Before initial use

  1. Remove all wrapping from the waffle maker and completely uncoil the power lead.
  2. Open the waffle maker and wipe the griddle plates with a damp cloth. Then wipe them with a dry cloth.
  3. When the waffle maker is used for the first time it may emit a strange odour. This is completely normal and will disappear after the waffle maker has been used a few times.

Operating instructions

  1. Plug the waffle maker into a wall socket; the red indicator light will come on.
