How do I pair my phone with the FMT-26BT?

Plug the transmitter into the car cigarette lighter. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select FMT-26BT to pair. No pin is required. After pairing, adjust the FM frequency to match the transmitter for audio playback.

How do I set the FM frequency?

Long press the frequency button (the button that activates frequency change) for 3 seconds until the display flashes. Then rotate the encoder knob to select a frequency between 87.5 and 108.0 MHz. Choose an empty frequency in your area for best sound quality.

How can I adjust the volume?

You can adjust volume by long pressing the button labeled with the volume icon (or using the product's volume control). For best performance, set the volume on both the phone and the car stereo to moderate levels. The manual suggests a volume level of 26 on the transmitter for optimal sound.

Can I charge my phone using this transmitter?

Yes, the FMT-26BT has both a USB-A and a Type-C charging port. Each can output up to 5V/3.1A. When both are used simultaneously, the total output is limited to 5V/3A.

How do I play music from a USB drive?

Insert a USB drive containing MP3 or WAV files into the USB port. The transmitter will automatically detect and play the music. Use the buttons to skip tracks or adjust volume.

Why is the audio distorted or noisy?

Distortion may occur if the FM frequency is occupied by a strong radio station, or if the Bluetooth volume is set too high. Try changing to an empty FM frequency and reduce the phone's volume to around 70%. Also, ensure the car's FM radio is tuned to the same frequency.

How do I answer or reject a call?

When a call comes in, press the Bluetooth phone button once to answer. To reject the call, long press the same button. The caller's number will be announced via voice prompt. After the call ends, music resumes automatically.

Can I change the ambient light color?

Yes, by default the lights cycle through seven colors. Short press the light button to switch to a single color: green, blue, red, purple, white, orange, cyan. Press repeatedly to cycle through colors. To turn off the lights, press the button 8 times.

Does the transmitter remember my settings?

Yes, the FMT-26BT has power-off memory. It will automatically reconnect to the last paired Bluetooth device, restore the previous FM frequency, and resume playing the last track from the USB drive when powered on again.

How should I dispose of this product?

Thank you for purchasing this product, please read the operating instructions carefully before use to ensure that you are using it correctly.

This product is a car FM transmitter with MP3 function, it uses a dedicated 5.3 high-performance Bluetooth module, and built-in high-quality MP3/WAV decoder chip. It can transfer the music inside the U disk to the car audio without wire, as long as your phone supports Bluetooth. After the connection is successful, you can send the music to your car audio through the car FM. You can enjoy the music without modifying your car. If there is an incoming call, the caller number will be automatically broadcast. After answering, you can switch your call to hands-free status and continue playing music after the call ends (to make your driving safer and enjoy music).

Operating Instructions

1. Bluetooth mode:

(1) Put this product into the car cigarette lighter, open the phone Bluetooth, search for the Bluetooth name: FMT-26BT, click the connection pairing successfully, and then match the FM frequency. You can listen to music or make a call.
(2) When there is an incoming call, there is a voice prompt naming the caller's telephone number.
(3) When call is coming, press the Bluetooth phone button to answer the call automatically.
(4) If you want to reject the call, long press the Bluetooth phone button.
(5) When you turn on the mobile phone GPS navigation, you can use the car's audio broadcast GPS navigation to make your driving more secure.
(6) The volume syncs when the phone is connected to a car transmitter, and the iPhone needs to turn up the volume when connected to Bluetooth.

1. U disk mode:

(1) Insert the U disk, the car audio automatically plays the music in the U disk.

3. When using FM, do not set the Bluetooth volume to the maximum to avoid distortion.
4. Different phones operate Bluetooth differently, and some phones may not work when powered up after a power failure. If that happened, you need to manually click to play.
