Thank you for purchasing the Innoliving INN-782 mixer with bowl.
Read the instruction manual carefully before use, paying particular attention to the safety rules and warnings. Keep this manual for future reference.
IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES
When an appliance is used, general safety precautions must be observed, including the following:
- After removing the packaging, check the integrity of the appliance; in case of doubt, do not use it and contact professionally qualified personnel. The packaging elements (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene, etc.) must not be left within the reach of children as they are potential sources of danger.
- Close supervision is required when the unit is used in the presence of children.
- This product can be used by people with reduced physical, mental or sensorial abilities, or without experience and knowledge only if under supervision or if they have received instructions regarding the safe use of the equipment and include the risks associated with its use.
- This product cannot be used by children. Keep the product and its power cord away from children.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids. For cleaning and maintenance operations, refer to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section of this manual.
- This product was designed as an electric mixer for domestic use. Any other use is to be considered improper
and dangerous.
- If the product, bowl or cable is damaged, do not use the product and contact the authorized after sale service.
- Do not use accessories different than those supplied by the manufacturer, the use of unauthorized accessories could lead to serious risks of fire or electric shock.
- Turn off and unplug the product from the power outlet when the unit is not in use, before proceed with any cleaning or maintenance activities, when accessories are inserted or removed, or when it is left unattended.
- Turn off and unplug the product from the power outlet before approaching moving parts.
- Keep fingers, clothes, hair, spatulas or other objects away from moving parts.
- Use the appliance only with the accessories supplied.
- Do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.
- Check that the motor body does not come into contact with water or other liquids and do not put it in the dishwasher. If the appliance get wet, immediately disconnect the plug from the power outlet, dry it carefully and check that the liquid has not entered the motor body; if in doubt, contact professionally qualified personnel.
- Turn off and unplug the product from the power outlet before changing accessories.
- Disconnect the plug from the mains before proceeding with any cleaning and maintenance operation.
- Keep the cord away from heat sources.
- In the event of a malfunction, immediately switch off the appliance and contact the retailer or the authorized technical assistance service.
- In the event of a fault or malfunction, do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Always contact the retailer or the authorized technical assistance service. Do not use the product until it is repaired by qualified personnel.
WARNING Do not use the product for more than 5 minutes continuously and wait until the product has completely cooled down before resuming use.
WARNING The product is not suitable for processing particularly hard mixtures.
WARNING If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized technical service in order to prevent any risk.

ATTENTION: Do not use the appliance in case of too dense mixtures, it could damage it. The kneading accessories must be used in pairs. Do not use an accessory of one type and one of the other.
HOW TO SET THE WORKING SPEEDS

HOW TO USE
- Place the unit on a flat and stable surface. Press the button to raise the upper part of the mixer until it locks into place.
- Choose a pair of supplied accessories (whips or hooks) and insert them in the special housing (11) respecting the R or L mark indicated next to the two holes (Fig.3).
- Insert the bowl into the base and turn it clockwise until you lock it in its final position.
To adjust the position of the bowl, press the lever (4) downwards and move it to the right or left according to your needs.
- Press the button to lower the mixer head until it locks into place.
- Insert the plug into the socket and set the desired speed. To switch off, move the selector to '0 / OFF'.
- Wait for the whips / hooks to come to a complete stop before lifting the mixer head with the appropriate lever and press the accessory eject button.

HOW TO INSERT THE ACCESSORIES
Whisks and kneading hooks have a specific shape:
- the hook with the widest pin (see fig. below) must be inserted in the hole marked with the sign L.
- the whisk with the black rubber disk in the final part, must be inserted in the hole marked with the sign R.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before removing the accessories from the mixer and proceeding with cleaning, switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains.
- Remove the accessories and the bowl.

To clean the exterior of the main unit, use a damp or dry cloth with a little mild detergent, making sure that neither water nor detergents get inside the appliance. This could cause engine damage or electric shock.

Do not use abrasive materials or alcohol to clean the appliance.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water.
- To clean the accessories, use hot water and detergent.
- To clean the bowl you can use the usual detergent, but be careful not to use abrasive sponges or aggressive detergents.
