The following safety instructions are not only intended to protect your health and the health of others, but also to protect the product.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in physical injury or damage (electric shock, skin burns, fire).
- Use the appliance only for the purpose described in this user manual.
- The product is only intended for private use and should not be used in hospitals.
- Using it for long durations may cause skin burns.
- If you find the product uncomfortable or painful during use, stop using it immediately!
- Caution! Never fall asleep while using the heating pad.
- Do not use the heating pad on parts of the body which are inflamed, injured or swollen. If in doubt, please consult your doctor before using it.
- The electric and magnetic fields emitted by this heating pad may interfere with the functioning of your pacemaker under certain circumstances. Check with your doctor or the manufacturer of the pacemaker if you may use the heating pad.
- The electronic components in the heating pad switch can heat the switch slightly during use. Do not cover the switch.
- Do not pull, turn or bend the cables!
- Please do not insert needles or pointed objects into the heating pad.
- The appliance can be used by children older than 3 years and younger
than 8 years under supervision and with the control always set to minimum temperature value.
- Children shall not play with the appliance
- This heating pad should be frequently checked for damage. If you see any signs of wear or damage, or the cables are damaged, it has to be properly repaired by a suitably qualified technician before further use.

- Do not cover the heating pad with another pillow.
- When you store the heating pad, allow it to cool down completely before folding and storing it.

- Children younger than 3 years should not use this appliance because they are unable to respond to overheating.
- Before connecting the pad to a power supply, make sure the power is switched off and the mains voltage specified on the specification plate matches with that of the connected power supply.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- The pillow can only be operated with the controller (BE29) supplied.

3. Initial use
Take the appliance out of the packaging and first remove all the packaging material. Make sure that the power cable of the switch unit is connected to the plug on the heating pad. Then lay the heating pad out and plug the power cable into a properly installed socket.
4. Usage and function
- Place the pad in the desired position.
- Slide the switch from position 0 (off) to position 1 (Heat setting 1). After a few minutes you can clearly feel the pad heating up. The power indicator LED starts glowing.
- If you want to adjust a higher temperature, slide the switch to position 2 (Heat setting 2) or position 3 (Heat setting 3).

If the heating pad becomes too hot, select a lower heat setting.

To switch off the appliance after use, slide the switch to position 0 (off). The power indicator LED stops glowing which means that the appliance is switched off.
Note: The appliance switches off automatically after 90 minutes in each heat setting.
5. Cleaning and Care
Follow the safety instructions strictly while cleaning.
Before you start cleaning the heating pad, disconnect the mains plug and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
- The heating pad has a removable switch unit. Disconnect the switch unit from the heating pad by pulling the cable from the plug on the heating pad.
- You can then clean the heating pad using a dry soft brush.
- Caution! The heating pad should not be washed in the machine, spun or dried or ironed!
- Small stains can be removed with a damp sponge and some mild liquid detergent. Never use aggressive cleaning agents or stiff brushes. This could damage the appliance.
• After washing lay the heating pad on a flat surface and allow it to dry completely. Use the heating pad again only after it is completely dry. - Finally connect the switch unit cable to the heating pad.

Spread the pad out for storage without placing anything on top in a clean, dry place.
Avoid bending the pad a lot!
Objects should not be placed on the pad during storage.

6. Safety instructions and disclaimer
Please do not try to open the appliance to carry out repairs or modifications. Avoid contact with the mains voltage. Do not short-circuit the product. The appliance is not waterproof. Please use it only in dry surroundings. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Do not expose the appliance to high temperatures.
Do not expose the appliance to sudden changes in temperature or strong vibrations, as this could damage the electronic components. Check the appliance for damage before using it. The appliance should not be used if it has been subject to impact or has been damaged in any other manner. Please comply with the local regulations and restrictions. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those described in the user manual.
This product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally disabled persons. Any repairs or modifications to the appliance not carried out by the original supplier will void any warranty and guarantee claims. The appliance should be used only by persons who have read and understood this user manual. The specifications of the appliance may be changed without any special prior notification.

7. Disposal instructions
In line with the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic appliances should not be disposed of along with domestic waste. Their components must be sent for recycling or disposal separately, as improper disposal of toxic and dangerous components could permanently damage the environment.
