GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the Soundbar.
Store this manual, the completed warranty card, your receipt and the product packaging.
The safety precautions instructions reduces the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Only using furniture that can safely support the Products.
- Ensure the Product is not overhanging the edge of the supporting furniture.
- Do not place the product on a high furniture without securing both the furniture and the product to a stable support.
- Do not place the product on cloth or other conductive materials.
- Warn children of the dangers of climbing on furniture to reach the soundbar or its controls and to call for an adult to assist.
- Do not expose this product to rain or moisture as it may result in fire or an electric shock hazard
- Do not temper or change or modify the product in any way.
- Only use Accessories outlined and recommended by the manufacturer.
- Please do not expose the product to splashing or water contact.
- Please do not place any object on top of the product.
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS (Cont.)
Please follow the instructions when installing this product in accordance with the instruction manual. This product must be positioned in a sufficiently stable location; it can be potentially hazardous due to falling when mounted and can cause injury, particularly to children if it is positioned incorrectly.
- Before installing this Soundbar, make sure your outlet voltage corresponds to the voltage stated on the power supply rating label.
- The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing, and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the product. Dry location use only.
- No naked flame source, such as candles, should be placed on the product.
- Ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings.
- Do not plug several devices into the same outlet. Doing so may cause the outlet to overheat and start a fire. Make sure the outlet is readily accessible during operation of the equipment.

- Do not cover the ventilation openings of the product with items such as newspapers, tablecloths, curtains, etc. Do not insert objects into the slots available on the product. This could result in the product being damaged and could cause a fire.

- If you notice any unusual odors or smoke around the unit, immediately disconnect the unit from the outlet and contact the service center. Failure to do so may result in fire or electric shock.
- When not using the unit for long periods of time or when you are moving the unit, please ensure to disconnect the power supply from the wall socket.
- Please be aware that dust could accumulate over time on the unit and cause it to generate heat and/or deteriorate insulation, which in turn may result in an electrical fire.
- The product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or young children of any age. They must be supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
- Batteries from the remote control must be removed only by an adult. The adult must ensure to keep them out of reach of infants and children. Seek medical attention immediately if a child has swallowed a battery.
- To maintain the product, do not use any chemical or cleaning agent or wet cloth. Please only use a dry cloth to wipe it down from marks or dust, and only after unplugging the product from the power socket.
- Please ensure to contact our call center for any repair or service required for the products.
- Wall mounted installation must be carried out by qualified personnel only. Incorrect installation may result in severe personal injury, electric shock and/or fire hazard.
Please make sure upon positioning this product, the place is:
- Not wet or damp and well ventilated.
- Away from direct sunlight or heaters.
- Away from splashes or food.
- Protected from excessive dust or grease.
- Do not place this equipment in a confined space such as a bookcase or similar unit. Allow 20cm above and 5cm spacing on both sides for proper ventilation.
- Do not place the Soundbar near heat sources such as radiators, stoves or other audio visual equipment that produce heat.
- Do not place containers with liquids. If liquid falls inside the products, it may result in short-circuit, fire or electric shock.
- Do not place small metallic objects on top of the unit.
- Do not use or store flammable or combustible materials near the unit. Doing so may result in fire or explosion. Do not place any naked flame sources, such as lit candles, cigarettes, or incense sticks on top of the soundbar.
REMOTE CONTROL
- The remote control has a reception range of approximately 5m. Be sure to point the remote control directly at the sensor at the front of the soundbar.
- Make sure there are no obstacles in the way. This will interfere with the sensor strength.
- Handle the remote control carefully. Please do not drop, apply shock, or step on it.
- Do not spill water on it.
- Using the remote control while operating other remote controls that use infrared rays near the unit may cause it to operate incorrectly.
- If you do not intend to use the remote control for a period of a month, remove the batteries to prevent battery leakage or corrosion.

Battery Precautions
- Do not use batteries other than the one specified in this manual.
- Danger of explosion if incorrectly replaced by a battery other than the one specified.
- Do not store the battery with other metallic objects, as doing so can cause the battery to short-circuit, leak, or explode.
- Ensure the battery is not exposed to excessive heat, direct sunlight, or fire.
- Do not try to short-circuit, disassemble or throw the battery into a fire.
- Dispose of batteries promptly and correctly, observing any local hazardous waste regulations.
To insert new 2 x AAA batteries or replace current batteries, at the back of the remote control remove the cover of the battery compartment and insert the 2 x AAA batteries ensuring that the + sign on the battery is facing toward the + sign marked within the battery compartment.

CONTROLS AND CONNECTIONS
HDMI
Connect a HDMI cable (not supplied) from your TV HDMI/ARC port to the HDMI socket on the soundbar. Then change the mode on your soundbar to HDMI Mode.
Note: To enable the Audio Return Channel (ARC) feature, the HDMI must be connected to an ARC enabled HDMI on your TV. (go to next page for details on ARC).
OPTICAL
Plug in the optical cable (not supplied) from your Soundbar to the TV optical port.

Once connected, change the Mode to OPTICAL from the unit or remote control.
Note: If there is no sound, make sure that the audio settings on your TV is set to appropriate mode.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This unit may not be able to decode all digital audio formats from the input source. In this case, the unit will mute. This is NOT a defect. Ensure that the audio setting of the input source (e.g. TV, game console, DVD player, etc.) is set to PCM or Dolby (Refer to the user manual of the input source device for its audio setting details) with optical.
CONTROLS AND CONNECTIONS (Cont.)
AUDIO RETURN CHANNEL (ARC) / HDMI
ARC function is used for connecting the Soundbar to the TV with a HDMI cable through an audio return channel. This means you can listen to the TV sounds through your Soundbar via HDMI cable.
To enjoy the HDMI ARC Mode
- Make sure the Soundbar is connected to the TV HDMI(ARC) port.
- Ensure the Soundbar is set to HDMI Mode
- The sound should relay through the soundbar and you can also adjust the volume of the sound thats coming through the soundbar with your TV remote control.
Note: If the sound does not automatically produce from the soundbar, TVs may need to be set onto HDMI (CEC) turned on within the TV settings, with some of them having options to turn on ARC mode directly.
FIRST TIME SETUP WITH SUBWOOFER
To connect Subwoofer and Soundbar successfully
- Connect the adapter to the soundbar & subwoofer DC IN, and plug the power cable into the electrical outlet.
- While the soundbar is ON and in Bluetooth mode, power ON the subwoofer and it will be waiting for the connection.
- Press the PLAY/PAUSE button on the soundbar twice quickly, you'll hear a prompt sound, which means the subwoofer will now automatically begin connecting to the soundbar.
- When the subwoofer has connected to the soundbar, the subwoofer LED indication light will turn to solid red.
- If the connection failed or is disconnected, the indicator will begin flashing red. Press the PLAY/PAUSE button on the soundbar twice again to try reconnecting.
GENERAL OPERATION
During On mode, press either buttons on RC for AUX, BT / OPTICAL / HDMI / AUX / USB - OR the M button on the side of soundbar. Operate your audio device directly for playback features.
Turning on/off the unit
- Insert the output cable from the DC adapter into power socket on the rear of the Sound Bar.
- Connect to DC mains plug into socket outlet properly.
- Press the power button on the right side panel of Sound Bar or top of remote control to power on the unit.
- Long press power button on the Sound Bar or press the button on the remote control to switch off the unit.
Music source selection
Press the "M" button on side of soundbar or select one of the modes on the RC that is indicating the mode you want to select.
Volume adjustment
Press the Volume +/- button on the remote or on the side panel of the Sound Bar to adjust the sound level to the desired level.
Mute function
When listening to music in any mode, press the mute button on the remote control to activate the mute function. Press it again or press the volume +/- button to cancel the mute function.
EQ function
Press any of the EQ MODE buttons on the remote control to toggle among the different sound effects.
PAIRING YOUR SOUNDBAR
Pairing with a Bluetooth Enabled Device:
Before you play music from your Bluetooth device, it needs to be paired with the Soundbar.
- Once powered, press the MODES button on the remote control or the M button on the Soundbar to select BT mode.
- When first entering BT mode, the Soundbar will automatically enter pairing mode. On your smart device, select to search for devices.
- Select "BSB210DWS" in the list of devices that appear. The Soundbar LED showing BT mode will stay on and stop flashing once there is a successful connection.
- To disconnect/unpair the devices, switch to another mode on the Soundbar or disable Bluetooth on your device, or unpair the Soundbar from your smart device in settings.
- Play your favorite music once you are connected.
NOTES:
- The Bluetooth range between the soundbar and your device is up to approx. 8 metres. Obstacles may reduce connectivity range.
- This Soundbar may not be compatible with all Bluetooth devices.
- With a weak signal, your Soundbar may disconnect from your device, but it will continue to stay in Bluetooth mode until the signal strengthens.
- If you already have a device connected to the Soundbar, press and hold the
PLAY/PAUSE button for the unit to go into pairing mode with the current connection being disconnected.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Never try to repair the soundbar yourself. If you encounter any problems when using this unit, check the following points before seeking service.
