IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

This product has been designed for home use only and built for optimum safety. Please note the following safety precautions:

  1. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any physical or health conditions that could create a risk to your health and safety, or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your doctor's advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level. This is especially important for persons over the age of 35, pregnant women, or those with pre-existing health problems or balance impairments.

2 Before using this equipment to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.

  1. Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, feeling light headed, dizzy or nauseous. If you do experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with exercise program. Injuries to health may result from incorrect or excessive training.

  2. During exercises and after keep children and pets away from the equipment.

  3. Use the equipment on a stable and levelled surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. Move all sharp objects.

  4. Free area shall be not less than 0,5 m greater than the training area in the directions from which the equipment is accessed. Free area must also include the area for emergency dismount. Where equipment is positioned adjacent to each other the value of the free area may be shared.

  5. Before each use, visually inspect the unit including hardware and resistance bends.

  6. Before using the equipment, check if the nuts, bolts and other bends are securely tightened.

  7. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components whilst assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise coming from the equipment while using, stop. Do not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.

  8. Do not insert any object into any openings.

  9. Be aware of all regulation and constructions parts which may disturb during exercises.

12 The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and tear.

  1. Wear suitable clothing whilst using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing which may get caught in the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement.

  2. The equipment has been tested and certified according to EN ISO 20957-1 under class H. It is not suitable for therapeutic use.

  3. Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back. Always use proper lifting techniques and/or use assistance.

  4. The equipment is designed for adult use only. Keep unsupervised children away from the equipment.

  5. Assemble this unit as described in this manual. Use only parts from the set. Check all parts with the part list.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

Step 1 :

First set the decorative cover(10) into the upright assembly (9), then insert the upright assembly into the glass base assembly (12), finally lock the upright by using the screw M8*15 (6) and arc washer φ8 (7), covered the decorative cover.

Step 2 :

First put the power line(2) from top to massage head fixed (3) and pull out the power line plug; then put the massage heads parts from top into holes on the fixed plate of massage head fixed, use M6 screw(5) and 6# flat washers to lock the massage head assembly(1) by using Z-shaped wrench.

Step 3 :

First put the power line(2) from top to the uprights assembly(9) and the glass base assembly(12), pull out the power line plug from the glass base; then insert the assembled massage head assembly into upright(9), turn the elastic pin(21) to the upright assembly(9), only to spin into 3-5 teeth, then a hand pull out elastic pin(21), the other hand adjust the left and right and up and down position of massage head assembly(1) to make one of adjustment holes aim bolt hole, release the elastic(21) and spin tight.

Step 4 :

Hang the massage belt(8) in the balanced wheel of massage head assembly. Be noticed that the massage belt must hang in the balanced wheel before using it.

MASSAGE FUNCTION INSTRUCTION

1. Display:

(1) Program Display: „P-01“ — „P-05“
(2) Compound Display
Displays (Calories、Temps、Vitesse) on the left side of the screen, and switch the display every 3 seconds.
(3) Dot Matrix Display
If stop, the screen will display "OFF". When turn on or choose "P1—P5."
The screen will display the graph of the corresponding speed.

2. Buttons:

1) START/STOP : Press the "START" or "STOP" to turn on or turn off the massage
2) ROG.: Preset program button, press the button to choose "P-01"—"P-05"

3. Manual Mode

Running state: press "START" to begin as speed 1; press "+" - " to adjust the speed 1-15 files; press "STOP" to stop.

4. Preset Program

  1. Please assembly massage according to the explosion 3.
  2. Plugs, turn on the power switch. Press Speed key to adjust the speed when your massage.
  3. Standing on the glass pane, put the massage belt at any place you want.
  4. Press the "START" key to begin.

TERMS OF REFERENCES

Fitness massager is designed to reduce muscle tension. It improves blood circulation and helps to relax the whole body. It is also helpful in reducing cellulite. Massager MA1020 HMS is H class item. Unit is not intended for commercial use therapy or rehabilitation.

TRAINING INSTRUCTION

Warm-Up - to prevent injury and maximize performance we recommend that each workout period starts with a warm-up. We suggest you do the following exercise as the sketch map. Each exercise at least about 30 seconds.

ATTENTION

A. Choose out of the following belts and do your exercise at least for 3 minutes. It is important often to change the position of belt during your exercise, in order to massage the complete area. We recommended on approx 20 minutes training 3-4 times per week.
B. It can happen that the massaged parts may turn a little bit red; this results from the increased blood circulation inside the tissue. This reddening will go away after a couple of minutes.
C. Further to the massage we recommend to take care of a low-calorie food and to drink sufficiently.
D. Hook on the respective belt easily with the eyes in the holders on the left and right side of the motor. Make sure that the belt is fixed properly. Hold the belt continuously on tension, so the belt can't slip out. Take care that you start your massage slowly. Start with the basic belt and afterwards increase intensity through changing the belts.
E. Put the plug into a socket and turn on the item at the switch. Your beauty belt massager offers you the possibility of 4 different
capacities. At capacity 1 the item works with slow rotations and at capacity 2\~4 with faster rotations.

FUNCTIONS

A. MASSAGE BELT

Use this belt on principle only with comfortable clothes; this belt should never have direct skin contact. This belt is a further special developed anti cellulite belt with many spools, which "iron" your skin, use this belt for all problematic parts. It is important to act a gainst cellulite before there will be hard parts, which are only hard to combat.

B. SINGLE BELT

This belt is used for thigh and bottom area. To reach a best possible result, you should do every exercise at least 3 minutes. For using this belt wear comfortable clinging clothes.

C. BELT THOUSAND OF POINTS

This belt is used for intensive and deep massage.

A. MASSAGE BELT

Use this belt at all "problematic" zones like belly, waist, hip bottom and thigh.

B. SINGLE BELT

Either you can step inside the anti cellulite belt completely and put it around your bottom or you can step inside the belt with only one leg, in order to exercise the thighs in succession. Make sure that the belt is always tight, but not too tight around the respective area, which you want to massage.
