Before using the appliance, please read carefully this instruction manual and keep it for future reference.

This instruction manual is designed to provide you with all required instructions related to the installation, use and maintenance of the appliance.

In order to operate the unit correctly and safety, please read this instruction manual carefully before installation and usage.

11. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
12. The use of attachments not recommended may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
13. Never leave the appliance unattended while it is in operation.
14. Do not let the appliance and cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
15. Do not attempt to modify or repair the product by yourself.
16. Refer to the "Care and Cleaning" section for instructions on cleaning the surfaces in contact with food.

V. PREPARATION GUIDE

As a general guide, the chart below shows the whisk function, capacity, operating time and temperature for your reference.

Noted:

1. The operating time varies with the environment, milk type and initial temperature of the frother.
2. Fresh milk, low-fat milk and skimmed milk with too low fat content are not suitable for milk frothing. Both pure milk and whole milk can make milk froth. Whole milk has better milk froth and lasts longer.
3. After each use, it is recommended to wait for the milk Frother to cool fully before use.
4. It is normal to have slight smoke when using the product for the first time.

VI. USING INSTRUCTIONS

1. After connecting the power, the buzzer will sound one time with white LED light. It will be ended if there is no operation after 5 mins, the instruction light flashing 3 seconds with 3 beeps, then the light off.
2. If you force the power off when it is working and re-connecting the power later, it will be a beep and the white LED light which mean the machine is stand-by.
3. If the NTC did not be installed during the production, the white LED light will be flashing while the buzzer will be beeping after connecting the power.
4. The LED light will turn into white from blue, stop working and a beep when you switch the mode during working.

Hot thick milk foam 🏠/Hot thin milk foam 🏠 (heating and stirring)

1. Turn the knob to the “☐” or “☐” symbol mode. Press the START/STOP push-dial in the middle of the knob, the buzzer beep once with the blue indicator light, the motor and heater will start to work. The motor and heat pipe stop while the liquid temperature reach to 55-73 degrees. In parallel the buzzer beep once and the indicator light turns blue into white. The indicator light will keep flashing 3 seconds with beeping three times and stop after 5 minutes of non-use, then the light off.

2. Click the start/stop button in the middle of the knob when the machine is working. One beep every time you click the button and the corresponding color of the instruction light will be changed. If you choose working, then it will work according to the mode you choose. If you choose standby, the instruction light will be flashing 3 seconds while is beeping 3 times if there is no operation in 5 mins, then the light off.

Cold milk foam (stirring without heating)

1. Turn the knob to the “❄️” symbol mode. Click the start/stop button in the middle of the knob, the buzzer will beep with blue LED light, the motor begins to work. The motor will end up the work after 2 mins and the LED light will turn into white from blue. the instruction light will be flashing 3 seconds while is beeping 3 times if there is no operation in 5 mins, then the light off.

2. Click the start/stop button in the middle of the knob when the machine is working. One beep every time you click the button and the corresponding color of the instruction light will be changed. If you choose working, then it will work according to the mode you choose. If you choose standby, the instruction light will be flashing 3

Warm milk (heating and stirring)

1. Turn the knob to the “☐” symbol mode. Click the start/stop button in the middle of the knob, the buzzer will beep with blue LED light, the motor and the heating pipe begin to work. The motor the heating pipe will stop working in the same time after the liquid temperature reach 40-58 degrees. At this moment, there will be a beep and the instruction light will turn into white from blue. The instruction light will be flashing 3 seconds while is beeping 3 times if there is no operation in 5 mins, then the light off.
2. Click the start/stop button in the middle of the knob when the machine is working. One beep every time you click the button and the corresponding color of the instruction light will be changed. If you choose working, then it will work according to the mode you choose. If you choose standby, the instruction light will be flashing 3 seconds while is beeping 3 times if there is no operation in 5 mins, then the light off.

Hot chocolate (heating and stirring)

1. Turn the knob to the “” symbol mode. Press the START/STOP push-dial in the middle of the knob, the buzzer beep once with the blue indicator light, the motor and heater will start to work. The motor and heat pipe stop while the liquid temperature reach to 70-88 degrees and the indicator light turns blue into white. The indicator light will keep flashing 3 seconds with beeping three times and stop after 5 minutes of non-use, then the light off.
2. Click the start/stop button in the middle of the knob when the machine is working. One beep every time you click the button and the corresponding color of the instruction light will be changed. If you choose working, then it will work according to the mode you choose. If you choose standby, the instruction light will be flashing 3 seconds while is beeping 3 times if there is no operation in 5 mins, then the light off.

Hot milk tea (heating and stirring)

1. Turn the knob to the “” symbol mode. Press the START/STOP push-dial in the middle of the knob, the buzzer beep once with the blue indicator light, the motor and heater will start to work. The motor and heat pipe stop while the liquid temperature reach to 80-98 degrees and the indicator light turns blue into white. The indicator light will keep flashing 3 seconds with beeping three times and stop after 5 minutes of non-use, then the light off.
2. When it's working, put the tea leaves in the tea making accessory. And then put in the lid and let liquid immersed the tea leaves. And then you can enjoy a fresh hot milk tea.

VII. MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Both the milk jug and frothing whisk should be cleaned immediately after each use to prevent build-up of milk residue.

1. Unplug the power cord from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not clean the base or the power cord with water and do not immerse them.
3. The milk jug and frothing whisk will be hot immediately after use, so carefully remove the milk jug from the power base and fill with tap water. Once the milk jug and frothing whisk have cooled completely, remove the frothing whisk and rinse off any milk in warm water.
4. Wash the milk jug, jug lid, and frothing whisk in warm soapy water. rinse and dry thoroughly.
5. Wipe the exterior of the power base with a soft damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
6. Store the cleaned milk jug, jug lid, and frothing whisk in safe place away from children.
7. The milk jug, lid and frothing whisk can be washed in the dishwasher.

VIII. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
The appliance dose not come on	It is not plugged into the mains socket.	Plug into the mains.
Milk is not foaming?	Milk is warm or too hot to foam.	1.Use the milk at refrigerator temperature.2.Do not use fresh milk, low-fat milk and skimmed milk, Whole milk has better milk froth and lasts longer.3.Do not re-foam already heated milk.4.Try reducing the quantity of milk in the milk jug.
Milk is not heating?	/	1.Ensure the milk jug is correctly positioned onto the power base.2.Ensure that the milk frother has been properly turned on.
Frothing whisk is not moving or is dislodged	1.Frothing whisk is not placed correctly.2.Take out the frothing whisk during working.3.Ingredients have been added too quickly.	1.Stop operation.2.Remove liquid from milk jug.3.Place the frothing whisk inside the milk jug before turning on the milk frother.4.Refill milk jug with liquid.5.Start frothing. Add ingredients(if desired) slowly and in small quantities after the milk has already started frothing.
