Attention:

The hand mixer is designed for short operation lasting no longer than 10 minutes. After this time has elapsed, turn off the mixer and allow the motor unit to cool down. The mixer can be used again after 30 minutes.

When processing food, we recommend to start at a lower speed and to increase it gradually. You can change the speed setting even while the mixer is running. We recommend that runny doughs and sauces are processed at lower speed levels; this will prevent ingredients from splashing out of the bowl.

Kneading attachments

These are used for preparing yeast dough or dough for noodles, potato dough for dumplings, for mixing minced meat, spreads and puff dough.

Processing time: 5-10 minutes

Speed: 8-16

Special beater attachments with slits

These are used for preparing batter or sponge cake dough, mashed potatoes, creams, mayonnaise, sauces, cheese desserts, whipped cream or snow from egg whites.

Processing time: 2-5 minutes

Speed: 1-12

Tips:

For preparing snow from egg whites or whipped cream, one can use the high performance beaters with slits, which will ensure a firmer snow texture. This will reduce whipping time by half.
