Frequently Asked Questions - HSVC-MB22.2BL Heinner

How do I charge the vacuum cleaner?
Connect the power adaptor to the appliance and plug into a mains socket. During charging, the indicator lights blink. When fully charged, all three indicators stay on briefly and then turn off. Place the cleaner upright on its base stand or lay it down during charging.
What should I do if the suction power is weak?
Check the dust cup for excess dust and empty if needed. Clean the filter sponge by patting it gently. Ensure the brush or nozzle is not blocked. If washed with water, dry components completely before use.
How do I clean the filter?
Remove the dust cup, then detach the filter components. Tap the filter sponge to remove dust (do not tap in reverse). Rotate and remove the cyclone for cleaning. Reinstall all parts securely. Do not wash electrical parts with water.
Why are all three indicators blinking?
This indicates a warning. Possible causes: the floor brush or mite brush is entangled, or the ambient temperature is too high or low. Clean the brush and use the cleaner in a suitable environment. If the problem persists, contact service.
How do I empty the dust cup?
Press the dust cup release button and pull the cup downward to detach it. Then press the bottom lid button to empty the dust. Reinstall by pushing the dust cup upward until it clicks.
Can I use the vacuum cleaner on stairs?
Yes, but ensure the cleaner is stable. It cannot stand upright by itself; always place it on the base stand or lay it down when paused. Use the extension tubes to reach higher spots.
What should I do if the electric brush stops working?
Turn off the cleaner and check for tangled hair or debris on the brush. Remove the brush by pressing the button and rotating the end cap. Clean with scissors or a brush. Also check if large garbage is blocking the brush.
Is the vacuum cleaner suitable for pet hair?
Yes, but the electric brush may require frequent cleaning of tangled hair. Use a knife or scissors to cut away hair wrapped around the brush. Clean the brush and wheels regularly to maintain performance.
Can I wash the filter sponge with water?
Yes, you can wash it with water, but allow it to dry completely in a cool place before reinstalling. Never operate the vacuum with a wet filter. Do not wash the cyclone or electrical parts with water.
What type of battery does it use?
The vacuum uses a rechargeable battery provided by the manufacturer. Only use the included charger. If the battery is damaged or leaks, replace it with the same type from the manufacturer. Do not disassemble the battery.
