Safety and Warning Information
Read all instructions before using this appliance.
- This appliance is intended for household use only. Commercial or other unintended use will void the warranty.
- Always switch off the appliance, unplug from the mains and let the appliance cools down when the appliance is not in use or before cleaning or before putting on or taking off parts or before approaching parts that move in use.
- Do not place unnecessary load on the motor by beating mixtures that do not allow the beaters or dough hooks to revolve freely.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Safety Precaution Information
Cleaning & Maintenance
• Always switch off, unplug and remove the beaters or kneaders before cleaning.
- Never use abrasives to clean parts.
TO CLEAN MIXER HEAD
- Wipe with damp cloth, then let dry.
- Never immerse mixer head in water or let cord/ plug get wet
TO CLEAN CRADLE/ STAND
- Wipe with damp cloth and let dry.
- Never immerse cradle/ stand in water or use abrasives to clean
TO CLEAN ALL OTHER PARTS
- Wash by hands and let dry
- Alternatively, these are dishwasher safe and can be washed on the top rack of dishwasher. Avoid placing items on the bottom rack directly over the heating element. A short low temperature (maximum 50°C is recommended)
TO CLEAN THE BOWL
- Never use a wire brush, steel wool or bleach to clean your bowl. Use vinegar remove limescale. Keep bowl away from heat (cooker tops, ovens, and microwaves).

How to Use
HOW TO ASSEMBLE
HAND MIXER
- Insert the dough-hooks/ beaters into the mixer head. (Fig. 1)
- Ensure the dough-hooks/ beaters are locked at the right place. (Fig. 2)
- If using mixer with the stand, insert the dough-hooks/ beaters with the plastic gear ensuring it align with the drive gear on the cradle.
- The dough-hooks/ beaters can only be removed when the speed switch is in the off '0' position.

STAND MIXER
- Press the cradle release button, raise the cradle. Place the mixing bowl onto the mixer stand. (Fig. 3 & 4)
- Press the cradle release button, push down the cradle. (Fig. 5)
- Hold and press down the mixer head onto the cradle and lock properly. Push the bowl lid to the cradle, lock it into position. (Fig. 6 & 7)

- Place the ingredients into the mixing bowl and place bowl onto mixer stand.
- Press again the cradle release button and push down the cradle/ mixer head carefully.
- Plug in and select speed by pushing the speed switch to desired speed. First dot is the slowest and increase speed by pushing further.
- Press turbo button to maximum speed. The motor operates for as long as the button is held.
- To stop operating, pull the switch back to OFF (0) position and raise the mixer head.
- To remove tools, make sure speed switch is at OFF position and is unplugged. Hold onto the tools and press the eject button to remove.
*TIPS*
- To beat butter or margarine, let butter sit and soften at room temperature before beating.
- When beating small quantity mixtures, hand mixer performs better.
- The larger the quantity the longer time it requires.
Recommended Speeds For Beaters And Dough Hooks
Please note that these are recommendations for using the stand and supplied mixing bowl. If using the mixer by hand, the speed you select may depend upon the bowl size (if not using the bowl supplied), quantities, the ingredients you are mixing and personal preference.
Gradually increase to the recommended speeds below.
