This appliance must be grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.

This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

Consult a qualifiedv electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not completely understood or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded.

If it is necessary to use an extension cord, use only a 3-wire

CLEANING

Be sure to unplug the appliance from the power supply.

1 Clean the cavity of the oven after using with a slightly damp cloth.
2 Clean the accessories in the usual way in soapy water.
3 The door frame and seal and neighbouring parts must be cleaned carefully with a damp cloth when they are dirty.
4 Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers to clean the oven door glass since they can scratch the surface, which may result in shattering of the glass.
5 Cleaning Tip: For easier cleaning of the cavity walls that the food cooked can touch: Place half a lemon in a bowl, add 300ml (1/2 pint) water and heat on 100% microwave power for 10 minutes. Wipe the oven clean using a soft, dry cloth.

There may be certain non-metallic utensils that are not safe to use for microwaving. If in doubt, you can test the utensil in question following the procedure below.

Utensil Test:

1 Fill a microwave-safe container with 1 cup of cold water (250ml) along with the utensil in question.
2 Cook on maximum power for 1 minute.
3 Carefully feel the utensil. If the empty utensil is warm, do not use it for microwave cooking.
4 Do not exceed 1 minute cooking time.

Materials you can use in microwave oven

Aluminum foil

Shielding only. Small smooth pieces can be used to cover thin parts of meat or poultry to prevent overcooking. Arcing can occur if foil is too close to oven walls. The foil should be at least 1 inch (2.5cm) away from oven walls.

Browning dish

Follow manufacturer's instructions. The bottom of browning dish must be at least 3/16 inch (5mm) above the turntable. Incorrect usage may cause the turntable to break.

Dinnerware

Microwave-safe only. Follow manufacturer's instructions. Do not use cracked or chipped dishes.

Glass jars

Always remove lid. Use only to heat food until just warm. Most glass jars are not heat resistant and may break.

Glassware

Heat-resistant oven glassware only. Make sure there is no metallic trim. Do not use cracked or chipped dishes.

Oven cooking bags

Follow manufacturer's instructions. Do not close with metal tie. Make slits to allow steam to escape.

Paper plates and cups

Use for short-term cooking/warming only. Do not leave oven unattended while cooking.

Paper towels

Use to cover food for reheating and absorbing fat. Use with supervision for a short-term cooking only.

Parchment paper

Use as a cover to prevent splattering or a wrap for steaming.

Plastic

Microwave-safe only. Follow the manufacturer's instructions. Should be labeled "Microwave Safe". Some plastic containers soften, as the food inside gets hot. "Boiling bags" and tightly closed plastic bags should be slit, pierced or vented as directed by package.

Plastic wrap

Microwave-safe only. Use to cover food during cooking to retain moisture. Do not allow plastic wrap to touch food.

Thermometers

Microwave-safe only (meat and candy thermometers).

Use as a cover to prevent splattering and retain moisture.

Turntable Installation

A Never place the glass tray upside down. The glass tray should never be restricted.
B Both glass tray and turntable ring assembly must always be used during cooking.
C All food and containers of food are always placed on the glass tray for cooking.
D If glass tray or turntable ring assembly cracks or breaks, contact your nearest authorized service center.

Countertop Installation

Remove all packing material and accessories.

Examine the oven for any damage such as dents or broken door. Do not install if oven is damaged.

Cabinet:

Remove any protective film found on the microwave oven cabinet surface.

Do not remove the light brown Mica cover that is attached to the oven cavity to protect the magnetron.

Installation

1 Select a level surface that provide enough open space for the intake and/or outlet vents.

The minimum installation height is 85cm.

The rear surface of appliance shall be placed against a wall.

Leave a minimum clearance of 30cm above the oven, a minimum clearance of 20cm is required between the oven and any adjacent walls.

3 Do not remove the legs from the bottom of the oven.
4 Blocking the intake and/or outlet openings can damage the oven.
5 Place the oven as far away from radios and TV as possible. Operation of microwave oven may cause interference to your radio or TV reception.

Plug your oven into a standard household outlet.

Be sure the voltage and the frequency is the same as the voltage and the frequency on the rating label.

WARNING: Do not install oven over a range cooktop or other heat-producing appliance. If installed near or over a heat source, the oven could be damaged and the warranty would be void.

The accessible surface may be hot during operation.

Initial cleaning and heating

• Remove all accessories and wash out of the microwave.
• Electric heating empty containers. New appliances typically smell when first used. Before using the electrical appliance to cook food faster to heat it helps to banish odors.
• Before heating, it is best to wipe the microwave oven interior with a damp cloth. In this way, storage and untwisting appliances accumulated in the packaging process in furnace dust or residual packing material can be removed.
• In waiting state, turn function knob to select the convection mode. Recommended temperature will be highlighted, along with microwave started directly.
• Raise the temperature to maximum temperature. This can be achieved by using beside proximity keys or the numeric keypad to achieve.
• Touch "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" symbol next to the sensor keys. Heat the empty oven for at least an hour.

When you do this, make sure that the room well ventilated. Close the door to the other room to avoid odor pervaded the House.

- Let the appliance cool down to room temperature. Then solution of neutral detergent mixed with hot water to clean inside the microwave oven, then wipe dry with a clean soft cloth.

Keep the door open until completely dry in the oven.

This microwave oven uses modern electronic control to adjust cooking parameters to meet your needs better for cooking.

Clock Setting

When the microwave oven is electrified, the oven will display "0:00". If there is no

Grill Cooking

Convection Cooking

(With preheating funtion)

The convection cooking can let you to cook the food as a traditional oven. Microwave is not used. It is recommended that you should preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature before placing the food in the oven.

1 In waiting state or Timer state, press the "Convection" button, "140" display.
2 Keep pressing "Convection" or Turn the function knob to select the convection function.

Note: the temperature can be chosen from 140 degrees to 230 degrees.

3 Press the "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to confirm the temperature.
4 Press the "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to start preheating. When the preheating temperature arrives, put the food into the oven. And the is displayed and flash.
5 Put the food into the oven and close the door. Press the selector to adjust the cooking time. (The maximum setting time is 95 minutes.)
6 Press the "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" key to start cooking.

Note: the temperature can be chosen from 140 degrees to 230 degrees.

Note: Cooking time cannot be input until the preheating temperature arrives. If the temperature arrives, door must be opened to input the cooking time.

Convection Cooking

(Without pre-heating function)

1 In waiting state or Timer state, press the "Convection" button, "140" display.
2 Keep pressing "Convection" or Turn the function knob to select the convection function.

Note: the temperature can be chosen from 140 degrees to 230 degrees.

3 Press the "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to confirm the temperature.

Multi-Stage Cooking

3 stages can be maximumly set. If one stages is defrosting, it should be put in the first stage. The buzzer will ring once after each stage and the next stage will begin.

Note: Auto menu, Timer and Speedy Cook cannot be set as one of the multi-stage.

Example: if you want to defrost the food for 5 minutes, then to cook with 80% microwave power for 7 minutes, then grill for 5 minutes. The steps are as following:

1 Press "Defrost" twice, the screen will display "00:00";
2 Turn the function knob to adjust the defrost time of 5 minutes;
3 Press "Microwave" once;
4 Press Microwave" for times till "P80" display;
5 Turn the function knob to adjust the cooking time of 7 minutes;
6 Press "Grill/Combi" once;
7 Turn the function knob to adjust the cooking time of 5 minutes;
8 Press the "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" key to start cooking.

Auto Menu

1 In waiting state or Timer state, Turn the function knob to choose the function wanted, and "AC01", "AC02", "AC03" .... "AC10" will be displayed.
2 Press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to confirm the menu you need.
3 Turn the function knob to choose the weight of menu, and "g" indicator will light.

4 Press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to start cooking.

Note: When you choose AC08 cake, please do not put the cake into the oven at the beginning.

The oven needs to be preheated to 180 degree first. After sevarel minutes, the buzzer sounds once to remind you to put the cake into the oven. After putting the cake in the oven, please press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" again. The timer will count down, and the cake will be cooked perfectly.

Defrost by W.T.

1 In waiting state or Timer state, press "DEFROST" pad once, the oven will display "0000".
2 Turn the function knob to select the weight of food. At the same time, "g" will lights, the weight should be 100-2000g.
3 Press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" key to start defrosting.

Defrost by Time

1 In waiting state or Timer state, press "DEFROST" pad twice the oven will display "0000".
2 Turn the function knob to select the cooking time. The maximum setting time is 95 minutes.
3 Press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" key to start defrosting. The default power is PL4.

Note: if the food weight is no more than 200 grams, please place the food at the edge of the glass turntable but not the center to be defrosted.

Speedy Cooking

1 In waiting state, press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" key to cook with PL10 power. Each press on the same key can increase 30 seconds. The maximum cooking time is 95 minutes.
2 During all cooking states, press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" key to increase 30 seconds cooking time. Each press on the same key can increase 30 seconds. The maximum cooking time is 95 minutes

Note: this function cannot work under Timer.

Speedy Microwave Cooking

1 In waiting state or Timer state, Turn the function knob to choose cooking time directly then press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to cook with PL10 microwave power.

This program can be set as one of multi-stage.

Inquiring Function

1 In cooking state, press, "Microwave", "Grill/Combi" or "Convection", the current power will be displayed for 2 seconds.
2 If the timer time is set, press "Timer" to check the timer during cooking state. It will be displayed for 2 seconds.

Lock-out Function for Children

Lock: In waiting state, press "II" there will be a long "beep", 3 seconds later 2 short "beeps" denoting entering into the children-lock state and lock indicator will light. The screen will display current time or 0:00.

Lock quitting: In locked state, press "II" there will be a long "beep", 3 seconds later 2 short "beeps" denoting that the lock is released, and lock indicator will disappear.

Specification

1 The buzzer will sound once when turning the knob at the beginning;
2 "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" must be pressed to continue cooking if the door is opened during cooking;
3 Once the cooking programme has been set, "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" is not pressed in 5 minutes. The current time will be displayed. The setting will be cancelled.

Microwave oven interfering the TV reception

Radio and TV reception may be interfered when microwave oven operating. It is similar to the interference of small electrical appliances, like mixer, vacuum clearer and electrical fan. It is normal.

Dim oven light

In low power microwave cooking oven light may become dim. It is normal.

Steam accumulating on door. Hot air out of vents.

In cooking, steam may come out of food. Most will get out from vents, but some may accumulate on cool places like the ovens door. It is normal.

Oven started accidentally with no food inside.

It is forbidden to run the unit without any food inside. It is very dangerous.
