Frequently Asked Questions - T4 Mini Gamesir

Which platforms is the GameSir T4 Mini compatible with?
The T4 Mini works with Nintendo Switch, PC (Windows 7/8/10/11), Android, and iOS (MFi certified). For PC, you may need to connect via USB for full compatibility.
How do I connect the controller to my device?
For Bluetooth: turn on pairing mode by holding the Home button until the LED flashes. For USB wired: simply plug the controller into a USB-C port. Each platform may require a different pairing mode (e.g., X-input for PC, Switch mode for Nintendo Switch).
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
The built-in 600 mAh battery provides up to 15 hours of gameplay. Charge via the USB-C port using the included cable. A full charge takes about 2 hours.
Does the controller have motion controls?
Yes, the T4 Mini features a 6-axis gyroscope and accelerometer for motion controls. It supports gyro aiming in compatible games, especially on Switch and PC.
Can I remap the buttons or program macros?
Yes, you can customize button mapping and create macros using the GameSir App (available for Android and iOS). The two back buttons are programmable, and you can also set turbo functions.
Does the T4 Mini have hall effect joysticks?
Yes, it uses hall effect joysticks which are resistant to drift and provide higher precision and durability compared to traditional potentiometer-based sticks.
How do I use the hair trigger mode?
The analog triggers have a hair trigger mode that can be toggled using a physical switch on the back of the controller. This reduces trigger travel distance for faster response.
Is there vibration feedback?
Yes, the controller includes dual motor vibration for immersive feedback. The intensity can be adjusted in the GameSir App.
What should I do if the controller is not charging?
Check the USB-C cable and ensure the port is clean. Try a different USB power source. If the issue persists, the battery may need replacement; contact GameSir support.
The controller keeps disconnecting. What can I do?
Ensure the controller is within 10 meters of the device. Move away from potential interference from other wireless devices. Try re-pairing the controller or updating its firmware via the GameSir App.
