- Before the first use, read this entire user manual.
- Plug in the connecting cable to an outlet with parameters specified in the manual.
- Do not immerse the cable or the appliance in water.
- Do not use in open air.
- Do not place the appliance near heat sources.
- Do not leave unattended children near the appliance.
- The device can be used by children aged 8 and older and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without sufficient experience and knowledge only under supervision or if previously instructed on the safe use of the appliance and the possible risks. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance that are the responsibility of the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision. Protect the appliance and the power cord against children under 8 years old.
- Before turning the appliance on, make sure that all its components are properly mounted.
- Do not grab the appliance with wet hands.
- Always unplug the appliance if it is unattended,
before the assembly or disassembly of attachments and before cleaning,
- Do not touch the dough hooks or beaters when the appliance is in operation, and after turning it off they can be touched only when they have stopped.
- Do not use liquids of temperature higher than 50^ C.
- Do not exceed the maximum time of continuous operation. Do not use when the power cable is damaged, when the appliance was dropped or damaged in a different manner. Repairs of the equipment can only be performed by an authorized servicing point; a list of servicing points is in the appendix and on the website www.eldom.eu.
- Use the appliance only with original accessories supplied with it.
- Any modernizations or the use of non-original spare parts or components of the appliance are prohibited and may cause a serious hazard to the user.
- The company Eldom sp. z o. o. shall bear no responsibility for any possible damages resulting from the improper usage of the appliance.Any mending of the device should be held by authorised service providers.Any modernisations or using spare parts or other elements other than original is forbidden and dangerous.

TECHNICAL DATA
- power: 400W
- supply voltage: 220-240V \~ 50Hz
- Maximum continuous operation with whipping and mixing accessories: 5 minutes
- Interval before another cycle of operation: 10 minutes
Before the first use wash the dough hooks (6), beaters (5). (see chapter: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE).
ASSEMBLY
- Make sure the appliance is unplugged, and the switch (2) is set in the position "0".
- Place the dough hooks (6) or beaters (5) in proper sockets on the bottom part of the mixer (4), photo 2. Attachments need to be assembled in pairs two dough hooks (6) or two beaters (5). Assemble the attachments in the order shown in the photo 2.

- Plug in the appliance.
- The mixer starts its operation after a proper speed is selected with the switch (2).
- By changing its position 5 different speeds can be obtained.
- TURBO button is used to achieve immediately the maximum speed corresponding to the position "5" of the switch (2).
- When whisking or mixing is finished, one should:
- Slide the switch (2) to "0" position and unplug the mixer.
- Pull the attachments from the sockets by pressing the button (1).
CAUTION
Watch the continuous operation time of the appliance. The extended operation time and the lack of breaks may lead to the irreversible damage to the engine and loss of warranty. In the case of stopping the appliance while operation, before cleaning, unplug it and wait till the attachments stop to whirl.
If the appliance slows down while operation it needs a break and, if possible, liquefying ingredients.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning, unplug the appliance.
Do not wash the appliance in a dish-washer machine.
Do not immerse the body (4) in water.
Clean with a damp cloth or towel.
Other components of the appliance can be washed in warm water with a dishwashing liquid.
Do not clean the appliance with sharp, abrasive cloths or sponges as it may destroy the appliance.
PROTECTION
- The appliance is made of materials which can be recovered or recycled.
- The appliance should be handed over to the appropriate centre of collection and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
WARRANTY
- The appliance is intended for personal use at a household.
- It is not intended for professional purposes.
- In case of misuse, the warranty is rendered null and void.
