Caution / 注意事项

1. This appliance is intended for household use only. Commercial or other unintended use will void the warranty. 此搅拌机只适合给家庭式使用，若用在商业用途上，保证期将提前终止。

2. Always switch off the power supply when attaching or removing the beaters or when the mixer is not in use. 当您要取出或插入搅拌器具，确保电源已关掉或已使用完毕。

3. Do not place unnecessary load on the motor by beating mixtures that do not allow the beaters or dough hooks to revolve freely.

1. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

1. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

1. Do not operate appliance near hot ovens or other appliances that is emitting high temperatures.

1. Do not use the appliance other than its intended purpose. Do not use accessories other than what is approved by distributor.

Should the motor overheat due to overload, the resettable thermal fuse will disconnect the power supply. Switch off the appliance for at least 30 minutes for the motor to cool down and the thermal fuse to re-set automatically. Then switch on the appliance for it to work normally.

1. Pour some soapy water into the bowl. Put the beaters or dough hooks into the water and let the mixer unit run for a little while.

How to assemble / 安装步骤

1. Clean the bowl with hot soapy water. Use a damp cloth for cleaning the stand and mixer unit. Do not immerse the mixer unit in water.

1. Do not use abrasive chemicals or scouring pads, steel wool, metallic brushes to clean. 勿使用具腐蚀性的化学用品，硬刷，铁丝，金属刷来清洗。

2. Clean the appliance after each session, store in dry space. 每次使用后，需清洗及存放在干爽的地方。

Hand Mixer Function / 手提式搅拌机功能

1.

Check that the power supply is off and the speed selector is at "0" before attaching beaters or dough hooks.

Insert the beater or dough hook without collar into bigger socket (A) while the one with collar into small socket (B), push until it clicks into place.

Insert the beater or dough hook with gear attached into the bigger socket (A) while the beater & hook with collar should be inserting into small socket (B), push until it clicks into place.

型号:SM220

Turn the power supply on. Your mixer is ready to be use. 接上电源，搅拌机已可随时使用。

Place the bowl in the stand. 将搅拌碗放进支架。

Mount the mixer onto the mixer holder. 将搅拌器放置在固定器上。

Check that the power supply is off and the speed selector is at "0" before attaching beaters or dough hooks. 装上搅拌器具前，确保电源已关掉，速度选择开关在“0”位置上。

Press the " PUSH " button and tilt the mixer holder.

按下“PUSH”钮，抬起搅拌机，保持倾斜。

Insert the beater without collar into bigger socket (A) while the one with collar into small socket (B), push until it clicks into place.

(Do not use the dough hooks on the stand mixer, the ingredients may not mix properly.)

Insert the beater with gear attached into the bigger socket (A)

while the beater with collar should be inserting into small socket (B), push until it clicks into place.

Press the mixer holder down until it locks into place.

把搅拌机固定器放下，直到它自动锁上。

Turn the power supply on. Your mixer is ready to be use.

How to use / 使用方法

1. Use low speed (1&2) for mixing around 30 seconds then increase to high speed. 使用低速 (1&2) 搅拌大约30秒，然后增加至高速。

2. Please do not run the mixer continuously for 5 minutes or more. 请勿连续使用超过5分钟。

3. To remove beaters or dough hooks, select speed "0" and unplug from the power outlet. Press the beater / dough hook release button.

Overheat Protection / 过热保护

This appliance equipped with "Automatic Resettable Thermal Fuse" to protect motor overheats. If the appliance tripped, switches OFF the appliance and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes and switch ON again. 本产品配有“自动复位温度保险丝”，以保护马达以免过热。如果产品跳闸，关闭电源并让产品冷却至少30分钟然后再次打开电源。
