Safety General Compa'city instructions

Our products have been carefully designed and tested to ensure your baby's safety and comfort. Complies with safety requirements - Tested in an approved laboratory in accordance with order no. 91-1292 - December 1991 - EN1888:2012.

  1. This vehicle is intended for children from birth and up to 15 kg.
  2. Never carry more than 1 child per place in the pushchair at a time.
  3. Never lift the pushchair with the child inside it.
  4. Always use the most recline position when used for new born babies.
  5. If the manufacturer of your pushchair recommends using it in combination with a carrycot or a car seat, then, the maximum weight for the combination is that indicated on the additional product.

  7. Never use stairs or escalators with your child in the pushchair.
  8. The brake must always be on when putting the child in or taking him out. Always use the parking brake, even when standing still for only a few moments!

Warranty

We guarantee that this product has been manufactured in accordance with European safety standards and quality requirements in force at the present time and that, at the time of its purchase by the retailer, this product was exempt from any defect of composition and manufacture. During its production process, this product was also subjected to various quality controls. If, in spite of all our efforts, a material and/or manufacturing defect should occur during the warranty period of 24 months (used normally and in accordance with the instructions), we undertake to respect the warranty conditions. The warranty does not apply in the following cases :

  • When repairs have been carried out by a third party or a non-approved retailer.
  • When the defect was caused by incorrect or insufficient use or maintenance, neglect or impacts at the level of the textile and/or chassis.
