Caring For Your COLBOR Product
- Keep corrosive chemicals, liquids, and heat sources away from the product to prevent mechanical damage.
- Please do not place the product into the water.
- Do not leave the product unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not touch the hot COB surface.
- Please do not block the ventilation and do not look at the light directly when it is on.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the product. Doing so voids warranty.
- Please have the product checked or repaired by authorized technicians if any malfunctions happen.
- Disconnect from the power supply when it is not in use.
- Do not cover, inverted COB and radiator for high temperature, do not cover, inverted, do not touch the lamp holder and radiator vent with your hands when the product in use.
- Malfunction may be caused by dropping, impact of external force.
- Failure to follow all the instructions may result in mechanical damage.
- Please use light accessories(Softbox, Diffusers etc.) that size is over 65cm to prevent overheating during full-power operation and leading to overheat protection.
- Our company reserves the right of final interpretation of the product.

Light Installation
1. Removal of COB Cover
Press the Bowens Mount safety lock and hold COB protective cover. Rotate it as the direction of the arrow.
Note: Be sure to remove COB protective cover and COB protective film before use.

2. Installation and Removal of Reflector
Installation of reflector: Align the reflector with the groove around the lamp head and clip it in, turn the reflector as the direction of the arrow, and the reflector installation will be completed after the top rod rebounds. Removal of reflector: Follow the instructions of “COB Protection Cover Removal”.

3. Lamp Body Installation and Fixation
Adjust the lamp body to a suitable angle then rotate the handle to install it on the stand.
Use the angle adjustment handle to secure it.

4. Control Box Installation and Fixation
Lock the control box clamp to the stand, align the locking mount of the control box with the clamp's and lock it securely to fix it in place.

5. Connecting Lamp Body and Control Box
Use the control cable to connect the lamp body and the control box.

6. Power Connection
(1) Via AC Powering (Supports 100V–240V)
Connect the lamp body to the control box with the control cable, align the plug with the control box's power input, then rotate and secure the cable. Power it on Once the cables are in place.
(2) Power Cable Storage
Plug the power cable after the light is turned off. Press the safety lock and rotate the cable for plugging. Please do not forcefully pull out the power cable without unlocking it.

Mount the batteries on both sides of the control box, then connect them to the light. Please secure the cables before powering the CL600R on.
The MAX. load current for the battery panel is 15A, and please note:
1) For 14.4V, 16.8V batteries:
The maximum power of the light is 20% when powered by one battery.
The maximum power of the light is 40% when powered by two batteries.
2) For 26V, 28.8V batteries:
The maximum power of the light is 40% when powered by one battery.
The maximum power of the light is 80% when powered by two batteries.
3) Powering by two batteries of different SPEC. is available, and the maximum power of the light is 40%.

The CL600R can charge two V-mount batteries (14.8V, 16.8V, 26V, 28.8V) simultaneously, even if they are of different SPEC.
Please note:
1) When the control box is connected to an AC 100V–240V power source, batteries can be charged without turning on the control box. If turning the CL600R on, the brightness must be below 50% to enable charging mode.
2) For 14.8V, 16.8V, and 26V batteries: Supports simultaneous charging of two batteries, with a maximum charging current of 1.5A per battery.

For 28.8V batteries: The CL600R does not support the activation of 28.8V batteries, and the maximum charging capacity is approximately 80%.
7. 48V DC Powering
Use the three-core DC 48V power input interface to connect outdoor power sources or devices with 48V DC output for power supply.

1. Power On/Off
(1). Remove the COB protective cover before powering on.
(2). Power On: After the power connection, short press the power button on the control box. The display screen will show the brand and product name (Default Mode: CCT).
(3). Power Off: Short press the power button on the control box to turn it off.

3. Button/ Dial Operation Logic
(1). Available to operate both via touchscreen and buttons simultaneously. Touchscreen is enabled by default and can be disabled via settings.
(2). The three buttons below the screen correspond to the top options on each page. Short press to confirm the option, and long press to open the overall menu for each option.
(3). Rotate the dial to switch between each option (the selected option is highlighted in white). Short press the dial to activate the option (activated option is highlighted in yellow).

4. CCT Mode (Default Mode: CCT Mode)
Activate CCT/Brightness/“M/G Balance” Bar then slide it or rotate the dial for value adjustment.
DIM-Brightness: 0%-100%
CCT-Color Temperature: 2700K-6500K
M/G Balance: M+0.10-G+0.10
Mode: Short press to switch between each page (CCT-HSI-RGB-GEL-EFF-settings), long press to enter the overall menu.
DIM Presets: Short press to set the brightness -0%、25%、50%、75%、100%
CCT Presets: Short press to set the CCT -2700K、3200K、4300K、5600K、6500K
GM Reset: Short press to set the value to 0.



5. HSI Mode
Activate INT/HUE/SAT Bar then slide it or rotate the dial for value adjustment.
INT-Brightness: 0%-100%
HUE: 0^ - 359^
SAT: 0%-100%
Mode: Short press to switch between each page (HSI-RGB-GEL-EFF-Settings-CCT), long press to enter the overall menu.
INT Preset: Short press to set the brightness-0%、25%、50%、75%、100%
Saved: Short press to enter the color database for saving the current color, set to or delete the saved color.

6. RGB Mode
Activate the White/R/G/B Bar then slide it or rotate the dial for value adjustment.
White: 0%-100%
R: 0-255
G: 0-255
B: 0-255
Mode: Short press to switch between each page (RGB-GEL-EFF-Settings-CCT-HSI), long press to enter the overall menu.
DIM Preset: Short press to set the brightness-0%、25%、50%、75%、100%
Saved: Short press to enter the color database for saving the current color, set to or delete the saved color.

7. GEL Mode
INT Control: Activate the INT bar, slide it or rotate the dial for adjustment(0%–100%).
Enter the Filter/Correction Menu: Long press the LEE/ROSCO to enter the LEE/ROSCO filter menu. Or short press the LEE/ROSCO then click “◀” to enter.
Change the Filter/Correction Group: Slide the Group Bar up/down, or short press “▲ / ▼”.
Filter/Correction Selection:
- Short press LEE/ROSCO then slide the Filter/Correction up/down
2.Enter the Filter/Correction menu, select the Filter/Correction then click confirm(*The light color will change only after clicking Confirm.)
Mode: Short press to switch between each page (GEL-EFF-Settings-CCT-HSI-RGB), long press to enter the overall menu.

8. EFF Mode
Activate the Brightness Bar, or select the EFF/EFF Settings option, then slide it or rotate the dial for value adjustment.
DIM-Brightness: 0%-100%
EFF Sel: Short press to select the EFF, long press to open the effect menu for quick selection.
12 effects in total – Fire /Fireworks /CCT Chase/ Pulsing /Alert /Television /Party /Explosion/ Faulty Bulb /Welding /Strobe /Lightning. The options of the effect menu will vary depending on each effect.
*When switching to welding, strobe light, and lightning effects, the effects will not play automatically and must be activated manually.


Frequency: Short press to switch between frequency levels (Lv.1–Lv.5), long press to pause the effect.
Mode: Short press to switch between each page (EFF-Settings-CCT-HSI-RGB-GEL), long press to enter the overall menu.

Long press the button or switch to the EFF icon then press the dial to pause the EFF.
Warning:
The EFF with strong strobe effects (Welding, Strobe, Lightning) may cause discomfort and trigger symptoms like muscle spasms and epilepsy in some individuals.
If you feel unwell, immediately stop using the light effects and seek medical attention.

9. Settings
① Click or short press the lighting mode button to enter the settings menu.
② Slide left or right on the screen or rotate the dial clockwise or counterclockwise to select the setting options.
③ Click or press the dial to enter the corresponding option settings menu.

(1) Wireless Control
① APP/Remote Control
Once successfully paired, the connection remains even when switching to other control modes. but simultaneous use with other control methods is not possible. When switching to the respective control mode, operations must be performed using the corresponding method.
All operations prioritize signals from the APP or 2.4GHz as the highest priority.

② Group Control
Signal Logic:
TX – Available for controlling other lights and it can not be controlled by others.
RX – Being controlled by TX and can not control others.
TXRX – Available for both controlling and being controlled.
Group No. Settings - NULL (A-O) (Default is NULL)
Options: TX/RX/TXRX

③ DMX Control
Control is handed over to the console. The control box is only available for exiting DMX mode operation. Press and hold the dial thenturn clockwise to exit.
DMX Address Setting: 1\~512
DMX Signal Setting:
Hold: After disconnection, brightness becomes 50% and color temperature becomes 5600K.
Instant Off: After disconnection, the light immediately turns off.
Gradual Off: After disconnection, the light remains on for 1 minute before gradually dimming.


(2) Studio Mode
Clicking the screen or pressing the dial to activate Studio Mode.
Studio Mode On: The control box is on once the power is connected, without pressing the power button.
Studio Mode Off: It requires the manual pressing of the power button to power the control box on.

(3) Screen Settings
① Touchscreen Settings
Click the screen or press the dial to enable the touch function.
② Screen Brightness
Screen Brightness: 0 to 100%.
Automatic Screen Brightness: The screen will automatically adjust brightness based on ambient light.
Manual Screen Brightness: Available to custom brightness by dragging the brightness slider or rotating the dial.
③ Sleep Settings
The screen will automatically turn off when no operation after a set period. Options:30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, and never.

To manually turn off the screen, slider from the top to the bottom of the screen or press the dial and rotate it clockwise.
Short press any button (except the power button) or touch the screen will exit sleep mode.

(4) Professional Mode
Click the screen or press the dial to activate/disable the Professional Mode.
Once activated, the settings will include the following 4 options:

① Fan
Smart / Quiet / Performance
Smart: Will automatically adjust the fan speed based on the current internal temperature.
Quiet: May limit the brightness to reduce the noise.
Performance: The fan operates at maximum speed, prioritizing optimal cooling.
② Initial Brightness
Available to set the initial brightness, with options including Default, Preset Brightness, and Custom Brightness.
Default: The brightness of the last shutdown.
Preset Brightness: 0、25%、50%、75%、100%
Custom Brightness: Drag the brightness slider or rotate the dial to adjust brightness from 0 to 100%.
③ Frequency Selection
Adjust the frequency to match the shooting requirements of different frame rates.
Range: 200Hz\~1800Hz
④ Dimming Settings
Adjust Dimming Curve Settings
Linear - Uniformly increases brightness from 0% to 100%.
Exponential – More noticeable change in brightness in the later part of the 0% to 100% range.
Logarithmic – More noticeable change in brightness in the earlier part of the 0% to 100% range.
S-curve – More noticeable change in brightness in the middle part of the 0% to 100% range.
Adjust Response Settings (Default: Soft):
Fast – Brightness changes instantly.
Soft - Brightness changes gradually in a smooth transition.
Adjust Range Settings
Thousandth Level - Adjusts with a precision of 0.1% .
Percentage Level - Adjusts with a precision of 1%.
(5) Battery Management
If the battery is over discharge, please open “Settings – Battery Management.” and choose the corresponding battery voltage specification then click “Activate” to wake up the battery.

APP Connection
Scan or search in the app store to download the COLBOR STUDIO for further functions.

1. Connecting the COLBOR STUDIO APP
(1) Search and Connect
① Activate the "Remote Control-APP" settings on CL600R.

② Open the COLBOR STUDIO APP, click "Add Fixture".

③ Choose “Add Fixture” (add the light directly to the scene) or “Add Group” (group lights into a group and add to the scene).

④ Add the light and return to the menu.


(2) NFC Connection
Tag your phone's NFC sensing area close to the light's NFC logo. A prompt will automatically appear on your phone to open the APP. Click the prompt to open the APP.

* Devices before IOS13 (iPhone XS/iPhone XR) are not available for this function.
* If the light has never connected to a device via NFC, please enable the Bluetooth connection option and activate the light's NFC function first:
① Connect the light via the APP connection method (refer to the APP connection operation).
② Click on the “Edit Icon” of the light, then click “Activate NFC.” Tag your phone’s NFC area close to the light’s NFC logo to activate NFC. When reconnecting the light, tag your phone’s NFC sensing area close to the light’s NFC logo area to complete the pairing.

Connecting and Operating the Remote
① Activate the “Remote Control-2.4GHz” on CL600R.

② Setting the remote.
(EX. COLBOR CTRL1 wireless remote control)
Short press the dial then long press and hold for 3–4 seconds to start

pairing until the screen displays the icon “ 2.4GHz ”

WARRANTY
Warranty Period
Thank you for purchasing COLBOR products.
- Customers are entitled to free replacement or repair service in case of quality defect(s) found in the product under normal use within 30 days upon receipt of the product.
- Original COLBOR products are entitled to 12-month limited warranty service.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end-user.
Within the warranty period, if product defect or failure is attributable to material defection or technological problem, the defective product or defective part will be repaired or replaced without charge (service and materials fee).
Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
- Faults resulted from inappropriate use of a product without following its operation specification
- Artificial damage, e.g. crash, squeeze, scratch, soaking, exposing to rain or damp
- Modifications to a product by its user or a third party without prior written consent of COLBOR, e.g. replacement of element or circuit, label alteration
- The code on product is inconsistent with that of warranty certificate, or the code on the product or warranty certificate is altered or torn off
- All consumable accessory attached to a product, like cable, cover
- Faults as a result of force majeure, such as fire, flood, lightning, etc.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- If failure or any problem occurs to your product after purchase, please contact a local agent for assistance, or you can always contact COLBOR's customer service through email.
- Please retain your sales receipt and warranty certificate as proof of purchase. If any of these documents is missing, only sales return or chargeable service will be provided.
- If the COLBOR product is out of the warranty coverage, the service and the parts cost will be charged.
