This appliance must be grounded. In the event of a short-circuit, earthing reduces the risk of electric shock. The appliance is equipped with earthing wire with an appropriate plug. The plug should be inserted into a properly installed and grounded outlet.

If you do not completely understand earthing instruction or you are unsure whether the appliance is properly grounded, please contact a qualified

electrician or service technician. If you must use an extension cord, use only a three-wire extension with an earthing connector. The manufacturer shall not be liable for damage or injury resulting from connecting the microwave oven to a power source without a protective circuit or with a malfunctioning protection circuit.

A short power cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled or tripping over a long cord.

If you use the extension cord:

  • Extension cord must be capable of withstanding nominal current required by the appliance.
  • Extension cord must be 3-wire with earthing,

1 Never compress or place the turntable upside down.

2 When cooking, always use turntable and rotating trolley.

3 For cooking or heating always put the food on the turntable.

4 If the turntable breaks, please contact the nearest authorized service centre.

Installing

  1. The appliance is designed for household use only.
  2. The appliance can be used only after fitting in kitchen furniture.

  4. Microwave oven should be installed in a cabinet with a width of 60 cm and a height of 85 cm from the kitchen floor*.

Do not remove the legs located in the bottom of the appliance*.

Blocking the inlet and outlet openings may damage the microwave oven.

Place the oven as far away from radio and television as possible. Operating microwave oven may cause interference to radio and television reception.

  1. Insert the oven power plug into a standard household wall socket.

Make sure beforehand whether voltage and frequency are the same as on the oven's rating plate.

WARNING: Do not install the oven on the gas hob or other heat producing appliance. In the event of such installation, the oven may be damaged and void the warranty.

Accessible surfaces may become hot during operation.

This microwave oven has a modern electronic programmer to adjust the parameters of cooking or reheating.

Microwave power - Press this button to set microwave heating power.

Grill - Press the button to set the oven in grill mode with cook time up to 60 minutes.

Combi Mode - Press the but ton two or three times to set the oven in the combined mode of microwave and grill heating.

Setting the clock - Press this button to set the clock.

Adjustment knob (TIME / WEIGHT, MENU START)

  • turn the knob to adjust current time or cook time
  • turn the knob to adjust food weight and select Auto Menu cooking programmes.
  • pressing the knob to start the oven with the previously chosen settings,
  • press the knob again and again to add cook time shown on the display. When the desired cook time is set, oven starts automatically.

Start / quick start - Press to start the cooking program. Press this button a number of times to begin express cooking without previously set power level and cooking time.

STOP / CANCEL

  • Press this button to reset the appliance settings.
  • Press this button to stop the appliance or press twice to erase the specified program. Press once to stop to cooking, or twice to cancel cooking altogether.
  • This button is also used when using the Child Lock function.

1. SETTING DIGITAL CLOCK

With the oven ready for input, touch the G button once or twice to set the digital clock in 12 or 24 hours cycle.

Suppose you want to set the oven clock time to 8:30.

  1. In standby mode, press button once or twice.
  2. Turn to indicate the hour digit 8.
  3. Press button.
  4. Turn dial to indicate the minute digits until the screen shows 8: 30.
  5. Press to confirm the setting.

Note: To check clock time during cooking, press the button once.

To cook with microwave power alone, press the 'button a number of times to select a cooking power level, and then use the dial to set a desired cooking time. The longest cooking time is 95 minutes. You can select power level by pressing the 'button:

For example, suppose you want to cook for 1 minute at 60% of microwave power.

  1. Press ▪ button repeatedly to select power level.
  2. Rotate — to enter cooking time.
  3. Press ☐ button.

Note:

  1. If you want to temporarily stop a cooking session, press the once and then you can start the cooking again by press START/QUICK START; or press the STOP/CANCEL twice to cancel the cooking program altogether.
  2. After cooking program has finished, the buzzer will sound beeps once every 2 minutes with END showing on screen, press STOP/CANCEL or open oven door to clear that before setting another function. (Both note 1 and 2 are also available for other cooking program.)

3. GRILL/COMB.

Grill/comb. Cooking has three cooking mode: grill, combination 1, and combination 2. You can press the button circularly to select one. The longest cooking time is 95 minutes.

  • The grill cooking is particularly useful for thin slices of meat, steaks, chops, kebabs, sausages or piece of chicken. It is also suitable for hot sandwiches and au gratin dishes.
  • Combination 1: 30% time for microwave cooking, 70% for grill cooking. Use for fish or au gratin.
  • Combination 2: 55% time for microwave cooking, 45% for grill cooking. Use for puddings omelettes, baked potatoes and poultry.

Suppose you want to set combination 1 cooking for 25 minutes.

  1. Press button twice.
  2. Turn to 25:00.
  3. Press button.

4. AUTO DEFROST

The oven allows the defrosting of food based on the weight you entered. The time and the defrosting power are adjusted automatically once the weight is programmed. The range weight of frozen foods varies between 100g and 1800g.

Suppose you want to defrost 600g of shrimp.

  1. Place the shrimp to be defrosted into the oven and close the door.
  2. Rotate in anti-clockwise direction to choose a weight 600g.
  3. Press button.

Note: During defrosting process, the oven will pause to remind you to turn over food.

5. AUTO COOK

For food or the following cooking mode, it is not necessary to program the duration and the cooking power. It is sufficient to indicate the type of food that you wish to cook as well as the weight of this food.

  1. Press the AUTO button repeatedly to select corresponding food code.
  2. Turn dial to indicate food weight.
  3. Press button.

6. QUICK START

This feature allows you to start the oven quickly. The longest cooking time is 10 minutes. Press the Ⓘ button a number of times to set the cooking time, the oven starts working at full power level immediately.

7. CHILD LOCK

Use to prevent unsupervised operation of the oven by little children. The child lock indicator will show up on display screen, and the oven can not be operated while the Child Lock is set.

  • To set the Child Lock: In standby mode, press and hold the button for 3 seconds, a beep sounds and lock indicator lights.
  • To cancel the Child Lock: Press and hold the button for 3 seconds until lock indicator on display turns off.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Microwave oven interferes with the TV receptionTelevision and radio reception may be disrupted when the microwave oven is operating. The same applies to small household appliances such as a blender, vacuum cleaner and electric fan. This is normal.
Dimmed oven lighting.When cooking with low microwave power, oven light may be dimmer. This is normal.
Condensation forms on the door, hot air comes out through vents.When cooking, steam can be released from food. Most of the steam escapes through the vents. However some steam can collect in the form of condensation on cooler parts, such as oven door. This is normal.

CLEANING

Before cleaning, make sure the oven is disconnected from the power source.

(a) After use, clean the inside of the microwave oven with a damp cloth.
b) Clean the accessories in the normal way in soapy water.
c) Dirty door frame, seal and adjacent elements should be cleaned gently with a damp cloth. When cleaning the surface of the oven door, use only mild soap or detergent applied with a sponge or soft cloth.

When cleaning glass door, do not use any abrasive cleaners or sharp metal washers, as this may cause scratches on the surface and damage the glass.

In order to clean the inner cavity: put half a lemon in a bowl, add 300 ml of water and turn on the microwave oven at 100% power for 10 minutes.

After cleaning, disconnect the microwave oven from the power and wipe the inside with a soft, dry cloth.
