then adjust the temperature to 180°C and adjust the time to 25 minutes. Press ▶I (START/STOP) to start the function.
  8. Once function is complete and lamb is cooked, remove drawer from the air fryer and leave the lamb to rest in a warm place for 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy!

Char Siu Pork

Meat Function

Servings: 4

Prep: 10 minutes (+ 60 minutes marinating)

Ingredients

400g pork shoulder

Marinade

1 tbsp light soy

  • 1 tsp dark soy
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • ½ tsp five spice powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

Method

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then set aside to cool.
  2. Cut the pork shoulder into 4cm wide strips.

  3. Rub the marinade into the pork, then place in the fridge to marinate for 60 minutes.

  4. Line one air fryer drawer with baking paper then add the marinated pork.
  5. Select the 📄 (MEAT) function and adjust the cooking time to 15 minutes. Press ▶ (START/STOP) to start the function.
  6. Every four minutes, pull out the drawer and baste the pork with the remaining glaze. Rotate the pork halfway through cooking.

The appliance will pause when the drawer is pulled out and will resume the function once the drawer is inserted back into the appliance.

  • 4 x 100g flathead fillets, skinless and boneless
  • 12 small tortillas
  • 1½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ tsp chilli powder
  • 1½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1½ tsp fine salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 2 ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • 120g chipotle mayonnaise
  • Fresh coriander, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Whisk together the spices and oil in a small bowl.

  2. Brush the oil/spice mix all over the flathead fillets.

  3. Spray the frying tray with cooking spray and insert into the airfryer drawer.
  4. Place flathead fillets in the air fryer drawer on top of the frying tray. Select the (FISH) function and adjust the cooking time to 5 minutes. Press ▶II (START/STOP) to start the function.
  5. Heat the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  6. Divide the cabbage evenly among the tortillas.
  7. Once cooked, break each flathead fillet into three pieces and place one onto each taco.

Anchovy, Caper & Lemon Butter

- 60g unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 anchovy fillet, minced
  • 1 tbsp capers, minced
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, finely zested

Method

  1. Line the base of the air fryer drawer with baking paper.
  2. Coat all sides of the fish with the oil, season with salt, then place on the lined air fryer drawer.
  3. Select the ⚫ (FISH) function, then adjust the cooking time to 12 minutes. Press ▶II (START/STOP) to start the function.
  4. To make the Anchovy, Caper & Lemon Butter, mix all the ingredients in a small food processor or stand mixer. Alternatively, mix by hand using a spatula.

Ingredients

  • 50g unsalted butter, diced
  • 60g dark chocolate
  • 1 extra large egg
  • 30g caster sugar
  • 15g espresso (1 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 15g hot water)
  • 30g plain flour
  • 1g (1/8 tsp) fine salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Vanilla ice cream, to serve

Method

  1. Melt the butter and the chocolate over a pot of simmering water, then leave to cool for five minutes.
    2 Whisk together the eggs and sugar until the sugar has dissolved, then mix in the coffee. Whisk the egg and coffee mixture into the cooled chocolate mixture.

  2. Whisk together the salt and plain flour, then fold into the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Spray the insides of 2 x 200ml (9cm diameter) ramekins with cooking spray.
  4. Divide the cake mixture evenly among the two ramekins (approx. 1/2 cup / 140g per ramekin).
  5. Place the ramekins into the air fryer drawer, on top of the frying tray.
  6. Select the 🎨 (CAKE) function and adjust the time to 8 minutes. Press ▶ (START/STOP) to start the function.
  7. After 4 minutes, pull out the drawer and rotate the ramekins. Insert the drawer back into the appliance and the menu function will resume. The appliance will pause when the drawer is pulled out and will resume the menu function once the drawer is inserted back into the appliance.
  8. Once function is complete, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer drawer and invert onto serving plates.
  9. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

  • 250g cream cheese
  • ½ cup thickened cream
  • 3 extra large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 orange, zested
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 25g plain flour
  • Honey to drizzle (optional)

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Line the base and sides of the air fryer drawer with baking paper and cooking spray.
  3. Pour mixture into the airfryer drawer
  4. Select the 📋 (CAKE) function, adjust the temperature to 200 °C and adjust the cooking time to 30 minutes. Press ▶ (START/STOP) to start the function.
  5. Once function is complete, pull out the airfryer drawer and place on a heat-resistant surface and allow the cheesecake to cool in the drawer for at least 60 minutes.
  6. After 60 minutes, Invert the cake onto a serving plate and drizzle with honey, if desired. Enjoy!

Honey Roasted Dutch Carrots with Persian Feta and Dukka

Ingredients

- 1 bunch (400g) Dutch carrots (trimmed and washed)

- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1/2 tsp sea salt

- 10g honey

- 30g Persian fetta, to serve

- 40g dukkah, to serve

Dukkah

  • ½ cup shelled pistachio kernels, roasted, roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup peeled hazelnuts, roasted, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • ½ tbsp cumin seeds, toasted and crushed
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds, toasted and crushed
  • ½ tbsp fennel seeds, toasted and crushed
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Method

  1. For the dukkah, add the sesame, cumin, coriander, and fennel to the air fryer drawer. Alternatively, toast in a dry frying pan over medium heat until aromatic.
  2. Select the ⬤ (HARD VEGETABLES) function and adjust time to 3 minutes. Press ▶I (START/STOP) to start the function. After the 3 minutes is complete, coarsely crush the ingredients with a mortar and pestle.
  3. Add the pistachio and hazelnuts to the air fryer drawer. Select the (HARD VEGETABLES) function and adjust time to 3 minutes. Press ▶II (START/STOP) to start the function. After the 3 minutes is complete, roughly chop or pulse the ingredients with a food processor.

  4. Mix the crushed nuts, spices, and sea salt together and set aside.

  5. Add the carrots to the air fryer drawer on top of the frying tray, then add the olive oil and salt to coat the carrots.
  6. Select the ⚙ (HARD VEGETABLES) function, adjust the time to 30 minutes and press ▶II (START/STOP) to begin the function
  7. After 10 minutes, pull out the drawer and toss the carrots. Push the drawer back into the appliance to resume the menu function.
  8. After a further 15 minutes, pull out the drawer, add the honey and stir to coat.
  9. Return the drawer to the air fryer to cook for the remaining five minutes.
  10. Place the carrots on a serving plate and drizzle over the roasting juices.

  • 500g baby potatoes
  • ½ tbsp olive oil

  • 20g (½ cup) finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp roughly chopped parsley

Method

  1. Halve the potatoes and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan and mix to combine.
  3. Place the potatoes in the airfryer drawer on top of the frying tray. Select the (HARD VEGETABLE) function and press (START/STOP) to start the function.
  4. Pull out the drawer to shake every five minutes. The appliance will pause when the drawer is pulled out and will resume the menu function once the drawer is inserted back into the appliance.
  5. Once the function is complete, remove the potatoes from the airfryer drawer and place on paper towel to remove any excess oil

Baccarat® is covered by a "12 Month Guarantee" which is provided during the Warranty Period (defined below) by the following importers in the country in which you bought this product:

The Terms and Conditions of the 12 Month Guarantee are as set out below.

What it covers:

The "12 Month Guarantee" constitutes a warranty that the product is free from defects in workmanship, manufacture and materials, or abnormal deterioration when used in accordance with our "Care and Use Instructions" as contained in this Manual and normal domestic use during the Warranty Period.

What it does not Cover:

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the 12 Month Guarantee does not cover defects or faults caused to the product by:

  • Misuse or a failure to use in accordance with our "Care and Use Instructions", such as improper use and cleaning, neglect, modification, fire or flood, theft or commercial use, or normal wear and tear;
  • Defects or damages caused by accessories, replacement parts or repair services other than those that have been authorised by Baccarat® or the importer; or
  • Cosmetic damages that do not impair the function of the product (examples include but are not limited to scratches, water marks, cracks, dents, stains or discolouration to surfaces).

Warranty Period

The "12 Month Guarantee" starts from the date of purchase by the original end user and continues for twelve (12) months from this date (Warranty Period). Replacement of the product or a part of the product does not extend or restart the Warranty Period.

How to Claim:

To make a claim under the 12 Month Guarantee for a defective product, please cease using the product and contact the importers customer service team for assessment (see contact details at the end of this warranty). You may also present the item at the place of purchase with proof of purchase for an assessment but your claim may be deferred to the importer for further assessment. In order to make a claim under this Warranty, you will need your original proof of purchase and to provide an explanation as to the nature of the defect. You will need to provide your product model number and batch code. This can be found on a sticker and is typically located underneath or on the back of the product. Once we have this information and the details of the problem with your product, we will be able to advise you of next steps required to process your Warranty claim.

You must not Dispose of any Defective Product:

We may need you to send it back to us. If so, we will give you full details of how to prepare it for shipping and how to return it to us free of charge (see under heading 'The costs of claiming' below). You must make a claim or present the item with proof of purchase (as applicable) during the Warranty Period.

What Happens if you make a Claim:

If your claim is assessed to be valid, the product will be repaired or replaced by an alternative product. Any decision as to whether to repair or replace a product is to be made by the importer in its absolute discretion.

If an identical replacement product is not available, the retailer or the importer may replace your product with a new product with equivalent features and specifications as determined by the retailer or the importer where the retail price of the replacement does not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product. Once any product or part has been replaced, the original product or part becomes our property.

The Costs of Claiming:

There is no cost to you for making a claim for a defective product and receiving a replacement or repaired product.

We will be responsible for all shipping costs for the claims under this Warranty which are assessed by the importer as valid. However, we may arrange with you to pick up the replacement or repaired product directly from our business address in certain circumstances. The product will be at your risk whilst in transit between you and the relevant retailer.

Your Statutory Rights:

The purchaser who is a consumer has statutory rights in relation to this product and this Warranty does not affect those statutory rights. Nothing in this Warranty restricts or affects any of the guarantees, rights or remedies given to you under any other relevant law.

New Zealand - Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand consumer law. You are entitled to your available rights and remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Australia - Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
