How often should I clean the HEPA filter?
It is recommended to clean the washable HEPA filter every 3 months. Rinse with water and let it air dry completely before reinstalling.
My vacuum loses suction. What could be the cause?
Possible causes: full dust bag, clogged filter, blockage in hose or nozzle, or a leak in the hose. Check and clean each part.

What spare parts are available for this model?
Replacement dust bags, HEPA filters, hoses, crevice tools, brush nozzles, and motor brushes are available. Contact Imarflex service centers or authorized retailers.
