How do I adjust the salt consumption setting?

Activate setup mode within 60 seconds of turning on the dishwasher with the door closed. Press and hold the Program selection key (P) for 5 seconds until the preset salt setting (default H3) blinks. Press P repeatedly to select the appropriate setting (H1 to H6) based on your water hardness. The machine exits setup mode automatically after 5 seconds.

What should I do if the dishwasher does not start?

Check the power supply (plug, circuit breaker). Ensure the door is properly closed. Verify that the water supply is connected and turned on (or water tank is full). If using a delayed start, confirm the timer is set correctly. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting section or contact service.

How do I clean the filters?

Turn the filter cap (fine filter B) counterclockwise and remove the entire filter assembly. Separate the coarse filter, main filter, and micro filter. Rinse them under running water, removing any residues. Reassemble in reverse order, ensuring the filter cartridge is installed correctly. Do not operate the dishwasher without filters properly installed.

Can I use regular table salt instead of dishwasher salt?

No, only use salt specifically designed for dishwashers. Table salt or other types will damage the water softener and void the warranty. Always fill salt just before starting a complete wash program to avoid corrosion.

How do I set a delayed start?

After selecting a program, press the timer button (⏻) repeatedly to set the desired delay in one-hour increments (1 to 24 hours). Then press the Start/Pause button. The dishwasher will begin the program once the set time has elapsed.

What do the error codes mean?

Common codes: E1 (longer inlet time – flow meter, drain valve, or pump failure), E3 (not reaching required temperature – heating tube or thermistor anomaly), E4 (overflow – leakage), E0 (communication anomaly). For all errors, contact customer service if the issue persists.

How do I descale the dishwasher?

Descaling is not necessary if detergent is dosed correctly. If required, use a suitable descaling agent and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Obtain descaling agents from retailers.

Can I open the door during a wash cycle?

Yes, but it is dangerous because hot water may scald you. Press Start/Pause to pause the cycle, wait for spray arms to stop, then open the door carefully. After adding or removing dishes, close the door and press Start/Pause again to resume. Avoid opening when detergent has already dissolved.

What type of detergent should I use?

Use only detergent specifically made for dishwashers (powder, tablets, or pods). Do not use fluid rinse aids as the dishwasher is designed for combi products. Follow the dosage instructions on the detergent packaging. Overdosing can damage the appliance.

How do I connect the water supply?

You can connect the dishwasher to a 3/4" tap using the provided hose. Ensure the connection is tight. Alternatively, you can fill the water tank manually (capacity 5.0 L) via the water tank opening. Carefully remove the product and accessories from the original packaging. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for storage. Warranty and spare parts

The warranty period of the product, as well as the applicable conditions of the warranty can be found in the warranty card provided with the product. The spare parts, which are listed in the corresponding ecodesign directive, can be obtained by contacting the customer service center, for a period of at least 7 years, respectively 10 years.

Disposal

Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Return it to a designated collection point for the recycling of WEEE.

Note:

The dishwasher is equipped with a power cord and plug. Make sure that a suitable wall outlet is available at the desired place.

• Attach the drain hose to the drain outlet on the back of the appliance.
• Use a screwdriver to properly tighten the screw of the clamp. Ensure, that the connection is properly fastend and sealed and doesn't leak.
• Place the drain hose in a sink, a floor drain or similar. If necessary attach the drain hose with cable ties, suction cups or similar.
• Ensure that the outlet hose descents to enable the proper flow of waste water.

Note:

If the water pipes are new or have not been used for an extended period of time, let the water run to make sure that the water is clear and free of impurities. If this precaution is not taken, there is a risk that the water inlet might get blocked and damage the appliance.

If there is no water connection, you can alternatively fill water by hand into the water tank opening. The capacity of the integrated water tank is 5.0 liters. When enough water has been added, a quick beep sounds and the water connection indicator turns off. Water must be refilled before each washing sequence.

Note:

Fill only clear tap water into the water tank opening. Never fill detergent or other additives in the water tank.

Preparation

Filling salt into the salt container

Fig. 5 Depending on your tap water hardness (hardness degree) use additional salt (water softener). Always consider the instructions provided with the salt.

• Remove the basket and then unscrew and remove the cap from the salt container.
• Before first usage, pour 1 liter of water in the salt container of your machine.
• Place the end of the funnel (supplied) into the hole and pour in about 0.13 kg of salt. It is normal for a small amount of water to come out of the salt container.
  • After filling the container, screw the cap tightly back on in clockwise direction.
• Immediately after filling the salt into the salt container, a washing program must be started (rapid program suggested). Otherwise the filter system, pump or other important parts of the machine may be damaged by salty water which would void the warranty.

Note:

Depending on how fully the salt dissolves, the salt warning light may still be on even though the salt container is filled.

Warning

• Only use salt specifically designed for use in dishwashers! All other types of salt not specifically designed for use in a dishwasher, especially table salt, will damage the water softener. In case of damages caused by the use of unsuitable salt the manufacturer does not give any warranty nor is he liable for any caused damages.
• If there are spills of the salt, a soak or a rapid program must be run to remove the excess salt.
• Only fill with salt just before starting one of the complete washing programs. This will prevent any grains of salt or salty water, which may have been spilt, remaining at the bottom of the machine for any period of time, which may cause corrosion.
• The salt container must only be refilled when the salt warning light in the control panel comes on.

Adjusting salt consumption

Fig. 6 Activate the setup mode: The setting mode must be activated within 60 seconds after switching the product on and with the door closed. Press the program selection key P and hold it for 5 seconds, the machine will enter the setup mode which is indicated by the blinking preset salt setting HX (default: H3).

Adjust level of salt consumption:

Press the program selection key P to select the proper setting according to your local environment. Follow table below to find the correct setting.

The product will exit the setup mode automatically 5 seconds after the last setting/operation.

Adding detergent

For the correct amount follow the instructions provided with the detergent.

• Always add the detergent powder just before starting each wash cycle, otherwise it could get damp and will not dissolve properly.

Note:

Only use detergent specifically made for use in dishwashers. Keep your detergent fresh and dry.

Loading the dishwasher basket

• Only clean dishes and cutlery which are dishwasher proof or suitable for dishwashers. Follow the instructions of the manufacturers.
• Scrape off any large amounts of leftover food. Soften remnants of burnt food e.g. in pans.
• It is not necessary to rinse the dishes under running water.

• Place objects in the dishwasher in the following way:

• Items such as cups, glasses, pots/ pans, etc. face down.

• Curved items, or those with recesses, should be loaded at a slant so that water can run off.
• All utensils must be stacked in a secure way so they cannot tip over.
• All utensils must be placed in a way that the spray arms can rotate freely during washing.

Note:

Very small items should not be washed in the dishwasher as they could easily fall out of the basket.

Warning

• Long bladed knives stored in an upright position are a potential hazard.
• Do not let any item extend through the bottom of the basket.
• Do not overload your dishwasher as this will impair the results.

Operation

Washing dishes

Fig. 12 Consider below steps to start the washing process:

1. Prepare dishwasher.
2. Load the dishwasher basket.
3. Add detergent or rinse aid.
4. Make sure the water-tap/water supply is open or the water tank is full, the appliance is connected to the mains and the door is closed correctly.
5. Push the on/off switch to turn on the dishwasher and choose your program, referring to chapter

Choosing Program.

Note:

• Select the extra dry function if you want the dishes to be extra dry.

• Select "Storage" function to keep the internal environment of the machine dry and ventilated.

• Push the Start/Pause button. To stop the process push the Start/Pause button again.

To start the rinsing process at a later time, press the timer ⏻ button. Set the hours by which the start is to be delayed by pressing it several times. A 1-24 hours start time delay can be set in one hour intervals. Then press the

Start/Pause button. The dishwasher starts the program when the preset time has elapsed.

1. When the working cycle has finished, an 8 seconds long beep sounds.

2. Turn off the appliance using the On/off switch and shut off the water supply.

3. Open the door of the dishwasher.

Warning

It is dangerous to open the door when washing, because the hot water may scald you.

- Wait a few minutes before unloading the dishwasher to avoid handling the dishes and utensils while they are still hot. They will also dry better.

- Unload the dishwasher.

Modify the washing program

You can modify the washing program when the dishwasher has just been started. Otherwise, the detergent may have already been dissolved, and the appliance may have already drained the wash water.

• Press the Start/Pause button to switch to standby state.
• Press the Programme selection button P for more than three seconds. Change the program to the desired cycle setting.
• Press the Start/Pause button again to continue the washing process.

Note:

If you open the door during washing, the machine will pause. When you close the door, the machine will continue working after 10 seconds.

Pause the washing process

If you have forgotten some dishes you can pause a running process and add them, but make sure the detergent hasn't already dissolved.

1. Push the Start/Pause button.
2. After the spray arms have come to rest, you can open the door completely.
3. Add forgotten dishes.
4. Push the Start/Pause button again to continue the washing process.

Recommendations on the type of detergent

Consider below notes in order to improve the cleaning result, while reducing the energy consumption as well as environmental impact:

• Dose the detergent, salt based on the recommendations / requirements of the supplier, while considering the mass and soiling level of the tablewares.
• Do not mix different detergents and / salts
• Do you use detergents that are based on solvents or corrosive ingredients
• Avoid overdosing

Caution: An incorrect dosage of detergent, salt and other additives can damage the product and impair its correct function.

Note:

The dishwasher is not intended to be used with fluid rinse aids. Use combi products.

Cleaning and care

Warning

• When cleaning, never use solvents or abrasive materials, hard brushes, metallic or sharp objects. Solvents are harmful to human health and can attack plastic parts, while abrasive cleaning mechanisms and tools may scratch the surface(s).
• Clean the exterior surfaces of the product with a slightly damp cloth and dry them well. Make sure that no water enters the product interior (e.g. at the display).
• Clean the edge around the door using a soft, warm and damp cloth only. To avoid penetration of water into the door lock and electrical components, do not use a spray cleaner of any kind.

Cleaning the filter cartridge

The filter prevents larger remnants of food or other objects from getting inside the pump. Inspect the filters for blocking every time after the dishwasher has been used and clean it on a regular basis.

• Main filter A: Food and soil particles trapped by this filter are pulverized by a special jet on the spray arm and washed down into the drain.
• Fine filter B: This filter holds soil and food residue in the sump area and prevents it from being spread over the dishes during wash cycle.

Disassemble and clean the filter according to the following steps:

• Turn the filter cap (filter B) counterclockwise and take out the whole filter assembly.
  • Take out filters.
• Wash filters under running water and remove any residues and foreign objects.
• Reassembling is done in reverse order. Make sure the filter cartridge is installed correctly.

Warning

Do not use the dishwasher without the filter system being properly installed.

Cleaning the spray arm

Fig. 15 The spray arm can be easily removed for periodic cleaning of the nozzles. This prevents possible clogging.
- Grasp the middle of the spray arm, pull it upwards to remove it.
- Wash the arm under a jet of running water.
- Return it carefully to its seat and make sure that the spray arm is installed correctly and can turn freely.

Descaling

Descaling is not necessary if the detergent is dosed correctly. If you want to descale the product, proceed according to the descaling agent manufacturer's instructions. You can obtain suitable descaling agents from retailers.

Notes concerning the energy- and water consumption of the dishwasher

• The eco program is suitable for cleaning normally soiled dishes. It is the most efficient program for this purpose in terms of the combined energy and water consumption and is used to assess compliance with the EU ecodesign legislation.
• By loading the domestic dishwasher up to the capacity specified by the manufacturer, energy and water can be saved. Arrange the dishes correctly as described in the loading plans in these instructions. Improper loading causes inefficient dish-washing and possibly malfunctions.
• Manual pre-washing of the dishes leads to higher water and energy consumption and is not recommended.
• Washing dishes in a household dishwasher generally uses less energy and water than washing by hand, provided the household dishwasher is used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• Values for the program duration as well as the energy and water consumption of all programs that include an operating cycle can be found in the corresponding tables in these instructions.
