How do I assemble the fan?

First, cross the two base bars (A and B) so they interlock, then secure with four screws. Slide the outer tube onto the base and tighten. Insert the inner tube, adjust height, and tighten the collar. Mount the switch box on the inner tube with the set screw. For the blade and guards: unscrew the plastic nut, place the rear grill on the motor housing with the handle up, tighten the nut. Push the blade onto the motor shaft, secure with the blade cap. Attach the front grill to the rear grill using the bolt and nut, then clip the retaining clips around the rim.

How many speed settings does the KSF 2374 have?

It has 4 settings: 0 (off), 1 (low), 2 (medium), and 3 (high). Use the switch box to select.

Can I use the fan in the bathroom or outdoors?

No. The fan is designed for indoor household use only. Do not use in damp or wet places like bathrooms, and never expose it to rain or outdoor conditions. This could cause electric shock.

How do I clean the fan?

Always unplug the fan before cleaning. Use a damp cloth with mild soap to clean the guards, blades, and housing. Do not allow water or any liquid to enter the motor housing. Thoroughly remove soap residue with a clean damp cloth. Dry all parts before reassembling.

How do I adjust the oscillation?

To start oscillation, push the oscillation knob (located on the motor housing) downwards. To stop, pull it up.

Is it safe to use the fan without the front guard?

No. Never operate the fan without both guards in place. The guards protect you from the rotating blade. Using the fan without guards is dangerous and could cause injury.

How do I adjust the tilt angle of the fan head?

Loosen the neck screw (on the side of the motor housing), adjust the head to the desired angle, then retighten the screw. Always turn off the fan before making this adjustment.

What is the warranty period for this fan?

1.1. Power Energy

Make sure the voltage of the electric network is compatible with the one of the appliance. If it does not match, consult the vendor or Customer Support Service.

1.2. Power Cord and Other Cables

Do not roll up or pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, and do not use to twine the appliance. Keep the cord far from warm surfaces.

Never use the appliance if it has a damaged cable or socket, or if it is not working properly.

In case of damage of the power cord, do not use your appliance. Take it to technical assistance for its replacement.

Use only a damp cloth to clean the enclosure.

Switch off and unplug from the power supply before assembling or disassembling and cleaning.

Keep the air vents at the rear of the main body free from dust or fluff-use a vacuum cleaner to remove these when necessary. Do not probe any opening to remove fluff.

Fan component parts should be cleaned using mild soap and a damp cloth or sponge. Do not allow any water or other liquid to enter liquid to enter the motor housing.

Thoroughly remove soap film with clean water.

• The packaging materials should not be left for children to reach it or have access to it. Keep all packaging materials away from children as there is a risk of suffocation.
• This appliance is not suitable for commercial use nor for use in the open air.

2.2. Assembly

2.2.1. Base Assembly

1. First, loosen and remove the four screws from the bars. Then cross bar A (17) and bar B (18) so that they interlock.
2. Be sure to align the four holes in the bars with those on the flange of the outer tube (14). Secure the flange to the bars with the four screws.
3. Loosen and remove the height adjustment collar (13) from the top of the inner tube (12). Slide the base decorative cap (15) down over the assembly.
4. Replace the height adjustment collar (13) on top of the inner tube (12). Pull the inner tube (12) out from the outer tube (14) to adjust the tube to the desired height and tighten the collar.

If necessary, slightly loosen the set screw (11) by turning it anticlockwise. Slide the switch box (10) down over the inner tube (12) and tighten the set screw (11). Make sure the set screw (11) is tightly secured.

2.2.2. Blade and Grill Assembly

1. Unscrew the plastic mounting nut (4) from the front of the motor housing (8) by rotating it anticlockwise.
2. Position the rear grill (5) against the front of the motor housing (8) with the handle uppermost, ensuring that the locating pegs on the motor housing (8) are engaged correctly in the holes of the rear grill (5).
3. Tighten the rear grill mounting nut (4) clockwise. Do not over tighten it.
4. Push the fan blade (3) on to the motor shaft (6), locating the slot at the back of the blade on the drive pin that passes through the motor shaft (6).
5. Tighten the blade cap (2) by turning it anticlockwise.
6. Position the front grill (1) against the rear grill (5) so that the holes in the rims that accept the small nut and bolt are in line. Insert the bolt through the holes and screw on the nut. Do not fully tighten at the stag.
7. Push the grill retaining clips into position ensuring that they engage correctly on the rim of the grill.
8. Fully tighten the small nut and bolt that passes through the rim of the grill.

2.3. Operating Instructions

1. Place your fan on a level and dry surface.
2. Plug the fan into the mains socket. Select the desired speed setting. There are 4 speed settings:
   0 - The fan is switched off.
   1 - The fan operates at the lowest speed.
   2 - The fan operates at medium speed.
   3 - The fan operates at high speed.
3. The fan can be set to oscillate by pushing the oscillating knob downwards. To stop the oscillating feature, pull up the oscillation knob.
4. To adjust the tilt angle of the fan head, loosen the neck screw, swivel the fan to the desired angle and then re-tighten the screw.

Caution: The fan should always be switched off when performing this adjustment.

KUNFT has designed this appliance in order to guarantee the maximum reliability. However, if a problem occurs, by following the procedures suggested in this section you may be able to determine its cause.

Do not attempt to open the appliance – there is a risk of electrical shock.

If you are not able to solve the problem, please contact your seller or manufacturer.

All users must be familiarized with this section. Knowing what could go wrong can help you avoid the occurrence of problems.

WARNING: any attempt of fixing the appliance without contacting the manufacturer will nullify the warranty.
