Location

Before installing this Infiniton appliance, you must choose a location that meets the following requirements:

1. Rigid, dry and level surface

2. Avoid direct sunlight

3. Sufficient ventilation

5. Keep the appliance away from any heat source (cookers, boilers, radiators, etc.).

Before first wash cycle

Prepare the laundry

Note: The detergent or additive can be diluted in a little water before pouring it into the detergent dispenser to avoid blocking the detergent inlet and causing water overflow. Programme's selector

- To select the desired programme, turn the programme selector clockwise or anticlockwise until the marker on the programme selector is on the desired programme.

- Make sure that the programme selector is set to the desired programme.

Control panel

1	PROGRAM SELECTOR - Turn the dial to select the desired wash program.
2	ON/OFF - Turn the program selector to turn the washer on/off.
3	START/PAUSE/ADD CLOTHING - Press this button to start or pause the selected program. Press 3sec to pause the cycle and add forgotten items.
4	TEMPERATURE - Press this button to change the preset temperature in the selected program.
5	SPIN - Press this button to change the preset spin speed in the selected program.
6	OPTIONS - Press this button to select additional functions.
7	DRYING - Press this button to select the level of drying you wish to apply.
8	PROGRAMMED START - With this button you can program the start/end of the selected program at a specific time.
4+5	CHILD LOCK - Press these two buttons at the same time to activate/deactivate the child lock.
5+6	MUTE - Press these two buttons to activate or deactivate the acoustic signals.

On / Off

To switch the washing machine on and off. Turn the washer on by turning the program selector. During program operation, if it is necessary to turn it off, turn the knob to the "ON/OFF" position to turn it off.

Start / Pause

To start a program or pause a program in progress. If the machine door is not closed or the door lock is not activated, the washer will not start and an alarm will be shown on the display. After starting a program, or when the pause state is selected, the set functions and parameters cannot be changed. Turn the machine off and turn the knob again to reset the programs and parameters.

Temperature

Changing the temperature of the selected program. Each program has a preset temperature which can be changed by pressing the TEMP. position (--indicates cold wash). The temperature is shown on the display unit above the button.

Spin

Allows you to adjust the spin speed. With the spin speed preset or selected, the selected spin speed will be illuminated on the display.

Options

In standby mode, press the "Options" button to select an additional function for the current program. Select only one function per press, then the corresponding icon flashes. After start-up, the program cannot be changed.

Prewash

Select this function to perform a prewash to improve the washing effects and better remove stains. This function is suitable for heavily soiled laundry. When selecting the prewash function, add detergent in the prewash compartment of the detergent dispenser.

Extra rinse

After setting the extra rinse function, the program runs the rinse process one more time before running the softening, and the total program run time increases accordingly.

Dry

Press the "Drying Level" button to select the drying time and additional drying functions. When the Iron, Wardrobe and Extra Drying functions are selected, the corresponding icon will light up and the remaining program time will be shown in the display window. When the [Drying Time] function is selected, the Drying Time icon will light up. The washer can detect the weight of the laundry to adjust the drying time automatically.

Before drying, confirm whether the laundry can be dried (refer to the program table to confirm the type of laundry that can be dried).

Before starting drying, make sure that the faucet is turned on and the cold water is in place.

Before drying separately, please remove the drained laundry from the drum, and put it in the drum after draining.

When drying small or light clothes, the drying time may be less than the set time.

If hand-washed laundry requires drying, before drying, please select the spin with the highest possible speed according to the types of laundry. It is recommended to select the "Spin + Drying level" program. At the end of drying, the washing machine will run for a period of time according to a certain rate to loosen the clothes and reduce wrinkling.

The excessive and dehydrated cotton linen fastening to the wall may affect the drying effect. Therefore, it is recommended to dry the clothes after loosening them manually.

Overload drying may affect the drying effect, while over-drying may cause the wrinkling of the clothes. For chemical fiber clothes, such as shirts, etc., the ironing mode should be selected.

If garments of different materials are dried together, the drying effect may be affected. Therefore, it is recommended to sort the laundry before drying.

If a drying failure occurs, refer to the contents of [Drying Failure] to solve it.

The [Iron] function allows you to iron the laundry with little water after drying.

The [Wardrobe] function allows you to use the laundry immediately after drying.

The [Extra Drying] function allows you to store the laundry after drying.

The [Drying Time] function allows drying the laundry for a certain time. Users press the "Drying Level" button to select any type of drying time with 6 types, including 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours. Please select a reasonable drying time. Otherwise, the clothes will not dry completely if the drying time is too short.

Child lock

This is a safety feature. To activate it, press the Temp. and Spin positions simultaneously, and hold them down for at least 2 seconds, the Child Lock icon will light up, and the Child Lock will be activated. Repeat the same operation, and the Child Lock will be unlocked.

When the child lock is activated, all function buttons will be locked except the power function.

When the program is finished, the child lock is automatically unlocked.

Muting the acoustic signals

Use this option to deactivate or reset the acoustic signals.

When the machine is in standby, pause or run status, press the "Spin+Steam Care" buttons for 2 seconds, the mute function icon will appear on the display. All beeps will be deactivated except the alarms. When the washer is in this state, repeat the same operation until the mute function icon goes off. All beeps will be activated.

Door locking

Once the program has started, the door lock icon will light up. Do not force the door at this time to avoid damage.

When the washer is paused or after the program has finished, if the unlock conditions are met, the door lock will automatically unlock and the door lock icon will turn off.

ADD CLOTHING

This operation can be executed during the washing process when the drum is still rolling and there is a large amount of water with high temperature in the drum.

The operation mode is dangerous and the door will not be able to open with force. Press the Start/Pause button 3sec. to restart the wash, and start loading the laundry in the intermediate function.

Follow the steps below:

1. Wait until the drum stops spinning.
2. The door lock unlocks.
3. Close the door when the laundry is loaded and press the [Start/Pause] button.

Do not use the ADD CLOTHING function when the water level exceeds the edge of the inner tub or the temperature is too high.

Automatic Weighing

The washer displays “----” after power on, indicating that it is automatically performing the weighing. It will automatically adjust the program duration (hours: minutes) according to the weight of the laundry.

Delay End

1. Select a program

Press the Program Start button to select the time from 0-24h.

1. Press [Start/Pause] to start the operation.

Cancel the function:

Press the [Programmed Start] button before starting the program. If the program has already started, you must turn off the unit to restart.

1. The Eco 40-60 program is capable of cleaning normally soiled cotton laundry declared as washable between 40^ and 60^ in the same cycle, and that this program is used to assess compliance with EU eco-design legislation.
2. The power consumption of the off mode is 0.49W.
3. The most efficient programs in terms of energy consumption are generally those that operate at lower temperatures and for longer durations.
4. Loading the domestic washing machine to the capacity indicated by the manufacturer for the respective programs will contribute to energy and water savings.
5. Correct use of detergent, softeners and other additives. Do not over-apply detergent.

This may adversely affect the washing results.

1. Periodic cleaning, including optimum frequency, and limescale prevention and procedure.

2. Noise and remaining moisture content are influenced by spin speed.

3. Product information and QR code are reflected on the energy consumption label. Product registration information can be obtained by scanning the QR code.

4. Standard program information.

WARNING! Before cleaning, unplug the power plug first; do not connect or disconnect the power plug with wet hands, as there is a risk of electric shock and injury.

Do not spill water directly on the appliance, thus avoiding rust, electricity leakage and accidents.

Regular cleaning of this appliance helps to prolong its life.

External cleaning

Clean dust accumulated on the surface of the appliance frequently.

After using detergent, be sure to rinse it with clean water and then wipe it dry with a cloth.

Note: Never use metal scouring pads as this may damage painted, chrome and plastic surfaces.

WARNING! Do not use bristle brushes, wire brushes, detergent, soap powder, alkaline detergent, benzene, gasoline, acid, hot water and other corrosive or soluble elements to clean the surface of the appliance, door gasket, plastic decorative parts, etc. to avoid damage. Carefully dry the door gasket, clean the groove with a wooden stick wrapped with cotton thread.

Cleaning the door

Clean the glass and door gasket after each wash to remove possible lint and/or detergent/softener residues, as leaks may occur.

If any rust stains are found inside the drum, they should be removed with non-chlorine detergent.

Cleaning of the detergent dispenser

1. Open the detergent dispenser, press the locking mechanism and pull out the dispenser completely from the opening.
2. Clean the dispenser with plenty of water to remove detergent and fabric softener residues.
3. Clean the dispenser shaft with a soft brush.
4. Insert the dispenser into the recess until the locking mechanism clicks.

Important! Depending on the model, the locking mechanism of the detergent dispenser may vary in symbol and location. The above figure is for reference only.

Note: Do not use abrasive or caustic type agents to clean the plastic parts.

Note: Perform a thorough cleaning of the detergent dispenser, following the above steps, at least once a month to ensure normal operation of the appliance.

Cleaning the inlet water filter

Note: If you notice a decrease in water flow, this is a sign that the filter needs to be cleaned.

1. Close the tap and remove the water supply hose from the tap.
2. Clean the filter with a brush.
3. Unscrew the water supply hose from the back of the machine. Remove the filter with long nose pliers.
4. Use a brush to clean the filter.
5. Reinstall the filter in the water inlet and reconnect the water supply hose.
6. Clean the inlet filter every 3 months to ensure normal operation of the appliance.

Cleaning the drain pump filter

Note: Make sure that the machine has finished the washing cycle and is empty. Turn off the machine and unplug it before cleaning the drain pump filter.

Important! Be careful with hot water. Let the water cool down. Risk of scalding.

1. Open the bottom cover, located on the front of the washing machine.
2. Open the filter by turning it anticlockwise.
3. Carefully remove all foreign bodies inside.
4. Reinsert the filter by turning clockwise and close the lid.

Note: Clean the filter periodically every 3 months to ensure normal operation of the appliance.

Important! When the appliance is in use and depending on the selected programme, there may be hot water in the pump.

Never remove the pump cover during a washing cycle. always wait until the appliance has finished the cycle and is empty. When replacing the lid, make sure that it is tightened securely.

Troubleshooting

Whenever there is a problem with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Small water leaks Water connections and drain hose		Check and secure the hose to the water inlet hose and water inlet hose and clean the water outlet hose.
Detergent residue in the dispenser	The detergent is wet and/or coagulated. In most cases this is usually due to the use of powder detergent.	Clean the detergent dispenser
Display does not work (If the model has a display)	Connection problem with the main board.	Disconnect from the mains and check that the mains plug is connected correctly.
Abnormal noise	The transport bolts have not been removed. The floor is unlevel .	Check whether all transport bolts have been correctly removed. Make sure that the appliance is level with the help of a level.

The unbalance alarm shall be resolved by the following methods:1. windingTurn off the machine, open the door, shake out the laundry and put it back into the machine, then select the simple dewatering program to try again.2. Clothes too lightTurn off the machine, open the door, put in one or two towels, then select the simple de-water-ring program to try again.
