General safety instructions
- Always operate this from an earthed domestic 230V 50-60Hz power socket.
- Closed supervision is necessary when this hot plate is used by children or there are children on spot. Never operate this appliance unattended.
- Don't use broken power cord and power plug in order to avoid electric risk.
- DO NOT PUT the cord under the carpet, blankets. Always keep the power cable away from walkway in room.
- To prevent overloading and blowing fuses two unit can not be plugged into the same socket, or another socket which is connected in the same circuit.

Ensure the hot dog machine is placed on a stable, secure surface to eliminate the possibility of tipping over or avoid any water in the appliance.

To prevent the risk of electric shock, do not put the machine or power cord and plug into the water or any liquids.

When you have finished using the machine, turn the switch to "0" position and unplug it from the socket. Wait until the appliance is completely cool down before moving or cleaning.

PREPARATION BEFORE USE

OPERATION
Schematic Diagram:

- Put the hot dog machine on balance surface put the water into the water plate, and the water should not exceed 80% of the water plate.
- Fix the glass cylinder on the water plate and put the food into basket, then put the basket into the glass cylinders carefully and put on the cover.
- Connecting to the power supply socket. Turn the Knob from "MIN" TO "MAX" position and the indicator light is on for working, the hot dog machine water plate is in a state of heating.
- Put the switch in the “—” position, 2pcs of aluminum rod begin to heat.
- After finish using, turn the switch to "0" position, and turn knob to "MIN" position, then unplug it from the socket.
MAINTENANCE & CARE
- Make sure the plug is removed from the power supply socket. After the hot dog machine set is completely cooled down, clean it with the mild cleaner or gel-like cleaner by using soft cloth.
PLEASED DO NOT CLEAN THE SET WHEN IT IS STILL HOT.
- DO NOT USE hard brushes, scratchy materials and/or alcohol, petrol or any organic cleaner for the cleaning purpose
- Except the removable water plate, basket, glass cylinder, does not immerse the main body in water to clean.
