Frequently Asked Questions - 32ATC5500-H Allview

Why is my remote control not working?
First, check the remote sensor on the TV. Ensure the batteries are installed correctly with the correct polarity, and replace them if voltage is low. Also verify that the main power is connected and the TV is on. Move closer to the TV and avoid obstructions.
What should I do if there is no picture or sound?
Check that the power plug is properly connected to a working outlet. Verify the signal source by trying a different input or channel. If using an external device, ensure it is turned on. If the issue persists, test another electrical device in the same outlet.
How can I fix no sound but picture is OK?
Check if the TV is muted or volume is set very low. Go to the sound menu and adjust the balance. Also check if a headphone is plugged in, as it will mute the speakers. If using external audio, verify connections.
Why is the picture abnormal (no color or poor quality)?
Adjust the color settings in the picture menu. Keep the TV away from other electronic devices that may cause interference. Try a different channel to rule out broadcast issues. If the problem continues, fine-tune the channel or adjust the antenna.
Why does my USB media file show 'This file is invalid'?
The media file might be damaged or use an unsupported codec. Check if the file plays correctly on a computer. Ensure the video and audio formats are supported by the TV. Try converting the file to a compatible format.
How do I connect the TV to a network?
This model may require a USB Wi-Fi dongle (if not built-in). Insert the dongle and go to Network Settings in the menu. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Ensure the router is working correctly and the TV is within range.
Can I mount the TV on a wall?
Yes, the TV supports a VESA 100x100 mm wall mount. Use an authorized wall mount bracket and follow the instructions. Remove the stand before mounting. Ensure the wall can support the weight and leave at least 10 cm clearance around the TV for ventilation.
What precautions should I take with the remote control battery?
Do not ingest the coin/button cell battery (chemical burn hazard). Keep new and used batteries away from children. Do not expose batteries to excessive heat, fire, or charge them. Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.
How do I clean the TV screen and body?
Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the screen and cabinet. Do not use any liquids, cleaners, or abrasive materials. Do not spray anything directly on the TV. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water and wring well before wiping.
What is the E-Manual and how do I access it?
The E-Manual is a built-in guide that explains TV functions. Press the MENU button on the remote, then press the BLUE (or designated) button to enter the E-Manual. Use number buttons to select pages and arrow keys to navigate. Press EXIT to close.
