How do I pair the sensor with the weather station?

Long-press the CHANNEL button on the back of the weather station until the icon flashes. Insert batteries (2×1.5 V AAA) into the sensor and set the desired channel (1, 2, or 3) using the sliding switch in the battery compartment. Data will load within 3 minutes. If not detected, press the TX button.

What type of batteries should I use?

Only use 1.5 V alkaline AAA batteries. Do not use rechargeable 1.2 V batteries as lower voltage may cause malfunction.

What is the maximum range of the sensor?

The radio signal range is up to 60 meters in an open area. Range may decrease significantly with obstacles such as walls or metal objects.

Is the sensor waterproof?

The sensor is resistant to dripping water but should not be exposed to sustained rain. Avoid placing it in direct rain.

How do I change the temperature unit from °C to °F?

Press the button (icon 1) on the sensor to toggle between °C and °F.

Can I use multiple sensors with one weather station?

Yes, you can pair up to 3 sensors by setting each to a different channel (1, 2, or 3) using the sliding switch.

Why is the sensor not transmitting?

Check that batteries are correctly inserted and have sufficient charge. Ensure the channel matches the station. Press the TX button to force a transmission.

How do I mount the sensor?

Use the hole on the back for wall hanging, or place the sensor on a flat surface using the stand.

What should I avoid to ensure proper operation?

Avoid placing the sensor on metal objects, in direct sunlight, extreme cold/humidity, or areas with many obstacles. Do not expose to sustained rain.

Attention

Only use 1.5 V alkaline batteries of the same type; do not use rechargeable 1.2 V batteries.

Lower voltage may cause the sensor and station to not function.

We recommend placing the sensor on the north side of the house.

The range of the sensor may decrease substantially in areas with large number of obstacles. The sensor is resistant to dripping water; however, it should not be exposed to sustained rain. Do not place the sensor on metal objects as these would reduce transmission range.

The sensor can be placed vertically or hung on a wall.

Pairing the Sensor with the Weather Station

1. Long-press the CHANNEL button on the back of the weather station; the icon will start flashing.

2. Remove the cover from the battery compartment and insert batteries (2 x 1.5 V AAA).

3. Set the sensor channel number (1, 2, 3) of choice by sliding the switch (icon no. 4) located in the battery compartment of the sensor. The channel number will be shown on the sensor's display on the right. Data from the sensor will be loaded into the station within 3 minutes. Repeat the whole process or press the TX button if sensor signal is not detected.

- Do not tamper with the internal electric circuits of the product – doing so may damage the product and will automatically void the warranty.

- To clean the product, use a slightly moistened soft cloth. Do not use solvents or cleaning agents - they could scratch the plastic parts and cause corrosion of the electric circuits.

- Do not submerse the product in water or other liquids or expose it to dripping or splashing water.

- If the product becomes damaged or defective, do not perform any repairs yourself; bring it for repair to the store where you bought it

- This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental disability or whose lack of experience or knowledge prevents them from using it safely. Such persons should be instructed in how to use the device and should be supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
