Thank you for purchasing the "INN-882" electric mixer, a very useful tool for preparing your food. Before use, please carefully read all warnings and instructions, and keep this manual for future reference.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS
- Before using the appliance, carefully read the instructions for use and especially the safety warnings, adhering to them. Keep this manual for the entire life of the appliance for any future reference. Failure to follow the instructions could cause accidents and void the warranty, releasing the manufacturer from any liability.
- This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it was designed, that is to say as a HAND MIXER for home use. Any other use is improper and potentially dangerous.
- Keep all packing material (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc.) out of reach of children, since they are potential sources of danger and must be disposed of as provided by law.
- After removing the appliance from its packaging, check the product's integrity. If there is any damage or doubt about its integrity, do not use the appliance and contact an authorized service center.
- Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.
- Before plugging it in the socket, ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label matches the mains voltage. The rating label is on the product.
- The plug must fit into the mains socket properly. Do not modify the plug in any way. Do not use adapters.
- Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
- Do not use the appliance if it has fallen to the floor or if there are visible signs of damage or leaks.

Do not force the electrical connection wire. Never use the electric wire to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance.

Ensure that the power cord does not get trapped or tangled.
- Check the state of the power cord. Damaged or knotted cords increase the risk of electric shock.
- Do not use the appliance, plug, or cord with wet or damp hands or feet.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized service center to prevent any risk.
- In case of malfunction or improper operation of the appliance, turn it off and do not tamper with it. For any repairs, only contact an authorized service center.
- This product is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, mental, or sensory capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or trained in the use of the appliance by the person responsible for their safety and understand the risks involved.
- This product is not a toy. Ensure children do not play with the appliance. Keep the product out of reach of children. This product must not be used by children.
- Do not overturn the product while it is in operation or connected to the power supply.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use and before performing any maintenance or cleaning activities.
- 'Always unplug the mixer from the power outlet before removing or changing accessories (beaters/hooks).
- This appliance is intended for HOUSEHOLD use only and is not intended for industrial or professional use.
- Never leave the product unattended when in use.
- Store the appliance in a dry, dust-free environment, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- NEVER immerse the appliance in water or other liquid and not place it
under tap water.

Place the product on a flat and stable surface during use, so it cannot fall on the floor, in a sink or other water containers.

DO NOT use near the kitchen hob and/or other heat sources.

Be careful that the cord does not come into contact with hot surfaces, glowing surfaces, open flames, pots, and other utensils.

Do not touch moving parts. WARNING: Do not touch and/or remove beaters/hooks while the appliance is in operation.

Turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains before installing/removing parts and before assembling/disassembling accessories and after use.

Do not let hair, scarves, necklaces, or other objects get tangled in the beaters or hooks while the mixer is in operation.

Do not use the appliance with loose-fitting and long-sleeved clothing, which could get caught in the beaters during operation.

Do not use different types of accessories simultaneously (use the pair of beaters or pair of hooks).

All parts intended for food contact during the use of the appliance must be well washed before use. See the CLEANING section.

Do not block the ventilation grilles during operation.

Do not allow water or objects to enter the ventilation grilles.

The product must be disconnected from the power supply when it's unattended and before approaching moving parts.
- Insert the beaters or dough hooks into the two holes beneath the mixer and lock them into place. Align the flanges of the beater or hook with the grooves in the mixer's hole. Push to lock the accessory in position.
- Insert the plug into the wall socket.
- Place the ingredients in an appropriate container.
- Plunge the beaters or hooks into the container and start the appliance by moving the speed selector to the right.
- Select the desired speed (from "1" to "5").
- Press the TURBO button to further accelerate the rotation speed of the beaters or hooks.
- At the end of use, return the speed selector to the "0" position.
- Unplug the appliance.
- Remove the beaters or hooks by pressing the EJECT button.

CAUTION
- The continuous operating time must be less than 3 minutes.
- After continuous use of 3 minutes, allow the appliance to cool for at least 5 minutes.
CLEANING:
- Unplug the appliance.
- Remove the hooks or beaters by pressing the EJECT button.
- Clean the mixer body with a damp cloth.
- Clean the beaters and hooks by hand, using water and mild soap, rinse and dry or wash them in the dishwasher, making sure that the maximum water temperature does not exceed 60^ C.
- Clean the accessories immediately after use to remove food residues more easily.
