What does the LED indicator show?

The LED shows solid green when the charger is in standby or charging is complete, and solid red when a battery is charging. No LED means the charger is not connected to power.

How do I start charging?

Connect the AC power cord to the rear of the unit and flip the adjacent switch to ON (-). The switch will light up and the front panel LEDs will turn green. Then connect a battery to any charge position; the LED will turn red to indicate charging.

What batteries are compatible with the Fleet Q4 Mini?

It is compatible with RED®, Anton/Bauer®, IDX® and most Li-Ion battery packs. For Core SWX batteries, it supports NANO, NEO, and HelixMax models (50Wh, 98Wh, 150Wh). Contact Core SWX for confirmation of other brands.

Can I charge different battery sizes at the same time?

Yes, each charge bay is independent and focuses on the individual battery connected. However, when all four bays are occupied, the charger can only accommodate 50Wh, 98Wh, and 150Wh packs.

What is the charging time for four 98Wh batteries?

You can expect to fully charge four 98Wh battery packs in approximately 2.5 hours.

What happens if I connect a deeply discharged battery?

The charger will pre-charge the battery and go into a trickle charge mode until it is safe to enter quick charge mode. This protects the battery.

What safety precautions should I take?

Do not remove the cover (no user-serviceable parts inside). Check cables for damage before use. Do not block ventilation slots. Ensure the product is grounded. Use only with the specified voltage and current.

What is the warranty period?

The product is warranted for 3 years for parts and labor to the original purchaser. Core SWX pays equal return freight costs.

How do I get warranty service?

Go to www.coreswx.com/repairsreturns and fill out the online RMA form. Print the confirmation and ship the product with the RMA number and bill of sale via UPS or FedEx.

Introduction:

Thank you for your choice in purchasing a Core SWX Fleet Mini Charger. The charger is designed to provide you a safe and reliable charging platform for your battery packs. This product is at the pinnacle of technological advancements, offering the features and performance of several different products, making it the most advanced charging product in the industry.

Please read this manual to help understand and capitalize on the features of this charger.

Operation:

• Insert included AC power cord to the rear of the unit and flip adjacent switch to ON(-)
• At this time the switch will light and the LED lights on the front panel of the charger will be GREEN. Once a battery is connected the LEDs with turn to RED to indicate charging.
• Connect a battery pack to any of the charge positions.
• If the battery does not meet quick charging conditions (i.e. temperature or deeply discharged) the charger will pre charge the battery and go into a trickle charge mode until it is safe to enter quick charge mode

The Fleet Q4 Mini Charger features independent charge bays. Each bay focuses on the individual battery connected, ensuring fast and efficient charging. You can expect to recharge four 98Wh battery packs in just 2.5 hours.

Charger Compatibility:

With the Fleet Q4 Mini Charger, you can charge a variety of battery packs commonly used in rental, ENG, and cinema applications. The charger can handle all battery sizes available in Core's lineup. However, when all four packs are connected, it can only accommodate the 50Wh, 98Wh, and 150Wh battery packs, specifically the NANO, NEO, or HelixMax models.

There is a fuse within the AC receptacle which can be replaced only with the same type and rating.

Warranty:

This product is warranted to the Original Purchaser against all defects in material and or workmanship for the period herein.

The warranty period shall be, 3 years for parts and labor, unless otherwise noted. Core SWX agrees to pay equal return freight costs to return the product the same method it was received. In the event of an issue, the purchaser agrees to the below RMA procedure.

Procedure:

1. Go to http://www.coreswx.com/repairsreturns and fill out the online form
2. Print the RMA number confirmation, and ship the product needing service to Core SWX, LLC. along with RMA number confirmation, and a copy of the bill of sale.
3. All shipments must be done either through UPS or FEDEX, and insured if necessary
4. Core SWX, LLC. is not responsible for any lost shipments.

Core SWX reserves the right to repair or replace any defective product under warranty after Core SWX determines which is more practical.

If Core SWX receives defective product for warranty repair and they are found to be defective as a result of misuse or other damage, not caused by normal wear and tear, Core SWX will notify the customer of an estimate of repair. Customer will incur costs. There are no further warranties, either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose that has any bearing upon this transaction.
