How do I start the SVP02 vibratory plate?

Plug in the power cord, switch on the power switch, then press the START/STOP button on the console or the remote control. The device will start in the last selected mode. To stop, press the same button again.

What do the error codes on the display mean?

What is the maximum user weight for this vibratory plate?

Can I use the vibratory plate on carpet?

It is recommended to use the plate on a flat, hard floor. Using on carpet may cause instability and affect performance. For safety, place it on a solid surface.

How should I clean the device?

Before cleaning, turn off the power and unplug. Use a dry cloth for the controller. For the rubber pedal and covers, use a cloth with mild detergent, then wipe dry. Avoid corrosive cleaners like benzene or thinner, and do not splash water inside.

What are the different exercise modes?

The plate has four modes: Manual (HA.00) lets you set time and adjust speed freely; Automatic P1 (P1.01), P2 (P2.03), and P3 (P2.05) run preset rhythms. In automatic modes, time and speed cannot be adjusted.

How do I use the remote control?

The remote uses infrared signals with an effective range of 2.5 meters. Point the remote's emitter toward the product's infrared receiving window. The remote buttons mirror the console functions: start/stop, speed +/-, time +/-, and mode selection.

Is it safe to use if I am pregnant?

No. The manual strongly advises against use by pregnant women or women in menstrual period. Consult your doctor before use if you have any medical conditions.

How do I move the vibratory plate?

The plate has two handles on the middle cover and a castor on one end. To move it, lift the end opposite the castor, grasp a handle, and roll it to the desired location.

The ensure proper operation of the Product, please read this USER MANUAL carefully before using, and pay special attention to the safety precautions.

Environment for use..

Do not use the Product in humid or dusty environment to avoid electric shock or breakdown of the mechanical parts.

Do not use the Product when indor temperature is over 40 °C.

Do not use the Product in the open air or under the direct sunlight.

Please use the Product on flat floor.

Please wait for one hour before using the Product when it moved from low to hight temperature, so as to prevent water vapor from condensing on the machine and resulting in any failure.

Notice during Operation

Before use, please undress watch, bangle, call phone or other valuable objects and keys, knife ora other incisive objects, soas to avoid damage or body injury.

Do not smoke while using the Product.

Please do not use the Product together with other medical equipments.

Do not use the Product right after a meal or drink.

During use please keep child or a pet away from the Product. It is forbidden to put fingers or other foreign bodies into the gap between the middle cover and base cover.

Supervision is needed for child under 10 years and the aged over 60 years during using thr Product.

The load capability of thr Product is 150 kgs; people over this weight are not suggested to ude the Product.

This product is only limited for one-person use.

WARNING

Unauthorized dismantle, disassembly or renovation is not allowed to prevent electrical shock or rany malfunctions. Please contract manufacture or local dealer immediately if there is any service work needed.

Stop using the Product under the Product under below conditions then power off and remove the plug from power supply.

Water or other liquid is accidentally splashed onto the Product or controlle.

Any accessories is found damaged or internal component is exposed.

Plug and power cord

Check id the voltage complies with the one specified for the Product. Do not retract the power plug with wet hand to prevent electric shock. Hold the plug rather than the power cord to pull out the power cord. Turn off the power switch and remove the plug from the power supply in case of electrical failure of not in use for a long time. Stop usinf the Product if the power card ha sany damage, turn off the ower switch, pull out the plug and contact technicians for repair.

Function of the Product

Start: When machine stop, this button will start the engine as the preset model

Program: When machine stop, this button can preset four modes as below:

Manual: Led shows HA.00, this mode can set time between 0 and 20 minutes. When you press start button, you can adjust the speed as your needs. But time can not work.

Automatic P1: Led shows P1.01, this mode will run at a certain rhythm.

Time and speed. Cannot work.

Automatic P2: Led shows P2.03, this mode will run at a certain rhythm. Time and Speed Cannot work.

Automatic P3: Led shows P2.05, this mode will run at a certain rhythm. Time ans speed cannot work.

Power: You can make the machine standby after you turn on and press this button. Then led will show "____". While you press again it will resume to norm.

Also when you switch on and not use it for 3 minutes, it will go into standby.

Time/Speed+: When machine stop in manual mode, time can be increased between 1-20 minutes (Default time: 10 minutes).

While machine works in manual mode, speed can be raised by this button.

Time/Speed-: When machine stop in manual mode, time can be reduced between 1-20 minutes (Default time: 10 minutes).

While machine works in manual mode, speed can be down by this button.

Start: See 1

START/STOP: Insert the power plug, switch on power, then press the button to staet the Product. In the operation of the machine, press this button to stop working.

TIME: Time decrease: the default working time is 10 minutes divided into 10 levels, press this button to decrease time.

Speed +: Speed increase: manual 1-20. Press this button to increase the speed when the machine is operating.

Time +: Time increase: the default working time is 10 minutes divided into 10 levels, press thid button to increase time.

Speed -: Speed decrease: manual 1-20. Press this button to decrease the speed when the machine is operating.

Note: the effective reception range of the remote control signal is 2,5 meters, the infrared emission indicator of the controller should be aligned the infrared receiving window on the product.

Time+/-: When machine stop in manual mode, time can be adjusted between 1-20 minutes(Default time: 10 minutes).

Use method

WHOLE- BODY- EXERCISE POSTURE: Stand on the plate and stretch your feet like as wide as your shoulders. This will help improve overall circulation and muscle tone.	SQUAT POSTURE: Stretch your legs as wide as your shoulders when squatting and bend your knees down to 90 degrees if you can and hold the position. This is great for a thigh workout.	PRESS-UP POSTURE: Stretch your arms as wide as your shoulders. If you wish to exercise the muscles more, bend your elbows to 90 degrees and hold this position.	LOWER LEGS POSTURE: Put your lower legs as shows on the plate with your hands supporting behind you on the ground. For a deeper exercise, raise your seat off the floor and press down on your calves.
WAIST BEND POSTURE: Stretch your legs, bend at the waist and put your hands on the plate. Bend your elbows for a deeper exercise.	SINGLE-FOOT POSTURE: Put one foot on the pedal and relax yourself. For a deeper exercise, lunge forward, placing more body weight on the plate.	SITTING POSTURE I: Sit with your buttocks on the oscillating plate. Sit comfortably, keeping your back straight.	SITTING POSTURE II: Put your legs on the plate when sitting on a chair. This is a great way to ease tension and can help to improve circulation in the legs.

Function and features

Moving method

Two handles designed on both ends of the middle cover. When moving the Product, lift the end opposite of the castor, graps the handle and move the Product to the desired place.

Storage and maintenance Surface cleaning

Before cleaning, ensure the power switch is turned off, and the attaching plug is pulled out of socket.

The rubber pedal and covers can be cleaned with cloth containing detergent, ant the detergent should be removed with a cloth.

NOTICE: Do not clean the Product with corrosive detergent such as benzene or thinner, as it may cause fading, corrosion or crack on the Product. Do not splash water into the product to avoid short circuit.

CONTROLLER: As wet cloth may cause malfunction of the controller, only dry cloth can be used.
