PRECAUTIONS
Read this instruction manual carefully before using the unit and keep it for the whole operation period. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock and to avoid other injuries it is necessary to observe the following safety measures when using the electric meat grinder.
- Before using the unit for the first time, make sure that voltage in your mains corresponds to the operating voltage of the unit.
- Use only the attachments supplied.
- To avoid risk of electric shock, NEVER IMMERSE the unit, the power cord and the power plug into water or any other liquids.

Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the meat grinder body and then wipe the unit body dry.

Never leave the operating meat grinder unattended.
• Always switch the meat grinder off and unplug it before assembling, disassembling and cleaning. - Place the unit on a flat steady surface away from heat sources, open flame, moisture and direct sunlight.
- Do not set the unit on a heated surface or next to it (for instance, near gas or electric stove, near heated oven or cooking surface).
- Handle the power cord with care, prevent it from multiple twisting and regularly straighten the power cord.
- Do not use the power cord for carrying the meat grinder.
- Do not let the power cord hang from the edge of a table, and make sure that the cord does not touch sharp furniture edges and hot surfaces.
- When unplugging the unit from the mains, pull the power plug but not the cord.
- Do not connect, disconnect or touch the power cord or the plug with wet hands, this may cause electric shock.
- The blades of the chopping knives are very sharp and may be dangerous. Handle them very carefully!
- If rotation of the chopping knife is hindered, unplug the unit and carefully remove products that prevent blade rotation.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children under 8 years of age.
- Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy, do not allow children to touch the unit body and the power cord during the unit operation. During the unit operation and the breaks between operation cycles place the unit out of reach of children under 8 years of age.
- This unit is not intended for usage by people (including children over 8) with physical, neural and mental disorders or with insufficient experience or knowledge. Such persons may use this unit only if they are under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety and if they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions concerning the safe usage of the unit and information about danger that can be caused by its improper usage.
- For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.

- Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
- Do not disassemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction is detected or after the unit was dropped, apply to the nearest authorized service center.
- Transport the unit in the original package only.
- Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled persons.
«REV» (reverse) – this function is used for removing obstructions that appear during food processing.
Food tray – provides convenient food layout during processing.
Two cutting plates with holes of different size – are intended for different degrees of grinding.
Special accessories – attachments for sausages and kebbe making, cubic attachment, double-sided shredding/slicing disc.
ATTENTION!
- Before connecting to the mains make sure that the unit is switched off.
- Before grinding meat make sure that all bones and excess fat are removed.
- Do not push the products with any foreign objects or your fingers, use only the pushers (1, 18) supplied with the unit.
- Do not immerse the meat grinder body into water or other liquids.
- When using sausage attachments (14, 15) and «kebbe» attachments (16, 17), do not install the plates (11, 12) and the crossed blade (10).
- Do not try to process food with hard fiber (for example, ginger or horseradish) in the meat grinder.
- To avoid obstructions do not apply excessive force while pushing meat.
- If any hard piece of food stops the screw or cutting blade rotation, switch the unit off immediately and use the screw reverse function (REV) to remove the obstruction before starting again.
Note:
If the cubic attachment is installed on the meat grinder, screw reverse mode is out of function.
BEFORE USING THE MEAT GRINDER
After unit transportation or storage under winter (cold) conditions, it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature.
- Unpack the meat grinder and remove all package materials, wipe the unit body with a damp cloth.
- Wash all removable parts that will contact products with warm water and a neutral detergent and dry them thoroughly.
- Wipe the unit body (6) and the gear (29) with a soft slightly damp cloth.
- Before using the unit for the first time, make sure that voltage in your mains corresponds to the operating voltage of the unit.
USING THE MEAT GRINDER
- The meat grinder is intended only for household processing products and making semi-finished products.
- Assemble the unit and place it on a flat dry surface.
- Make sure that ventilation openings on the unit body are not blocked.
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Place a suitable bowl under the meat grinder head (3).
- Make sure that the meat is fully defrosted, remove excess fat and all bones, cut the meat into cubes or strips fitting the opening of the food tray (2).
- Switch the unit on by pressing the button (8).
- Slowly feed the meat pieces into the mouth of the grinder head (3) using the pusher (1). During the unit operation use only the pusher (1) supplied with the unit.
- Do not use any other objects to push products; do not push the meat with your hands.
- Do not apply excessive effort while pushing the meat or other products.
- Obstructions can appear during meat grinding; to remove the obstruction use the screw reverse function (REV). To select the screw reverse mode (REV), switch the meat grinder off by pressing the button (8), then press and hold the button (7) «REV», the screw will rotate backwards.
- Do not run the unit for more than 5 minutes continuously.
• After 5 minutes of continuous use, switch the meat grinder off and let it cool down during 10-15 minutes before further operation.
ENGLISH
- After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the button (8), unplug the unit and only after that you can disassemble the meat grinder head.
MEAT GRINDING
- Install the meat grinder head (3) into the setting place (5) and turn it counterclockwise until fixing (pic. 1).
- Install the screw (9) into the meat grinder head (3) body and then install the crossed blade (10).
- Select one of the plates (11 or 12) and set it over the crossed blade (10), matching the ledge on the plate with the groove on the meat grinder head body (3), tighten the nut (13) (pic. 2).
Attention!
- Face the blade cutting side to the cutting plate. If the blade is installed improperly, it will not grind the food products.
• The coarse cutting plate (11) is intended for processing raw meat, vegetables, dried fruit, cheese, fish, etc.
- The fine cutting plate (12) is intended for processing raw and cooked meat, fish, etc.

Install the food tray (2) on the meat grinder head body (3) (pic. 3).

Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

Switch the unit on by pressing the button (8).

During the unit operation use only the pusher (1) to push products.
Notes:
- For better meat processing slice it in cubes or stripes. Defrost frozen meat thoroughly.
- During the unit operation use only the pusher supplied with the unit; do not use any other objects for pushing meat, do not push meat with your hands.
- After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the button (8), unplug the unit and only after that you can disassemble the meat grinder head.
- To remove the meat grinder head, press the lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head (3) clockwise and remove the meat grinder head.
- To disassemble the meat grinder head, unscrew the nut (13) and take the installed cutting plate (11 or 12), the crossed blade (10) and the screw (9) out of the meat grinder head body.
MAKING SAUSAGES
- Prepare minced meat.
- Insert the screw (9) into the meat grinder head body (3), install the sausage attachments (14, 15)
on the screw (9); make sure that the ledge on the attachment (14) matches the groove on the meat grinder head body (3) and tighten the nut (13) (pic. 4).
3. Install the meat grinder head (3) and turn it counterclockwise until fixing (pic. 5).
4. Install the food tray (2) (pic. 6).
5. Put the minced meat on the food tray (2).
6. Use natural sausage casing for sausage making, putting it firstly into a bowl with warm water for 10 minutes.
7. Pull the softened casing on the attachment (15) and tie a knot on the casing end.
8. Switch the unit on by pressing the button (8).
9. Use the pusher (1) to feed the minced meat, according to the casing filling, move it away from the attachment (15), as the casing dries, wet it.
10. After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the button (8), unplug the meat grinder and only after that you can disassemble the meat grinder head.
11. To remove the meat grinder head, press the lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head (3) clockwise and remove the head.
12. Unscrew the nut (13) and disassemble the meat grinder head.
USING THE "KEBBE" ATTACHMENT
Kebbe is a traditional Middle East dish cooked of lamb meat, wheat flour and spices cut together for getting a base for hollow rolls. Rolls are filled and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various fillings.
- Prepare the casing base.

Insert the screw (9) into the meat grinder head body (3), install the "kebbe" attachments (16, 17) on the screw (9); make sure that the ledge on the attachment (16) matches the groove on the meat grinder head body (3) and tighten the nut (13) (pic. 7).

Install the meat grinder head (3) and turn it counterclockwise until fixing (pic. 8).

Install the food tray (2) (pic. 9).

Put the prepared casing base on the food tray (2).

Switch the unit on by pressing the button (8). Use the pusher (1) to supply the base for casing.

Cut the rolls of the required length.

After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the button (8), unplug the unit and only after that you can disassemble the meat grinder head.
ENGLISH
- To remove the meat grinder head, press the lock button (4), turn the meat grinder head (3) clockwise and remove it.
- Unscrew the nut (13) and disassemble the meat grinder head.
RECIPE
(Filling)

- Mince the lamb meat once or twice.
- Fry onion in oil till it gets gold color, and then add minced lamb meat, spice, salt and flour.

- Mince the meat twice or thrice, mince a nutmeg separately, and mix all the components.
- More meat and less flour in a casing provide better consistency and taste of the prepared dish.
- Fill the rolls, clamp at edges, and shape as you wish.
- Deep fry the rolls.
USING THE CUBIC ATTACHMENT
The cubic attachment is intended for cutting fruit and vegetables (including boiled ones).
Attention!
- Do not process hard ingredients and frozen products. They can damage the cubic attachment.
Warning:
- Before assembling, make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the mains socket.
- Install the gear (29) into the meat grinder head setting place (5), and turn it counterclockwise until fixing (pic. 10).
- Install the bowl (25) on the gear (29) so that the mark on the bowl (25) is on the right.
Match the ledges on the bowl with the grooves of the gear and turn the bowl (25) clockwise until fixing.
- Set the mouth (26) on the bowl (25), insert the ledges on the bowl in the grooves on the mouth and press until clicking.
- Set the driving shaft (24) into the bowl (25).
- Open 4 locks (23), set the cubic attachment knife (20) into the attachment (22) groove. Set the knife (20) on the cubic attachment and fix it with 4 locks (23).
- Set the assembled cubic attachment into the bowl (25). To do so match three grooves on the cubic attachment (22) and three ledges inside the bowl (25), and set the attachment into the bowl (pic. 11).
Note: Check whether the attachment (22) is set properly, otherwise the lid (19) will not close.
- Set the lid (19) so that the arrow ▲ on the lid (19) matches the mark «▼» on the bowl (25) and turn the lid clockwise till the mark «○» (pic. 13).
- Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
- Switch the unit on by pressing the button (8).
- Place the products into the chute of the lid (19), use the cubic attachment pusher (18) for products feeding. Press the pusher gently while feeding.
Note:
If the cubic attachment is installed on the meat grinder, screw reverse mode is not available.
- After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the button (8), unplug the unit and only after that you can disassemble the meat grinder head.
- Disassemble the gear in a strict reverse order to its assembling.
- Remove the lid (19) from the bowl (25) by turning the lid counterclockwise.
- Carefully take the attachment (22) out, remove the drive (24), detach the bowl (25) turning it clockwise, remove the mouth (26) pulling it towards you. Remove the gear (29) from the motor unit. To do so press the lock button (4) and turn the gear unit clockwise, remove the gear (29) from the unit body (6).
- Clean, wash and dry all the used parts immediately after the unit operation.
Using the shredding/slicing disc
- Install the gear (29) into the meat grinder head setting place (5) and turn the gear (29) counterclockwise until fixing (pic. 10).
ENGLISH
• Install the bowl (25) on the gear (29) so that the mark on the bowl (25) is on the right. Match the ledges on the bowl with the grooves of the gear and turn the bowl (25) clockwise until fixing.
- Set the driving shaft (24) into the bowl (25).
- Set the shredding/slicing disc (28) on the driving shaft (24). The disc operating surface is an upper one.
- Set the lid (19) so that the arrow ▲ on the lid (19) matches the mark «▼» on the bowl (25) and turn the lid till the mark «¶» (pic. 12).
- Put the products into the chute of the lid (19), use the pusher (18) for products feeding. Press the pusher gently while feeding.
- After you finish operating, switch the meat grinder off, pressing the button (8), unplug the unit and only after that you can disassemble the meat grinder head.
- Disassemble the gear in a strict reverse order to its assembling.
- Remove the lid (19) from the bowl (25) by turning the lid counterclockwise.
- Carefully remove the disc (28). Remove the driving shaft (24), detach the bowl (25) turning it clockwise, remove the mouth (26) pulling it towards you. Remove the gear (29) from the motor unit. To do so press the lock button (4), turn the gear unit clockwise and remove the gear (29) from the unit body (6).
- Clean, wash and dry all the used parts immediately after the unit operation.
Cleaning the unit
Always switch the unit off and unplug it after operation or before cleaning.
- Clean, wash and dry all the used parts immediately after the unit operation.
- It is recommended to wash all removable parts in warm water with a neutral detergent.
- For easy cleaning of the cubic grid (21) take it out of the attachment (22) and remove the remaining products using the pusher (27).
• After processing salty or sour products, rinse the used attachments with water immediately. - While possessing products with strong dyeing properties (for instance carrot or beet-root) attachments and bowls can get colored, wipe them with a cloth dampened in vegetable oil.

Wipe the unit body (6) and the gear (29) with a damp cloth.

Do not use coarse sponges, abrasives and solvents to clean the unit.
- Provide that no liquid gets inside the meat grinder body.
Storage
- Before taking the meat grinder away for storage, make sure that the unit body and all removable parts are clean and dry.
- Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool place.
- You may store the attachments (14, 15, 16, 17) in the pusher (1) body.
